Focalors is god of water.
Water is symbol of life or some crap, I didn't pay attention to what the sentient man lizard Neuvillette rambled.
So why the hell is Focalors a twigs on a plank in both god and human form.
Is it a meta joke on flat=justice
That makes sense. For some reason I assumed Inazumans were going to Fontaine.

True, I'm just coping and trying to explain why Ei won't meet Furina.
The NPC names seem French. I think it will take place in Fontaine.
Yeah, this definitely takes place in Fontaine. If it took place in Inazuma, it would have more Japanese names. With the exception of Ayaka and Ayato, everyone there is from Fontaine. Chiori is an Inazuman immigrant who lives in Fontaine.
Furina gives you infinite waterwalk with no hassle, meanwhile Archonlets: >Cockomi hyper giving you waterwalking for like a planck time making it a mad dash to the other side >Amazon wagie cat swims fast >Lynette has a mad dash at the end of one of her skills
If they do I hope it's something you equip(like the pets) and not something we have to activate on command with a timer and an unnecessary cooldown. I hate the current gadget system.

Would there be any real point to that? It'd only be usable in Fontaine.
Sure.
I must say I was surprised how strong she was even when I haven't had her completely built yet.
She just fucking shreds everything. Friend and foe alike
It's continuation of series when kokomi being chased by cats, I've seen 2 or 3 before this.

I dont know where to find original comics.
Yeah. I also fucking hate it how Mihoyo does events and treats players as if they've been playing since day 1. I have no idea who these people are most of the time yet they talk to me as if they've known me forever. Shit's annoying.
To be fair, Liben is an elaborate shitpost character.
He turns up, asks for 12 carrots and gives you 100 primogems in return because he's going to make it BIG selling those carrots in next country.
Then he reappears and tells you all about how he came there and found out everyone had allergy to carrots and all his efforts were in vein but fear not, for he has another glorious plan and he's also passed by another country we haven't been to and tells us to not be silly, one shouldn't go there right now.
>Rolled Tighnari and Beidou on my last shot for Furina
I've already asked around and looked at some of her builds and team setups, but how is she if I just want to spam normal attacks and not play her seriously? Not sure if I want to level her, but she looks like she could be fun to pair with Mika or Charlotte for overworld stuff.
I'm thinking of running Thundering Fury/Gladiator for her, since I'm farming the same artifacts for Keqing any way.
Beidou's only job is to skill, burst and then swap to someone else to use her burst with. Her NAs are bad. She should be using full Emblem of Severed Fate set, while giving her as much energy recharge as possible.
She's the most universal character we've gotten. Its kind of crazy. Like she can be used with basically any character. Every team healer released from now on will be immediately useful.
Also I think people are really underestimating just how comfy her pets are to use. No more refilling burst or auto attacking for hydro application. Its actually hard to go back to xq or yelan
Does Furina actually powercreep the current strongest teams, or is she more like a Kazuha/Bennet sidegrade? I'm not a fan of ever-expanding dps thresholds.
Does Navia's skill really do this much damage?
If you land all 11 hits while fully stacked, which is unlikely unless you're point-blank at a Ruin Guard. The multipliers are pretty good though.
I just did mine so it'll be a while before the site updates.
For floor 12 I used Yoimiya, Furina, Yelan, Diona on the first half, and Nahida, Nilou, Kokomi, Collei on second half. Had to do one retry because of the anemo dancers. Used the same teams for all floors, but switched up sides.
the Furina-Noelle combo does seem to be a pretty cool one. I'll never try it because I'm going to get Navia instead and then post about how shit she is.
It feels much better with cryo resonance instead of hydro. If I swap out Neuv for Shenhe and suddenly have all that bonus crit rate on Noelle she absolutely wrecks. But that team couldn't deal with the twin Lectors.
Post an image of the healed tree so I can decide if I will do it or not. I don't do any world quests that make the environment less interesting.
Not him but it turns blue, it's quite lovely. I hate that the world quests remove the giant tower. What were they thinking?
>considering how must the Abyss disrespects Geo.
Literally never had a problem with GAIZ, aside from the odd geo immune slime or floaty boy. Sounds more like a Noelle issue.
Mono hydro is quite possibly my fastest team ever. I didn't even know what was happening, just a whole lot of blue then then the chamber just ended all of a sudden
oh shit, I'm gonna build a dps Kokomi too then. I love too much not use her now that I have Furina. Just need to level my prototype amber and give her a hydro damage goblet.
Works in Eula of you don't have any other 5 star claymore or have energy issues
She can also buff the vacuum vortexes it does since those are physical damage
'atk%' isn't a damage type. It uses your attack value to determine the damage of the wind blade, but it also deals that damage as physical that gets buffed by your stats.
Haven’t done Furina’s story quest yet, does anyone thank her? Was expecting Neuv and all of Fontaine to knee to her like at the end of Return of the King.
Poisson still hates her, but most people in Fontaine think she sacrificed her powers for the sake of Fontaine
That sucks. I really like Fontaine, but how the archon quest ended bothered me. When Neuv was lore dropping, I was panicking and kept thinking “they aren’t going to just end it here without seeing Furina right?” And then they did. Also, fuck the traveler for only wanting to save Furina to get information out of her.
her story quest wraps it up well enough to make up for it. besides the traveler has no real reason to like furina at that point, all she's done is falsely accuse someone and be dumb in a sort of cute way
its been talked about in /gig/, the absolute shithole, but right now a lot of things point to the idea that a rewrite happened >4.X so far has been nonstop neuvwank. furina hasnt had a moment to shine at all. meanwhile all the way between 1.0 and 3.8 we've had meaningful personal time with every archon in the AQs. >furina's kit possesses mastery over pneumousia, lore states that neuv should have this ability. furina is the ONLY person to possess this ability in her kit and neuv only has pneuma control in his kit. >the entirely unexplained form shift mechanic >the whale's rather odd introduction. EVERYTHING we had before 4.2 pointed to it being the dead one underground. the one that has no ill intent and wants to be reborn in a way that would make it not a literal poison to life. meanwhile the one in the quest has had ill intent for 500 years. >in 4.0 and 4.1 the leadup was "the fatui have a way to break the prophecy, but we need the gnosis". in 4.2 its "ok so there is no way to break the prophecy but actually the prophecy is a funny coincidence of several completely unrelated events and by exploiting these we can technically fulfill the prophecy while also not fulfilling it" >4.1 is an absolute snore of filler content, and the only bearing it has is "yeah the whale that everyone knows exists? childe is with it now". if a rewrite did happen, 4.1's run duration was used to shit it out and discard 4.2's previous plot >the whale, despite being an instinct run monster in 4.2, was intentionally calling out to childe in the last two versions. >the only way to explain celestia not responding to the hydro throne being destroyed is if the island is fucking dead. >the traveler is just outright rude to furina in the AQ and SQ
tl;dr: too many things just dont make sense with the current plot, and the only way to explain them is to bring up the idea of a rewrite that was made with the sole purpose of stealing furina's spotlight and giving it to neuv.
Furina doesn't appear a lot in the last quest and the game is deadset on us not interacting with her. Poisson is the first time we meet her and its right before the trial. We also talk to every other character at the end EXCEPT Furina.
I think they may do something more with Furina in the Second Quest (given her sales, she's going to get one even if it wasn't planned originally). Arlecchino is the boss supposedly and Furina is the other Fontaine character with an issue with her. And there is also the second form, which I have a feeling she'll get a part of Focalor back.

The fuck are you shitposting about? I get to talk to everyone at the end. Furina is right there ready for you to talk to her after everything and she's with you for the whole quest. There's even the whole thing hwere she hides behind you cause she can't actually fight yet. We spend most of the quest with her at our side.
You're either trying to gaslight that anon or you're just smoking crack.

He's talking about the main storyline archon quest, not Furina's optional character quest. Furina gets mindbroken at the end of the archon quest and the traveler never tries to comfort or show any consideration for her wellbeing. All the traveler wanted from her was "answers" and when Furina was shown to not know anything she was discarded and ignored like the worthless human she is.
That is until her character quest where the traveler accepts a random commission and decides to use Furina like a prop to complete it.

Anon, the answers Traveler wanted was Furina's true feelings. Stop being such a whiny little bitch and trying to paint the MC and everyone else as bad just because they didn't treat Furina like a baby like you wanted them to. It's embarassing. You're acting like an unstable teenager.

No, the scene immediately before was more about trying to figure out a way to save Fontaine. The Traveler was still convinced that Furina knew something. The Traveler and Furina were not friends at that point. They had no obligation to care for someone who, from their perspective, was hiding vital information that could save everyone.
In the end, though, Furina knew nothing. She didn't know what the answer was. She WAS the answer. Her entire act was itself the thing that was meant to save Fontaine.
'cause Rhodeia's a cunt. They all originally left to find Egeria, and were mind broken when they found her dead
As for why they didn't return, probably has something to do with Focalors' past life as Erinnyes
Where does is say this? Not doubting you, but it wasn't in the main dialogue of the 4.2 quests anywhere that I noticed.
>Why were there still Oceanids in the first place?
Some Oceanids decided to become human, other choose to remain as Oceanids. The process of Oceanids probably happened a long time ago, way before the cataclysm.
As for why they all left Fontaine, I don't know if they provided a concrete explanation other than they disliked the current Archon(Furina).
>I don't know if they provided a concrete explanation other than they disliked the current Archon(Furina).
Okay, but why wouldn't they like her? Considering how we had all this buildup about the previous Hydro archon, it feels awful that none of that was built on or explained during the Archon quest.

One of them said that the reason they had to leave Fontaine was because the water had become too "bitter" for them. The waters of Fontaine are no longer capable of sustaining Oceanids so they had to leave.
Rhodeia apparently had a falling out with Focalors. Perhaps she was jealous that Egeria chose Focalors as her successor.

>Where does is say this?
Which part are you referring to specifically? The Oceanids leaving to find Egeria was mentioned in the 3.8 event, and they mention that they didn't return because the waters were filled with hate. Elsewhere in the game it was stated that the Oceanids left Fontaine due to a disagreement/not recognizing the new Hydro Archon
We learn in 4.2 that Focalors was one of the first Oceanids that Egeria turned into a human, and we learn about the story of Erinnyes who was a lochknight that had her entire clan genocided and went on a revenge mission of her own

Come to think of it, where is it stated that Focalors was Erinnyes?

It's never stated directly, but there are way too many hints in game >Erinnyes being the last lochknight >Her and Focalors' connection with Egeria >Furina's signature weapon story being about Erinnyes, and changing after the AQ >Story about Erinnyes talks about giving up her holy sword and about how "one more noble than her" will wield it next, same patch were Focalors says Furina is "the perfect human I will never be" >Furina's local specialty being about Egeria and Erinnyes, also being located on the landmass named after Erinnyes

Making this big behind-the-scenes nonsense for characters as worthless as Klee's mom, or the voice over witch that chimed in during Fontaine and Sumeru near-end-chapters, ultimately giving fuck all information of value is asinine.
Same goes to hard R, every byproduct of hers like Albedo and the multiple dragons could have been either done by archons or whatever the fuck counts for evolution(albedo was akchuarry Don Sombrero and Shogun's big brother puppet, dragons like Elynas was just another dragon like Azhdaha or Apep) and nothing of value would change.
The entire witch bitches of monstadt sub plot should have been murdered at the writing stage.

Cute but wrong. What Furina does is much worse than this. She prepares a specific sauce and eats nothing but that sauce throughout the whole week. Then the following week she switches to a different sauce and eats just that the whole week.
How do i use furina?
I just use burst, skill and swap out to my other party members.
Is there anything more to it?
It doesnt seem useful as I dont get any fanfare stacks; it's hard as fuck to get any unless i purposely get hit.
I have c2 too
You use her skill then immediately burst, then switch to your other characters. Ideally, you want a full-party healer. Furina's summons will drain the party's HP every time they hit something. Every time your HP drains then heals, you get fanfare. At C2, her burst will already be pretty powerful even with minimal healing. Furina is not a difficult character to use. Though, honestly, none of the characters are "difficult".
use her pitbulls to kill shit and bring your party down to half hp
use her burst
swap to your healer (jean) who then insta bursts your party back to full hp
enjoy max fanfare for like 13 seconds
>It doesnt seem useful as I dont get any fanfare stacks; it's hard as fuck to get any unless i purposely get hit.
Even without healing you get stacks pretty quickly at C2
Add a healer and you'll get full stacks pretty much instantly
A lack of information is not a lack of intelligence. She isn’t stupid, she just lacked knowledge that was purposefully withheld from her. Ei is the only archon that isn’t constantly playing 5D chess, by comparison.

>Nonetheless, Furina did eventually discover the animal for her ministrations — the sunbathing, beach-loving, horizontal alignment-enjoying Blubberbeasts. >Cheek squeezes, belly rubs, and even flipping them over, then over again, gets at most a turn of the head and noiseless protest. >"Hmm? >crystalfly catching gadget >7 days and 30 ore for 15 cores
it seems... very bad for its intended purpose. you can get double that amount with 15 minutes of work.
does the yield change depending on the ore you use?
It's the same every time, also the cooldown is fucking garbage with next to no overlap when it should have been the same as the transformer
I can only see mobilefags using this, anyone else can just catch more by swimming around for a couple minutes
>teapot load limit is purely so that mobile devices dont explode >"nearest first" autotarget is because of clunky mobile controls >shoot the barrel time trials are way too lenient because of mobile controls >combat, movement, bosses, and quests are held back by mobile controls and retarded mobilefags >most elemental orb time trials practically play themselves in fontaine. >paimon's primary purpose is to help mobilefags who need the plot explained directly to their face or else they shitpost about a blatant plot point they missed. >things like this also exist for mobilefags who cant even be bothered to go and grab a bunch of crystal flies when needed >cities are extremely sparse because mobile phones cant handle more than 10 npcs on screen at once unless cutscene tricks are used
at what point will mobile support just be dropped. only so much can be added before mobile phones just refuse to run the game.
it's just additional 15 cores for doing nothing. how is that a bad thing? why do people think this device is supposed to be your main source of cores?
im just saying that its strangely low for the fact that you are waiting 7 days and spending ore for crystalfly cores.
you have to spend 30 ore for 15 cores.
at that point you can just spend the time collecting ore on collecting crystal flies and get more for the time spent

If you think about it, though, the people of Fontaine have strange ideas about what it means to be a god. The reason Furina acted like a brainless clown for 500 years was because that's what people expected her to look like. It does raise some questions about what Egeria was like if that's what people expected out of gods.
>heavenly principles state that you may not create a human race without their approval first >egeria: "i'll create a human race without asking celestia first! surely nothing will go wrong"
i think that does all the explaining that needs to be done.
>Be Clorinde >Decide to visit your old boss after she stepped down >She lives in a tiny-ass apartment. There's literally nothing there except a bed and some boxes.
Imagine what was going on in Clorinde's mind at that moment. She immediately tried to buy a new, better place for Furina, and Furina had to talk her down from it. She was probably planning to march straight to Neuvillette's office to demand an explanation.
>Clorinde: "Excuse me Lady Furina, I'm coming in." >Clorinde enters. There's nothing inside except some boxes and a bed that doesn't even have any covers over it. Furina's just sitting alone in an evening blouse eating pasta. It's the middle of the afternoon. >Clorinde takes stock of the situation and calmly turns to leave the apartment. >Clorinde: "Excuse me, there is a matter I must discuss with the Iudex." >Furina: "Wait! Stop! Why are you drawing your sword?!"
I honestly can't really comprehend what would compel them to deliberately live in a fucking dank-ass cave. Look inside. All the houses are made from like old shipwrecks. They could have built their community above ground but they chose a fucking cave.

dont forget the fact that the prophecy rumors were proven to have been true long before poisson was flooded >be navia >just solved the serial disappearances case with the traveler >it was also just proven that fontanians can dissolve in primordial water >live in a cave under the sealine. a cave that has a river flowing into it. >such a place is at the highest risk of being the first to get hit by a flood >months later >have done nothing to prepare for the worst possible outcome with an evac plan for a prophecy you KNOW is coming true. >dont even try to streamline paths to the exit >unsurprisingly, disaster strikes. >the piss poor layout of the town, said layout requiring you to climb a cliff to leave the cave, ensures that most inhabitants dissolve. >"i have done nothing to prepare for disaster and now the town is suffering from disaster. how could this possibly happen to me?" >also a top of the line crime investigator >fatui, a criminal organization, are right next to your town with plenty of rescue supplies >dont question the fact that they have supplies needed for this exact situation >dont question the fact that they have digging machines powerful enough to dig a tunnel all the way from your town to the opera house in less than a month, digging machines that could have been used to disturb the area and cause a primordial water flood >"clearly furina is to blame!"
its like this image was MADE for navia.
another annoying thing: actual erosion means that the town is fucked to die from a normal flood sooner or later thanks to the river, and an archon's duty does not cover the people's incompetence. furina is the last person that should be blamed for what happened.
You guys are not using the crystalfly catcher right. I always logout at the big tree in mondstadt so i get ~4 a day for free, and you use 4 per day max. Sometimes I get lazy and logout elsewhere so eventually i run out and have to manually farm more.
The trap makes it so that never happens because you now have an extra buffer. Any surplus also slowly accumulates so not only will you never hit 0 again, you won't even think about it and one day a year from now, you'll realize you have 500 crystalflies and basically never have to worry about them again.
Mora needs resin if you want significant amounts off. Even with an elite route and artifact route a day you don't make over 100k mora. That's not much.
For ores? Assuming you want to forge the maximum a day, doing 20min routes twice a week is more than enough. And ores have that single use. Mora is for leveling artifacts, talents, character levels, weapon levels, using the forge, shitting, literally anything. Can't see people getting ''enough'' mora unless they play since 2020 or buy all BPs or both. Maybe they are the kind that don't lv to 90 and only use 8 characters or whatever
20 minutes of mining rocks is worth nobody's fucking time unless you're a minecraft kiddie.
There's fuck all to spend mora and ores unless you're a fucking moron that wasted it all on leveling 100 silverswords to lvl 90.
Mining 10 ores is one of the daily busywork in the battlepass, getting mora is not.
Running domains is a waste of fucking time dealing with one of the shittiest rng systems on earth.
The best way to play this fucking "game" is ironically to spend 10 minutes a day doing as fucking little of the trash bloat(mining, spending resin)as possible even skipping dailu comissions by staggering out exploration and quest stages while getting rewards and pushing content that have the bare minimum experience worthy value(story quests at best and not even that 90% of the time)
The efficient way is to send a couple of fuckers out mining every 16~20 hours and do domains once every 2 days just so you can make 4 condesned resins and call it a day.
I got C2 Furina (actually got super lucky on my rolls) and I'm currently sitting on a little less than 350 rolls. With any luck, along with the rolls that I'll be getting over time, that's enough to get Navia, Clorinde, the bird and an extra copy of Nahida for R2. I might even try rolling for Wriothesley again. I dunno, maybe.
Seriously, why does the writing in Fontaine keep dragging its ass all over Knox's grave? It's an acceptable plot twist if you do it once, but in Fontaine, it. Just. Keeps. Happening.
During the first trial, you're on the ropes, then Navia just conveniently busts in and goes "OH HEY, THE MISSING GIRL WAS RIGHT HERE ALL ALONG BECAUSE FUCK YOU!" And it's not like you could possible have gone "oh hey, that volunteer stock model is kind of like that thief stock model I saw when I first entered Fontaine. There's no fucking way of seeing this shit coming. All investigation was pointless.
Then there's the research institute questline leaving you on a cliffhanger for 6 weeks, and "LOL WHOOPS, THE GUY WE TOLD YOU WAS DEAD IS VERY MUCH ALIVE!" Now, that wouldn't be so bad if they didn't specifically state that his body parts were found. But they did. Your guesses on how shit plays out ride are influenced that they actually bothered to identify who those human pieces belonged to, and then the story just pulls the rug right out from under you.
Then there's the big one. The archon quest. Everyone is left for months trying to piece together what's going on from the bits of info we're fed. Then it's just this god/jesus parallel that nobody could possibly have deducted. On one hand, that would've been to Furina's credit, having her manage to go several centuries without leaking so much as a HINT to the big scheme, but when you put it against the backdrop of several other plots being concluded this way, it just turns into some kind of chinaman asspull.
>Your guesses on how shit plays out ride are influenced that they actually bothered to
I guess I kinda had a stroke while writing that, but I'm sure you can piece together what I was trying to say here.
You know damn well that isn't even close to what I wrote, you disingenuous fuck. Fontaine was intentionally going for a mystery angle, complete with Paimon wearing those stupid-ass glasses. And it just shits all over the concept of mysteries.
Please have a nice day.
So mysteries are bad if you aren't fed all the info right from the beginning? The detective needs to be a Sherlock reddit savant that knows everything the instant the mystery is proposed?
Maybe you're just an autist.
nta but mysteries should be able to be solved logically. The very first trial is really good until the truth is revealed, because it makes no fucking sense.
They had looked for anyone hiding in the secret room -- but the girl is just le sneaky teehee so they didn't see her. Meaning mihoyo gave us false evidence when they said no one was there, because she indeed was hiding there.
Lyney went into the room and was disturbed by the voice + the Indemnitium energy. The girl wasn't bothered by it.
And how the fuck did Navia figure it out anyhow?
>nta but mysteries should be able to be solved logically.
Having that seem possible only to introduce new evidence that changes the whole dynamic is literally mystery writing 101. Tons of famous mystery stories do this type of shit and people jerk those off. >Professional Thief is able to sneak by guards.

that I'll admit is somewhat egregious looking but I dunno if they were focusing on something else at the time. I'd have to rewatch the scene.
Never under-estimate being focused on other shit, we've all seen that video of people throwing a basketball around and not noticing a man in a gorilla suit walking between them. Considering that stage magic was a big theme for the first act, misdirection was (likely) intentionally used a lot. Even on us. >ad populum, not even an argument.
Ignoring the actual argument that the trope you're complaining about is nearly core to the genre.
A lot of people already knew Furina wasn't the hydro archon.
But beyond that, it was further cemented in something people never really discussed. For every archon, their theme contains the region's leitmotif. For Furina's theme, it's completely something different, and contains nothing from Fontaine. In this recent patch, we got to hear Focalors's theme, and there, we got Fontaine's leitmotif.
This isn't necessarily true. In fact, the regional leitmotif of Liyue isn't in Zhongli's theme, but rather in Ganyu's. It seems that there's actually no hard and fast rule as to whether an Archon's theme incorporates their nation's leitmotif or not. I think the composers try to incorporate where they could, but then you have weird cases like Zhongli and Ganyu where Zhongli's doesn't have it but Ganyu's entire theme is basically a remix of Liyue's leitmotif.
I have terrible memory, so I'm probably wrong here, but I believe this is the first time they mentioned that the Gnoses are the remains of the Third Descender
maybe I'm stupid but I understood that as "your sibling isn't the Third Descender" rather than "the one resembling your sibling is not really your sibling".
I must admit that this particular plot point confuses me. Who is that, if not our sibling? I remember people arguing (I don't remember where)that, after a samsara cycle, Irminsul wrote the Sibling into history so she didn't count as a descender anymore, but that begs the question -- are all the other descenders exclusive to the current samsara? But basically all of Teyvat's history after the fall of the dragon sovereigns (most likely including Kaenri'ah's destruction) would probably not happen as it has, meaning Irminsul wouldn't know about it, meaning no one inside the samsara should, either. I thus discard this theory. But what's up with all that?
All that shit about possible samsara cycles and shit is still mostly buzzword fueled headcanon.
I think the simpler logic is that your sibling was the fourth descender and (you) the fifth but since they bound themselves (somehow) to Teyvat you became the fourth.
I think it's simple to assume that becoming bound to the world removes your status as a descender as you're no longer a visitor.
Lorelets really come up with the most crackpot shit imo.
>Avengers Endgame moment of all Archons showing up vs the Unknown God at the end of the story >homosexual dragon shows up to represent Fontaine instead
Is 4.2 the worst story decision they have ever made?
If they gave a shit about consequences of their shit story, we'd already have skyrim style canned interactions between characters in the teapot already.
As it stands, Neuvillette does fuck all within the presence of Nahida, Venti, Zhongli, and Raiden.
Do you think Furina sometimes dreams of the 500 years she went through? Do you think she has nightmares where, actually, the events of the Archon Quest didn't happen and she's right back to where she always was? And when she wakes up she's just depressed the whole day and refuses to go outside? Do you think she sometimes just breaks down crying randomly?
Of course she is. Gods don't do sex. You think Ei did sex? Of course not. She's autistic as fuck. Do you really think someone who thinks nothing of turning herself into a sword and putting that sword in a robot knows how to do sex? Bitch has no idea.
You think Zhongli's had a single sex in the past 2,000+ years? He is also a turbo-autist. Dude's just been doing god shit for several millennia, and then while he was taking a stroll he heard some guys talking about retirement and he was like "Wait, I can do that?" Maybe he did sex before he became an Archon, but I guarantee you he hadn't even thought about his penis afterwards. Becoming an Archon turns you into a turbo-autist. Every Archon is hit with this issue.
So now you have Furina. Maybe Focalors did sex, I dunno. But Furina probably didn't. Whether she's a virgin or not depends entirely on whether Focalors was able to be non-autistic enough to even consider it. But personally, I'm not sure. I mean that whole plan of hers was PRETTY autistic.
Yes but the entire point is that for 500 years, she couldn't let anyone know she wasn't a god. Gods don't fuck, ergo Furina couldn't fuck. If she fucked, someone would know something was up.
I mean I know we all think of Venti as a massive cock-guzzling slut, but in reality that's probably only something he's been getting up to recently. He spent most of his time asleep. Like he just sleeps hundreds of years straight. So as cock-hungry as he is, he simply couldn't do it.
Only recently. Again, he was sleeping the entire time. Dude only wakes up when shit's going on, then goes right back to sleep. Being an Archon sucks, man.
Yes because Focalors's curse prevents her from dying so it's reasonable to assume she'd also have some sort of regenerative ability meaning even if she lost her hymen it'd grow right back.
She told Neuv that as long as Focalors lived Furina wouldn't die but told Furina that she wouldn't grow old. That could mean two different things though we actually don't know if she couldn't be killed physically since they didn't show a scene of Furina trying to jump off a building to end it all only to wake up just fine.
The "not dying" thing doesn't make sense. Since you can't grant somebody true immortality without being truly immortal yourself. It's like how archons themselves can be killed, and a new one is assigned once they are killed. Wouldn't make sense for archons to not be immortal, but can split themselves up and then grant the part immortality.
Just chuck it up to shit writing, and assume it's the non-aging (or at least, slow aging) part is true.
Surely it's merely aging. If Focalors siphoned a small part of her power to keep Furina's curse, that means that any damage done to Furina would have to be fixed by Focalors' divinity. An Archon has a lot of power, but surely it can be extinguished. What with Focalors trying to lay low, I don't expect her to redirect too much of her energy to Furina to avoid having someone (Celestia) realize
And yet the traveler doesn't just ask for directions to the nearest entrance to the abyss and b-lines straight to it.
It's almost like they have a secondary goal that the sibling explicitly gave them ages ago that they're also doing on the way to finding them?
Retard.
It's pointless here. Neuvillette has made it very clear that he knows almost nothing about the gods or Celestia, so there's no reason to ask him. And Furina sure as fuck doesn't know jack shit.
Fontaine was honestly a huge waste of time. The prophecy resolved itself with no input necessary from the traveler and the fatui got their gnosis just like they always do.
The traveler should've dipped right after touching the statue of the six and getting hydro powers.
What more of an answer do you want. He is the chief judge. He has is eyes and ears open for a lot of the things that happen in Fontaine.
He told the traveler that he doesn't know anything about it and concludes that the sibling most likely kept his nose to the ground and obeyed the rules when in the open then left.
Yeah, you sort of get the sense that the Sibling didn't really get too involved with people. Miko doesn't seem to know him, and it doesn't look like they had any involvement with the Adepti either. And we more or less know that they probably never visited Nahida at least.
How is Navia's kit good? It looked very restrictive and shitty to me.
She's an attack scaling geo character.
Her skill needs to hoover crystalize shards to do damage.
Her skill has shit range and can't aim up.
Her burst does piddling damage
Claymore weapon type
Oh and did I mention she's geo and geo has shit reactions?
>She's an attack scaling geo character.
This is a good thing. >Her skill needs to hoover crystalize shards to do damage.
It doesn't need them, it does more with them and they're easy to get >Her skill has shit range and can't aim up.
You can't aim up? The range seems fine to me, either way these aren't big deals. >Her burst does piddling damage
It's quadratic scaling and has decent uptime. >Claymore weapon type
Cool animations >Oh and did I mention she's geo and geo has shit reactions?
Crystallize is a good defensive reaction.
She's good because her kit is full and you can slot her into any party. She has a good skill, she has infusion that doesn't have terrible downtime, and her burst is good.
most of Fontaine kits are good and fun to me, Neuvilette, Wriothesley, Furina, Freminet
Lynette is fine, just her numbers are small and Lyney is kinda pyro Ganyu most of the time
Charlotte is a bit weird, her animations and everything are top tier, but her kit seems one note
I've only liked Freminet so far and he sucks. They really fucked that guy over. Charlotte would be good if her skill didn't have that 2s charge up thing. The downtime after N3 feels pretty shitty too.
>Crystallize is a good defensive reaction.
Not him, but no it's not. Crystallize scales off of elemental mastery, but even with high EM, its values are too low to be very reliable for soaking up damage. It's why pretty much no one actually relies on it and instead just use healers or shielders instead. If you really need a shield, you are a trillion times better off bringing Zhongli or Layla. Or, again, bring a healer.
>Crystallize is a good defensive reaction.
LMAO. Even if you pump a geo unit full of EM and shield strength, the shield can barely last a single beating. Besides Shatter, EM does nothing for the damage of Geo units.
It's an utterly worthless reaction except Archaic Petra buffs which nobody uses anyway.
Wriothesley didn't feel as good to me first, but once you get used to his mechanics and combos, he feels pretty nice, being Cryo opens a lot of teams, Neuvilette was a hit from the get go, Furina pets are very fucking funny because they aggro from outer space and they last like 30s, so it feels like a party of 4 in the overworld
I thought Freminet numbers were good? Was it bait? I never built him for more than overworld >Charlotte would be good if her skill didn't have that 2s charge up thing.
100%, but they're afraid of having something too close to a cryo Nahida, even if budget I guess, I just wish her numbers were bigger so you can actually deal damage with her
I think they're all clunky myself. >I thought Freminet numbers were good? Was it bait?
He has dual scaling, how could he do damage?
>I think they're all clunky myself.
can't really imagine Neuvilette or Furina being clunky >He has dual scaling, how could he do damage?
I guess I got baited then, but to be fair, not that I care much about meta

EQ on Furina has an annoying gap and building fanfare is annoying.
Neuvilette I guess isn't clunky so much as he's boring. Needing a shielder and teams that support him isn't something I like, I like freedom.

I was thinking here, the only thing that bothers me in Furina is that you can use her CA by accident very easily as it is pretty quick, but it's a matter of getting used to it >Needing a shielder
works on my machine, I also find him fun, but characters that work with him are few

>She's an attack scaling geo character.
Yohomo knows that nobody uses Geo except Zhongli and not even for his Geo application.
Since Navia's leaked to be a 5 star, that means they will hopefully either
a) release a Geo support that is actually good and not complete gutter trash like Gorou. Similar to when Wanderer had Faruzan, which incidentally helped Xiao as well.
b) do something about Geo in general.
Eula barely cares about reactions outside of a SC once in a while, and just unga bungas through everything. Xiao doesn't care about reactions, and his gameplay is just hammering spacebar. Ganyu is boring as shit but can literally solo the abyss with big numbers. All are extremely popular.
Navia can slot into basically any team without setup and still provide plenty of damage and some shields. She'll have a playerbase.
It would be neat if having a Crystallize shield gave a small boost to Shield Strength so it wasn't completely irrelevant alongside a shielder.
top tier != popular
The vast majority of players don't play the Abyss, yet even in that picture it shows that there are at least some thousands of people who use them there anyways, despite being limited. Nobody expects Navia to uproot the meta like Nahida but she'll at least have a role to play and likely do well enough in that role.
I was the guy defending Navia earlier and I think Eula Xiao and Ganyu are shitty characters lol. Xiao would have been great if his skill gave him infusion but alas.
most of Fontaine kits are good and fun to me, Neuvilette, Wriothesley, Furina, Freminet

This story is so bad.
They know what happened to furina, they know she wasn't a god, they know she suffered for hundreds of years and was alone, they know everything worked out. And they still want her to appologise.
There was nothing she could do, she was following orders and it helped everybody avoid something bigger, yet they still hate her. I'd 100% get if they didn't know this but people like navia, the traveller and paimon know the truth. This is bullshit.
You're being melodramatic. Navia, Traveler and Paimon don't blame her.
Regular people have no idea about Focalors' plan. (I'm not even sure if Navia knows. Neuv only told the traveler when they were alone). They're grieving their families.
And let's be honest, she had the power of the entire country under her. She could've at least attempted to do something. Order people who were living closest to water to move higher. Station the gardes near settlements to aid with evacuations if something happened. Or at least pretend to do something.
She was told to do nothing, but pretend she was the archon, nothing would've changed.
The stress and suffering she was put through was only made worse by putting her on trial and making go through that shit.
I don't know how that's okay to you, but still this place is contrarian and weird as is, they'd sooner call rape as building character
The official explanation is that she gave all her power to the judge machine in order to save the people from the prophecy. This explanation was seemingly corroborated by Neuvillette. After all, no one dissolved despite the flood.
Ordinary people should know that she's not an archon. That was the whole point of the god damn trial.
Not quite. The verdict actually seemingly contradicted that accusation when it stated "The Hydro Archon, guilty". Neuvillette never elaborated on what this actually means, and aside from him, the only other people who know what happened were the Traveler, Paimon and Furina (all of whom were informed by Neuvillette). As long as Neuvillette keeps his trap shut about what actually happened, as far as the public is concerned, Furina was still the Archon before she stepped down. In fact, Furina still sort of keeps up the charade in his quest.
Except that Neuvillette is basically the law now that the Oratrice is defunct. What he says goes. And the last thing he said about Furina was that she wasn't guilty of fraud. Moreover, the public has no trouble with Neuvillette leading and just listens too him anyway.

But then he turned around and refused to pursue the charges. Again, he never elaborated on it. And frankly, I'm pretty fucking sure he's not remotely interested in making Furina's life harder by telling everyone that she was actually a fraud the whole time. I mean he's going as far as to pay for literally everything Furina could ever want or need for the entire rest of her life out of his own pocket, so clearly he's not about to fuck her over by informing the public "Actually, she was never a god at all". That would only complicate matters.
As of the end of the Archon Quest, Neuvillette has not informed the public of the truth. In fact, even in Furina's Archon Quest, the wording Neuvillette used for Furina's retirement was "stepping down from godhood". In other words, even though Furina's not a true god, Neuvillette acknowledges her tenure as the "Hydro Archon" as legitimate.
>The verdict actually seemingly contradicted that accusation when it stated "The Hydro Archon, guilty".
You forgot that the sentence was death which everybody in the crowd and Neuv was shocked by.
I wouldn't be surprised if he used that tidbit to spin the half-lie that Hydro Archon(Furina in this context) chose death as a god to save everybody in Fontaine to save Furina's face.
Why the lizard otter couldn't think of the addendum with "she had to charge up every bit of power for centuries and sadly it just wasn't enough at the time when Poisson got wrecked" because Mihoyo cannot write.

People tend to expect more from gods. It was actually stated that the moment things go poorly, people are quick to blame the gods. I don't really think there's anything you can do to make the Poissonians forgive her. If she truly was a god, she should have been able to fix the problem with her godlike problems before tragedy struck.
In the end, being a god kinda sucks in this world.
Now you're just projecting.
The only unpreventable thing was the flooding of the entire nation. Poisson could've been saved, or at least the damage could've been minimized.
Yes, Furina was told to pretend to be the archon but it was in her power to do something about it
The damage could only have been minimized if the people of Poisson had been forced to leave their hole in the ground and live above ground properly. Incidentally, no one was able to predict what happened there. Even Neuvillette was caught off guard by the abrupt flooding, and none of the techies realized it either. Furina could have forced an evacuation, but seeing as how no one else was able to predict what would happen, it's a bit much to expect Furina to. I mean she knew practically nothing. At the time of the 4.2 chapter, she arguably knew less than Neuvillette and the Traveler.
I think the insinuation is that Arleccino caused the flood, intentionally or unintentionally. She then used the aftermath as a way to get in good graces with Navia.

I dunno about that. I mean, it's not that I think Arlecchino's trustworthy, but even without her, no matter how you look at it, Poisson was kind of always gonna be the first to go. They live in a fucking hole in the ground. Not just a hole, but a hole that's directly connected to the water. You can literally swim through that place. Once the flooding started, Poisson was fucked.
Seriously, why the FUCK do they live there? And they're STILL fucking living there, even after the flood. Even after everything that happened.

Nothing would have solved the issue less than a complete nation-wide evacuation.
>Poisson could've been saved, or at least the damage could've been minimized.
How? It was an unpredictable occurrence. The only gusher that was known was the one that was specifically blocked with multiple layers of protection.
You (and the rest of the autists and retards) blaming Furina is even more stupid than the villagers who were blaming her, as you're not affected by grief and pain like they are. >go to Ganker because /vg/ is terrible and discussion is impossible >still find autists and illiterates that can't analyze a simple story that even has a retard stand-in to specifically explain things to such people
By putting in some preventive measures after everything almost went to shit after 4.1.
Sure, it could've been in misplaced, in vain, too late, not enough to do any difference etc. but at least people would see she tried protecting them.
She did literally nothing. Didn't even pretend to do something. So don't get mad people who lost their families are upset about it.
No, I'm not mad at Furina for it just explaining why people of Poisson are upset. If anything, I'm mad at MHY for not properly thinking things through.

She's a normal human, she has people working on preventing it and find out ways of mitigating it, we even see these people propose ideas during her flashback. If they didn't bring it up how could she?
She's a regular human that's just good at acting, she has no leadership skills or anything. Sure you can bring out the people of possion, as well as the people in the sewers, the prison as well as other places, but for how long? You might as well relocate all of fontaine then.
She's a meant to be a regular person who's acting as a god, she's not smart or anything. Saying she could've prevented this or mitigated is a stretch, given the people around her being helpless.
There's some sort of implication that actually, Clorinde knows. In Furina's character story, Clorinde seems to be aware that back when she acted as the Archon, she deliberately didn't mingle too much with others for a reason, and she states that Furina no longer has a reason to decline such invitations anymore.
Literally no one knows what's the deal with Furina besides Neuv and Traveler/Paimon (not even Furina knows about Focalors, unless Neuv told her off-screen). Nobody knows Neuv is a dragon besides them. I'm not sure if Neuv has officially taken place as the 'archon'. All anyone knows is that there was a big flash, no one dissolved when they should have, the judge machine is depowered, and Furina is no longer the archon. Most people don't even know Furina is 'depowered' (let alone that she didn't even have any real power in the first place). It's even possible Celestia doesn't know the real truth - no nail to punish the thwarting of their will, no avenging hoard of minor gods to take back the authority from the dragon, nothing.
Why, the only reason I could see is just being inherently adverse to suffering bait characters. Her true self is such a cutie that even the most deranged ryona/correctionfags just want to hug her.
A quick glance at the map tells us that there's a whole lot of nothing but sand and rainforests between Sumeru and Fontaine.
I think the lore stated there is supposed to be a fuck off mountain north or Mondstadt even after Venti chopped it down but I can't remember.
Either way. Maybe a few harbors got flooded for them.

Figured it was Inazuma since other than Chevorlet, it's all Inazuma characters. I think Neuv only has like 5 lines
That makes sense. For some reason I assumed Inazumans were going to Fontaine.
Since Yoimiya visited Sumeru City last time and Ayaka got that fontainian outfit
Xavier is in it as well, I think he never left Inazuma
That could also be the perfect opportunity for him to return to Fontaine
Really? Is there any chance Furina will meet Ei? Or does Ei have no lines?
Ei doesn't even show up, hope you like the Kamisato siblings tho!
That's sad.
Ayaka is the worst thing to happen to the game
I hope Chiori is a party wide E healer.
t. homo
The NPC names seem French. I think it will take place in Fontaine.
Xavier is from Fontaine, but he's been in Inazuma since 2.0. You help him fix the Mikage Furnace and he's just been hanging out around the Kujou Encampment ever since
True, I'm just coping and trying to explain why Ei won't meet Furina.
Yeah, this definitely takes place in Fontaine. If it took place in Inazuma, it would have more Japanese names. With the exception of Ayaka and Ayato, everyone there is from Fontaine. Chiori is an Inazuman immigrant who lives in Fontaine.
>With the exception of Ayaka and Ayato, everyone there is from Fontaine
Imagine being named Livre (book).
Bro major parts of the Archon Quest take place in a village called Fish
Pornography.
That would only be OK if it was softcore teasing stripping porn.
Furina will become the Melody Marks of Inazuma, the token exotic white girl that mogs every Inzauman adult video actresses in dvd sales.
me and my tard wife
Your wife is cute
You aren't Furina and you never will be.
Yeah, but Aether IS a tard wife.
Furina!
Cute and canon.
>aetherfags
Already thinking about 4.8 and the summer event giving Natlan hints
Hopefully it's not a dumpster fire like the 3.8 event
Why yes I also hope it's GAA 3
It definitely will be.
As long as it has Klee
Holy FUCK
I genuinely don't get it.
Furina gives you infinite waterwalk with no hassle, meanwhile Archonlets:
>Cockomi hyper giving you waterwalking for like a planck time making it a mad dash to the other side
>Amazon wagie cat swims fast
>Lynette has a mad dash at the end of one of her skills
I thought the joke was that lynette and kirara are chasing kokomi because they're cats while she's a fish
Maybe. It's not funny either way.
It is funny, you're just thick aa shit.
>Lynette has a mad dash at the end of one of her skills
It's not that. She's dolphin jumping. And they choose her and Kirara because they're cats
They really should add the dolphin jump for old characters officially.
Bet we'll get a gadget for it
If they do I hope it's something you equip(like the pets) and not something we have to activate on command with a timer and an unnecessary cooldown. I hate the current gadget system.
Would there be any real point to that? It'd only be usable in Fontaine.
>Furina
>Archon
Hydro archon is dead
NTA but she still has Archon gameplay, unique country gimmick (both pnuma and ousia) and QoL gimmick (waterwalking)
Sure.
I must say I was surprised how strong she was even when I haven't had her completely built yet.
She just fucking shreds everything. Friend and foe alike
It's continuation of series when kokomi being chased by cats, I've seen 2 or 3 before this.
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/6AbBCNvY4qo
I dont know where to find original comics.
where's mona
I only know that's Liben from the card game. I have never seen in in the overworld.
newfag
Yeah. I also fucking hate it how Mihoyo does events and treats players as if they've been playing since day 1. I have no idea who these people are most of the time yet they talk to me as if they've known me forever. Shit's annoying.
yeah I often think about that when playing events
Watch Youtube videos if you want to catch up on the lore, newfag.
What, you gonna complain about the primos you missed out on next? Tough shit, I hope you win your next 50-50 to make up for your losses.
That sort of based dude.
>his efforts were in vein
Reminder that we originally had to find him across Teyvat on his quest to outsmart Ningguang
Don't sweat it, he doesn't even get voicelines
He shows up around the time the newest region is fully updated. So he'll appear after the next Fontaine area is implemented.
He usually gives hints about what the next region is like because he just came from there, right?
Only play a gacha if you get in day 0. How many fucking times does this have to be said?
>Game has 3 cat girls
>Only 1 dog girl
This is bullshit.
but the dog girl is cute!
Damn, I think I understand why wh*te w*men do it now.
One minute I am talking with a cutie and next minute I am isekaid into what can be only described as a nightmarish landscape. WTF was Da Wei thinking?
Would the "cutie" you're talking about happen to be of the melusine race?
>NeuvilETTE
>LynETTE
>BennETTE
Melusines see that area as blissful heaven, a flowery field of whimsical utopia.
Not after that last quest of this patch. Canotila sees it like us after that.
>One minute I am talking with a cutie
Would you have joined the Narzissenkreuz Ordo?
No, because they're nerds.
From what I've seen, not all of them were. One is a necromancer or whatever and the other is a dancer
Post em
maybe when I do it
Meh, I'm too lazy to do that on the day it refreshes. Get back to me in a week or two
I'm still shocked at how good Furina is
Her buff is great for most teams and her personal damage is good
They weren't going to half ass an Archon
She's the most universal character we've gotten. Its kind of crazy. Like she can be used with basically any character. Every team healer released from now on will be immediately useful.
Also I think people are really underestimating just how comfy her pets are to use. No more refilling burst or auto attacking for hydro application. Its actually hard to go back to xq or yelan
Does Furina actually powercreep the current strongest teams, or is she more like a Kazuha/Bennet sidegrade? I'm not a fan of ever-expanding dps thresholds.
If you land all 11 hits while fully stacked, which is unlikely unless you're point-blank at a Ruin Guard. The multipliers are pretty good though.
>power creep the current strongest teams
Furina can make Kokomi and even Physical Qiqi usable as a main DPS unit.
She lifts everybody up.
Finally updated:
I can't fucking kill the lectors in time with Nilou, Dendro Mc, Barbara and Nahida
Lure them to a corner so that you can take them both out at the same time
ez rotation this tiem
you should replace jean or kazuha someone of a 3rd element. It'll make neuv deal more damage.
Unless he's C1 then you only need 2 reactions.
It was Noelle-friendly so I was happy.
Not really a Noelle team at that point
I am happy just to be able to fit her in at all, considering how must the Abyss disrespects Geo.
the Furina-Noelle combo does seem to be a pretty cool one.
Not him but it turns blue, it's quite lovely.
I hate that the world quests remove the giant tower. What were they thinking?
I haven't tried geo teams yet but I was thinking Noelle or Ningguang with marechaussee hunter since I got some good pieces
>considering how must the Abyss disrespects Geo.
Literally never had a problem with GAIZ, aside from the odd geo immune slime or floaty boy. Sounds more like a Noelle issue.
Two Pyro lectors spread out was fucked up. Also, anyone clear with Furina in solo hydro? With Raiden doesn't count.
Mono hydro is quite possibly my fastest team ever. I didn't even know what was happening, just a whole lot of blue then then the chamber just ended all of a sudden
dumb whale
Is your Kokomi whaled?
Nah
oh shit, I'm gonna build a dps Kokomi too then. I love too much not use her now that I have Furina. Just need to level my prototype amber and give her a hydro damage goblet.
The usual.
I will also complain about the lectors, I wanted to play Nilou for once but I can't take them out
How invested is your Nilou? I have Key and C2 so I'm tempted to try.
Nothing out of the ordinary
wait, that is very old, this is her now
Sure. Enjoy my cursed team 2 and I still had a lot of time to spare.
Had trouble with Coppelia because no healer lol
child abuse
Imagine the riptide procs..
question, where are those furina lilies? the map says there are in the little island with the tree but there's nothing
Gotta do the world quest iirc
figures. is it long?
It's pretty short.
Even counting dialogue it’s probably only like 20-30 minutes long.
You have to complete the world quest The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes to unlock them
Do the world quest about the fairy and it heals the tree and removes the wolves.
Post an image of the healed tree so I can decide if I will do it or not. I don't do any world quests that make the environment less interesting.
Does anyone actually want this thing?
ER stat stick on a burstbot?
I just gave it to my sayu because eh
Works in Eula of you don't have any other 5 star claymore or have energy issues
She can also buff the vacuum vortexes it does since those are physical damage
its not anymore. oyohim changed phys damage to 80% atk damage
That's incredibly gay
'atk%' isn't a damage type. It uses your attack value to determine the damage of the wind blade, but it also deals that damage as physical that gets buffed by your stats.
As far as Skyward weapons go, I'd rank it mid. Harp > Atlas > Pride > Sword > Spine.
It looks good on Sayu. I started using it on Freminet since he actually benefits from everything it has, even the passive.
Pride is the worst, other than that its fine
Haven’t done Furina’s story quest yet, does anyone thank her? Was expecting Neuv and all of Fontaine to knee to her like at the end of Return of the King.
lmao
That sucks. I really like Fontaine, but how the archon quest ended bothered me. When Neuv was lore dropping, I was panicking and kept thinking “they aren’t going to just end it here without seeing Furina right?” And then they did. Also, fuck the traveler for only wanting to save Furina to get information out of her.
her story quest wraps it up well enough to make up for it. besides the traveler has no real reason to like furina at that point, all she's done is falsely accuse someone and be dumb in a sort of cute way
What else was there to talk about? She was utterly mindbroken by the end and just wanted to rest
its been talked about in /gig/, the absolute shithole, but right now a lot of things point to the idea that a rewrite happened
>4.X so far has been nonstop neuvwank. furina hasnt had a moment to shine at all. meanwhile all the way between 1.0 and 3.8 we've had meaningful personal time with every archon in the AQs.
>furina's kit possesses mastery over pneumousia, lore states that neuv should have this ability. furina is the ONLY person to possess this ability in her kit and neuv only has pneuma control in his kit.
>the entirely unexplained form shift mechanic
>the whale's rather odd introduction. EVERYTHING we had before 4.2 pointed to it being the dead one underground. the one that has no ill intent and wants to be reborn in a way that would make it not a literal poison to life. meanwhile the one in the quest has had ill intent for 500 years.
>in 4.0 and 4.1 the leadup was "the fatui have a way to break the prophecy, but we need the gnosis". in 4.2 its "ok so there is no way to break the prophecy but actually the prophecy is a funny coincidence of several completely unrelated events and by exploiting these we can technically fulfill the prophecy while also not fulfilling it"
>4.1 is an absolute snore of filler content, and the only bearing it has is "yeah the whale that everyone knows exists? childe is with it now". if a rewrite did happen, 4.1's run duration was used to shit it out and discard 4.2's previous plot
>the whale, despite being an instinct run monster in 4.2, was intentionally calling out to childe in the last two versions.
>the only way to explain celestia not responding to the hydro throne being destroyed is if the island is fucking dead.
>the traveler is just outright rude to furina in the AQ and SQ
tl;dr: too many things just dont make sense with the current plot, and the only way to explain them is to bring up the idea of a rewrite that was made with the sole purpose of stealing furina's spotlight and giving it to neuv.
Go back to /gig/.
i dont WANT to be there, but that fucking janny keeps deleting the threads here.
Then don't bring their schizo theory that don't make sense and is solely fueled by shitposting, dumbass.
it makes sense to me, homosexual.
maybe a little more neuvcock will help you calm down.
only a handful, and these are mostly generals that revolve around games that dont have any defined characters. such as /egg/
You should seriously consider going back to /gig/, you'll fit right in.
Are ANY generals on the shithole decent?
The slowest generals are usually fine.
*that shithole
No spotlight? The 4.2 quest was all about Furina. They made her a literal Christ analog.
If Arlecchino doesn’t apologize to Furina, I won’t roll
Poisson still hates her, but most people in Fontaine think she sacrificed her powers for the sake of Fontaine
>
Not in a very long time, actually. When was the last time he was around, a year and a half ago?
Is it true that the new fatui chick is actually gonna be playable? Last one I remember got killed off.
they have to make her dindu to be playable. iinm chinamen doesnt allow villain char to be playable
if they made scaramouche playable they can make anyone playable
including signora
still saving for signora
Problem?
I don't understand the lore of the previous Hydro Archon anymore. It feels completely retconned/forgotten in 4.2
How? They talk about it non-stop
Why did the oceanids all leave Fontaine when the archon died? Why were there still Oceanids in the first place?
'cause Rhodeia's a cunt. They all originally left to find Egeria, and were mind broken when they found her dead
As for why they didn't return, probably has something to do with Focalors' past life as Erinnyes
Where does is say this? Not doubting you, but it wasn't in the main dialogue of the 4.2 quests anywhere that I noticed.
It's never stated directly, but there are way too many hints in game
>Erinnyes being the last lochknight
>Her and Focalors' connection with Egeria
>Furina's signature weapon story being about Erinnyes, and changing after the AQ
>Story about Erinnyes talks about giving up her holy sword and about how "one more noble than her" will wield it next, same patch were Focalors says Furina is "the perfect human I will never be"
>Furina's local specialty being about Egeria and Erinnyes, also being located on the landmass named after Erinnyes
wait sorry, I thought Erinnyes was a lovecraft type abomination that came down and started ruining everything just by existing, so it went away and then gave birth to Melusines. Am I mixing something up?
You're thinking of Elynas, the big dragon that you can see on the west island of Fontaine.
ah thanks, I have a bad tendency to mix up names
You're thinking of Elynas, the father of the Melusines
Erinnyes was a figure in Fontaine legend similar to King Arthur
>A human looked at a living plushie and said "imma fuck that thing"
What is rhinedottir's problem?
>those Albedos
I wish I could've played back when the game launched, the lore and events from the start look like pure kino.
I am sure less than nobody remaining at yohomo gives a shit about Albedo or his backstory.
Gold is endgame material and Albedo will be relevant there
the biggest mistake the dev team has made is locking off event exclusive content forever
there is actually a shit ton of lore in the major events that newfags and people who become disinterested for a few months miss out on.
There really isn't and I'm tired of people exaggerating this.
Besides incredibly minor local lore in some of the festivals the only big lore thing missed IS the Albedo Event and it'll probably be brought back into the story by the time he's relevant again.
>But muh /u/ event with the metorites!
Only big revelation was brought back up in Sumeru's story.
>But muh Schizomouche backstory and lore!
They literally released a story quest about it in the patch immediately after the event which only pissed people off cause people where tired of hearing Kazuha/Scaramouche's backstory for the 3rd time.
Sigewinne is a pureblood Melusine.
me on the left
>Why were there still Oceanids in the first place?
Some Oceanids decided to become human, other choose to remain as Oceanids. The process of Oceanids probably happened a long time ago, way before the cataclysm.
As for why they all left Fontaine, I don't know if they provided a concrete explanation other than they disliked the current Archon(Furina).
>way before the cataclysm
Shit happened before the archon war
Kinda wish one of them would return and actually interact with Furina. Or maybe Furina could go to one of these locations to meet one of them.
Cute but wrong. What Furina does is much worse than this. She prepares a specific sauce and eats nothing but that sauce throughout the whole week. Then the following week she switches to a different sauce and eats just that the whole week.
When is Skirk coming out, boyos?
>Navia
>Navia
>Al Pacino
>Skirk
>Are all 5-star girls
Genshin is finally healing.........
We haven't seen him in a while, huh? Funny, it seemed like we'd see him almost constantly and suddenly he just stopped showing up.
I'm excited to finally meet Chiori in 4.3.
Does Navia's skill really do this much damage?
Wouldn't surprise me. Geo kinda needs bloated numbers in order to make up for the fact that they have no real elemental reactions.
I feel bad.
I had multiple geo goblets with double crit but because i had nobody to use them for.
I foddered them.
Furina's second character quest will have you control a level 1 Furina to fight a single cryo slime.
Even if you win, you lose in the cutscene
Help
I'm gonna cook spaghetti tomorrow. Damn it Furina.
No
we can all agree that Furina is the dumbest Archon right?
Ei wins that contest
Ei is a Spartan. She’s more likely to cut the philosopher’s head off than to debate the topic.
my chad wife
>Kills innocent god
>Lets civil war take place in her nation
>Sakura tree was planted by Makoto not Ei
>Nation is ran by her familiar
>Can't cook
>Is a turbo autist
I mean she did build at least two sentient robots that's got to count for something.
Yeah that turned out nicely
>innocent god
Orobashi came out to attack Narukami in a suicide charge. Sure it was an execution but Celestia was the ones that gave the sentence, Ei was just the unknowing executioner
His only crime was loving his people
She didn't have to mercilessly slaughter him
Surely someone of her status wouldn't have felt that threatened
Reminder that Furina's negligence resulted in more deaths in Poisson than the entire civil war in Inzauma
A lack of information is not a lack of intelligence. She isn’t stupid, she just lacked knowledge that was purposefully withheld from her. Ei is the only archon that isn’t constantly playing 5D chess, by comparison.
So what are the hot crystalfly spots in Fontaine?
there are so many
Tha character talent domain has a bunch, anything underwater is just free crystalflies
>"Hmm? You like it? Hehe, so do I!"
>A few mild miscommunications aside, they have since become the best of friends.
How come none of her constructs are blubberbeasts?
The retard 3 are her imaginary friends from a Fontainian children's book from a couple hundred years ago
She could have taken some creative liberty.
>crystalfly catching gadget
>7 days and 30 ore for 15 cores
it seems... very bad for its intended purpose. you can get double that amount with 15 minutes of work.
does the yield change depending on the ore you use?
It's the same every time, also the cooldown is fucking garbage with next to no overlap when it should have been the same as the transformer
I can only see mobilefags using this, anyone else can just catch more by swimming around for a couple minutes
Eh, its just my in-game timer for the transformer with a few bonus crystalflies
>teapot load limit is purely so that mobile devices dont explode
>"nearest first" autotarget is because of clunky mobile controls
>shoot the barrel time trials are way too lenient because of mobile controls
>combat, movement, bosses, and quests are held back by mobile controls and retarded mobilefags
>most elemental orb time trials practically play themselves in fontaine.
>paimon's primary purpose is to help mobilefags who need the plot explained directly to their face or else they shitpost about a blatant plot point they missed.
>things like this also exist for mobilefags who cant even be bothered to go and grab a bunch of crystal flies when needed
>cities are extremely sparse because mobile phones cant handle more than 10 npcs on screen at once unless cutscene tricks are used
at what point will mobile support just be dropped. only so much can be added before mobile phones just refuse to run the game.
im just saying that its strangely low for the fact that you are waiting 7 days and spending ore for crystalfly cores.
Never, mobile makes them too much money
>spending ore
Dont try to make it sound like White Iron Chunks are some great and terrible sacrifice
you have to spend 30 ore for 15 cores.
at that point you can just spend the time collecting ore on collecting crystal flies and get more for the time spent
Dude, what exactly are you sending your expeditions on if not at least one character on ore?
Mora. What kind of retard uses expeditions for ores?
How are you not swimming in Mora that you have to send your characters to whore themselves on expeditions.
20 hours for what, 5000 mora?
why the fuck would you waste it on ores you have zero use for instead of mora which costs resin
if you play long enough ores become more valuable than mora. I have 50 million sitting around because there's nothing to spend it on, but ores can't be obtained passively from quests or whatever, you either have to mine it yourself or get it from commissions.
ores have zero uses
this is completely braindead
I haven't had mora issues since before 2.0
how is that an excuse to waste it for no gain? what happens when we get lvl 100 characters?
waste what? what am I wasting by not trying to get 500 million mora?
it's unthinkable that someone this retarded can exist
yet you can't even explain yourself at least my reasoning is obviously a completionist one
you can farm ores any time of the day, that you believe you're being reasonable is a laugh. you're just wasting resin.
it takes a lot of ores to pump weapons up to 90 but thanks for not even reading anything
>it takes a lot of ores to pump weapons up to 90
and you sure as shit aren't getting any closer with expeditions lol
it's a slow game but I've got time
Do math, retard. Three characters on ore, collected once per day for three years. Have fun whacking rocks, idiot, I haven't had to for longer than you've been playing.
you don't need ores you absolute retard
you also don't need to mine to get max BP rewards, or do any crafting
what do you need mora for
lots of things, doesn't matter though. the simple fact is that it costs resin so it's the only thing worth going for.
you have enough and the only reasonable way to get them is to mine
it's so funny how retarded you are to not see this
but you get all sorts of mora from events you could be spending that resin on artifacts
doesn't matter
literally to no benefit
so you'd rather have 2 billion mora than ores to upgrade weapons?
you can have both
you can't reasonably farm mora without spending resin
I just don't understand the whole oh mora costs resin so it's more important when you can have millions of mora without ever spending resin on it
because you're dumb
>you can't reasonably farm mora without spending resin
But you can farm artifacts that sell for mora, its no different than hitting rocks for ore.
again, you do not need ores
again, you do not need mora
yes you do
yes you do
Your weapon, your daily quest and your crystal fly all need ores? Instead of farming crystal flies daily you can do it one or twice per week and use the catcher. All that for a few ore instead of a merely 5k mora.
>you can't reasonably farm mora without spending resin
That's not entirely accurate. End game players do mora/elite routes in the overworld in co-op and it adds up to additional tens of millions of mora over the course of, say, a year, without all that much time and effort.
>End game players do mora/elite routes
Speak for yourself, not everyone is autistic.
>End game
>e. End game players do mora/elite routes in the overworld in co-op
no they don't
I've never done that in my life
I farm artifacts sometimes
>reasonably
>you don't need ores you absolute retard
you need ores to craft xp materials for weapons you fucking mongoloid.
>you also don't need to mine to get max BP rewards
But I can, so I do and will continue to do so.
>what happens when we get lvl 100 characters?
A hypothetical as worthless as "what if we get friendship level 11" and "what if Geo doesn't become a fucking worthless element"
oh really? what is the cap for talent levels? what is the cap for enemy levels?
"What if swirl doesn't become a reaction that people cope with electro-swirl and swirl hyperbloom"
>ores have zero uses
weapon exp crystals, retard
the only reasonable way to get those is to mine them
i get them from expeditions. about 5k crystals, 37mil mora. only bothered mining ore during the first year.
for 5000 mora? lmao
it's always 3 people go for ore so you can craft weapon upgrade crystals.
since the beginning I've kept one r5 of every weapon 3* and better but recently I've been pushing them all to 90
1 for ore, 4 for Mora. Fischl gets me ore so I immediately get the BP points for it.
I have 1 character on ore so everyone is on the shortened time duration.
it's just additional 15 cores for doing nothing. how is that a bad thing? why do people think this device is supposed to be your main source of cores?
Well I figured that Mihoyo had figured out that no one likes farming cores by now.
True, it's was a shitty activity. But now in Fontaine flies are fucking everywhere and in big groups so it's easy to do.
If you think about it, though, the people of Fontaine have strange ideas about what it means to be a god. The reason Furina acted like a brainless clown for 500 years was because that's what people expected her to look like. It does raise some questions about what Egeria was like if that's what people expected out of gods.
>heavenly principles state that you may not create a human race without their approval first
>egeria: "i'll create a human race without asking celestia first! surely nothing will go wrong"
i think that does all the explaining that needs to be done.
>Be Clorinde
>Decide to visit your old boss after she stepped down
>She lives in a tiny-ass apartment.
>Clorinde: "Excuse me Lady Furina, I'm coming in."
>Clorinde enters. There's nothing inside except some boxes and a bed that doesn't even have any covers over it. Furina's just sitting alone in an evening blouse eating pasta. It's the middle of the afternoon.
>Clorinde takes stock of the situation and calmly turns to leave the apartment.
>Clorinde: "Excuse me, there is a matter I must discuss with the Iudex."
>Furina: "Wait! Stop! Why are you drawing your sword?!"
>Furina's just sitting alone in an evening blouse eating pasta
Hot
Ehem
Fuck Poisson. Assholes had it coming for living in the most floodable place imaginable alongside Meropide.
At least Meropide has the excuse that it's literally a prison
I honestly can't really comprehend what would compel them to deliberately live in a fucking dank-ass cave. Look inside. All the houses are made from like old shipwrecks. They could have built their community above ground but they chose a fucking cave.
dont forget the fact that the prophecy rumors were proven to have been true long before poisson was flooded
>be navia
>just solved the serial disappearances case with the traveler
>it was also just proven that fontanians can dissolve in primordial water
>live in a cave under the sealine. a cave that has a river flowing into it.
>such a place is at the highest risk of being the first to get hit by a flood
>months later
>have done nothing to prepare for the worst possible outcome with an evac plan for a prophecy you KNOW is coming true.
>dont even try to streamline paths to the exit
>unsurprisingly, disaster strikes.
>the piss poor layout of the town, said layout requiring you to climb a cliff to leave the cave, ensures that most inhabitants dissolve.
>"i have done nothing to prepare for disaster and now the town is suffering from disaster. how could this possibly happen to me?"
>also a top of the line crime investigator
>fatui, a criminal organization, are right next to your town with plenty of rescue supplies
>dont question the fact that they have supplies needed for this exact situation
>dont question the fact that they have digging machines powerful enough to dig a tunnel all the way from your town to the opera house in less than a month, digging machines that could have been used to disturb the area and cause a primordial water flood
>"clearly furina is to blame!"
its like this image was MADE for navia.
another annoying thing: actual erosion means that the town is fucked to die from a normal flood sooner or later thanks to the river, and an archon's duty does not cover the people's incompetence. furina is the last person that should be blamed for what happened.
Wait a moment, are there not any of those random quests in Fontaine? Like the cart guy with the hilichurls?

You guys are not using the crystalfly catcher right. I always logout at the big tree in mondstadt so i get ~4 a day for free, and you use 4 per day max. Sometimes I get lazy and logout elsewhere so eventually i run out and have to manually farm more.
The trap makes it so that never happens because you now have an extra buffer. Any surplus also slowly accumulates so not only will you never hit 0 again, you won't even think about it and one day a year from now, you'll realize you have 500 crystalflies and basically never have to worry about them again.
Imagine bending her over the desk of her secret study and railing her until her energy reserves are completely drained
Haven't since the hype died
Why are people trying to compare mora to ore claiming one is better?
You can farm both off of the overworld.
not using resin optimally means your account is bricked
y not
Mora needs resin if you want significant amounts off.
Maybe they are the kind that don't lv to 90 and only use 8 characters or whatever
why would you level characters you never use to 90
Because people do use more than 8 characters
and there's over 70 to get
20 minutes of mining rocks is worth nobody's fucking time unless you're a minecraft kiddie.
The best way to play this fucking "game" is ironically to spend 10 minutes a day doing as fucking little of the trash bloat(mining, spending resin)as possible even skipping dailu comissions by staggering out exploration and quest stages while getting rewards and pushing content that have the bare minimum experience worthy value(story quests at best and not even that 90% of the time)
The efficient way is to send a couple of fuckers out mining every 16~20 hours and do domains once every 2 days just so you can make 4 condesned resins and call it a day.
oh so you don't even play the game, got it
i have over 200 unsued fragile resin
resin is not an issue
Literally can't imagine still being in need of mora at this time. We must be looking at the posts of an ultra-newfag.
Newfags are usually the ones without mora issues. Newfags and casuals.
i'm always in need of mora because i level everyone
Why does no city have the perfect set up?

>only 21 rolls saved up after Shin hits double hard pity rolling for Navia
Shame that
I-I'll try to resist the temptation, Anon!
We all know you won't and you'll come crying to us again dummy.
What the fuck happened to the Teyvat Travel Guide? Did Alice just give up after Inazuma?
Mihoyo shouldn't do mysteries.
>Your guesses on how shit plays out ride are influenced that they actually bothered to
I guess I kinda had a stroke while writing that, but I'm sure you can piece together what I was trying to say here.
>The story isn't completely predictable!?!?
>SHIT STORY
I swear people will find the most insane ways to complain about Genshin.
MIHOYO LIED TO US
>How the fuck did Navia figure it out anyhow?
She literally explains it you speedreader.
>should be able to be solved logically
>logically
>logic
Maybe you should start using it.
>it is impossible for paimon to eat snacks without realizing
>absolutely no one saw her as she left the hiding room, went near FIVE people and stole food right in front of them
this is skyrim levels of sneak bullshit, where you crouch in front of them and they fail to see you. pic related
>Tons of famous mystery stories do this type of shit and people jerk those off.
ad populum, not even an argument.
Thief is able to sneak by guards.
fair enough
that I'll admit is somewhat egregious looking but I dunno if they were focusing on something else at the time.
Not all narrators are reliable, sperg kun.
Nigga what a lot of people predicted that Focalors/the gnosis was inside the Oratrice.
I think the composers try to incorporate where they could, but then you have weird cases like Zhongli and Ganyu where Zhongli's doesn't have it but Ganyu's entire theme is basically a remix of Liyue's leitmotif.
am I smart for guessing two of these three examples or is anon that dumb?
Man, I wish the Sword of Narzissenkreuz was decent.
Excuse me, what? Probably mentioned somewhere but either I skipped the dialogue or I simply forgot.
She and Yohomo pulled that lore out of their asses
I have terrible memory, so I'm probably wrong here, but I believe this is the first time they mentioned that the Gnoses are the remains of the Third Descender
Nahida already hinted that the sibling MC originally knew was long dead.
maybe I'm stupid but I understood that as "your sibling isn't the Third Descender" rather than "the one resembling your sibling is not really your sibling".
Khaenri'ah did something. Summoned them? Resurrected a part of them? Created? Who knows
Yeah there were actually 500 descenders but the 496 of them just set their status to Teyvat on Irminsulbook.
Sex with Skirk's thighs
Are you supposed to call her mommy or daddy
The hero of Poisson.
Navia calls her daddy.
Navia's a cheap whore. Arlecchino only has eyes for Furina.
Both
So what the fuck was up with Tartaglia's vision?
He outgrew it
They needed a way to introduce us to the whale indirectly as a teaser.
That asspull that lead to nowhere is the result
People complained about the story being too long so they dropped that whole plot point.
Who knows, maybe his abyss cancer is too strong for celestia spyware to handle.
>Avengers Endgame moment of all Archons showing up vs the Unknown God at the end of the story
>homosexual dragon shows up to represent Fontaine instead
Is 4.2 the worst story decision they have ever made?
If they gave a shit about consequences of their shit story, we'd already have skyrim style canned interactions between characters in the teapot already.
As it stands, Neuvillette does fuck all within the presence of Nahida, Venti, Zhongli, and Raiden.
neuv will be too busy and send Furina instead.
>Neuv will be too busy
fucking Furina so the traveler will take their place.
>Celestia jannies going against the unknown god
Do you think Furina sometimes dreams of the 500 years she went through? Do you think she has nightmares where, actually, the events of the Archon Quest didn't happen and she's right back to where she always was? And when she wakes up she's just depressed the whole day and refuses to go outside? Do you think she sometimes just breaks down crying randomly?
Do you think Furina is a virgin? She's over 500 years old, and she has to keep herself from having friends or else she'd risk her secret leaking out.
Well, Furina was a regular human for the entire 500 years of her life
Yes but the entire point is that for 500 years, she couldn't let anyone know she wasn't a god.
We'd have to know how Egeria was with that topic. If that was something people expected of an archon, Furina would fold
Maybe, but in her case, I can't imagine she would have. She has to keep her guard up at literally all times.
Venti definitely fucked and got fucked while drunk.
>Yes because Focalors's curse prevents her from dying
From aging, not dying. It's why she's fearful of Arlecchino killing her.
Fucking finally.
And I almost forgot to get my poorfag meal today.
What went wrong?
>end of Fontaine
>traveler STILL hasn't asked either Furina or Neuvillette about his twin
Did the whole plot get fucking dropped? Why doesn't he care about his sibling, the main reason for his quest, anymore?
speedreader-kun.... I kneel.
>uhh I know nothing better luck in Natlan
Isn't an excuse.
You're one of those braindead retards who think finding the sibling is the only goal.
Traveler literally doesn't give a shit about anything else. He reiterates it with Paimon in 4.2.
You talk about it with Neuv at the end of 4.0
Traveler ALREADY fucking asked him about it.
We found our sibling like three years ago anon, he told us to journey through Teyvat and he'll meet us again at the end.
I'm kinda excited for Navia. Mihoyo hasn't put out a good kit like that in forever.
It doesn't need them, it does more with them and they're easy to get
>Her skill has shit range and can't aim up.
You can't aim up? The range seems fine to me, either way these aren't big deals.
>Her burst does piddling damage
It's quadratic scaling and has decent uptime.
>Claymore weapon type
Cool animations
>Oh and did I mention she's geo and geo has shit reactions?
Crystallize is a good defensive reaction.
She's good because her kit is full and you can slot her into any party. She has a good skill, she has infusion that doesn't have terrible downtime, and her burst is good.
I rely on it. I've never invested into a shielder.
Works on my machine.
I think they're all clunky myself.
>I thought Freminet numbers were good? Was it bait?
He has dual scaling, how could he do damage?
>I think they're all clunky myself.
can't really imagine Neuvilette or Furina being clunky
>He has dual scaling, how could he do damage?
I guess I got baited then, but to be fair, not that I care much about meta
EQ on Furina has an annoying gap and building fanfare is annoying.
Neuvilette I guess isn't clunky so much as he's boring. Needing a shielder and teams that support him isn't something I like, I like freedom.
I was thinking here, the only thing that bothers me in Furina is that you can use her CA by accident very easily as it is pretty quick, but it's a matter of getting used to it
>Needing a shielder
works on my machine, I also find him fun, but characters that work with him are few
I never built him for more than overworld
>Charlotte would be good if her skill didn't have that 2s charge up thing.
100%, but they're afraid of having something too close to a cryo Nahida, even if budget I guess, I just wish her numbers were bigger so you can actually deal damage with her
>She's an attack scaling geo character.
I'm hoping it's a healer.
You forgot option C.
Dehya'd.
It would be neat if having a Crystallize shield gave a small boost to Shield Strength so it wasn't completely irrelevant alongside a shielder.
>eula
>xiao
>ganyu
>all are extremely popular
Mono anemo sucks. Xiao should be buried already.
Eula as well.
usage=/=popularity
I'm talking about how good a character is in the meta, not how much rule 34 they have.
top tier != popular
>Eula

most of Fontaine kits are good and fun to me, Neuvilette, Wriothesley, Furina, Freminet
Lynette is fine, just her numbers are small and Lyney is kinda pyro Ganyu most of the time
Charlotte is a bit weird, her animations and everything are top tier, but her kit seems one note
>posting abyss

What's the point of this discussion?
It's like pondering on whenever Gandalf fucked or not
Well, did he?
Of course Gandalf didn't fuck. You don't get superwizardmagic power without being a 3000+ year old virgin.

No, she deserve everything.
Death to hebefags.
people are unreasonable, yes, with that being said

I don't know how that's okay to you, but still this place is contrarian and weird as is, they'd sooner call rape as building character
>rape builds character
We already have that with Collei
Yeah and ordinary people dont know that, as far they know the hydro archon didn't move a finger for them.
Ordinary people should know that she's not an archon. That was the whole point of the god damn trial.
The official explanation is that she gave all her power to the judge machine in order to save the people from the prophecy. This explanation was seemingly corroborated by Neuvillette. After all, no one dissolved despite the flood.
Moreover, the public has no trouble with Neuvillette leading and just listens too him anyway.
>wasn't guilty
"Was guilty". Fuck
>And they're STILL fucking living there, even after the flood. Even after everything that happened.
You talking as if this shit doesn't happen in real life.
It's a fucking cave. Every single goddamn civilization left caves behind at the first fucking opportunity. Caves suck.
-t asphaltlicker.
Do YOU fucking live in a cave, homosexual?
yes, fuck off celstial.
Your man cave is not a cave cave
Don't care, I will stay in here forever and no godly flood can make me moved away.
So fuck off!
If Arleccino flooded Poisson intentionally, well they would have been fucked no matter what.
Yeah, she had no way to know when or where or if something will happen, but the problem is she still did nothing.
She did know the seal on primordial water was about to break and Neuv stopped it last second after 4.1.
You won't have anyone say "Well, the president didn't know anything so it's not his fault he didn't even attempt to do something"
>, but the problem is she still did nothing.
What she gonna do? used her archon power and stop the water from rising?
Confess to people that she's not an Archon and tell them to evacuate because she can't do jack shit?
At least read the reply chain before replying
Nothing would have solved the issue less than a complete nation-wide evacuation.
>Poisson could've been saved, or at least the damage could've been minimized.
How? It was an unpredictable occurrence. The only gusher that was known was the one that was specifically blocked with multiple layers of protection.
You (and the rest of the autists and retards) blaming Furina is even more stupid than the villagers who were blaming her, as you're not affected by grief and pain like they are.
>go to Ganker because /vg/ is terrible and discussion is impossible
>still find autists and illiterates that can't analyze a simple story that even has a retard stand-in to specifically explain things to such people
By putting in some preventive measures after everything almost went to shit after 4.1.
>REEEE IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH ME YOU'RE AUTISTS AND RETARDS
nice argument
I mean the only preventative measure possible is a full scale evacuation. Like there's not much else you could do here.
You need to work on becoming self aware.
What's your favourite macaroni recipe?
I like em with bacon bits and topped with garlic and herb breadcrumbs
Tomato, onion, garlic sauce. Bolognese.
Ugh... Why there are no coop match button in Dvalin domain?
>Ugh
bweeh~
Because you should have a full team that can beat his worthless ass alone by now.
But I just joined a week ago.
The domain was too buggy and it still is a bit of a clusterfuck.
No I haven't seen him
I don't understand that they made a good card out of him
I still hate Furina and no archon quest or character quest is going to change my opinion
I might have issues with how MHY handled her role in the AQ, but there's nothing to hate about Furina herself
Why, the only reason I could see is just being inherently adverse to suffering bait characters. Her true self is such a cutie that even the most deranged ryona/correctionfags just want to hug her.
How was Fontaine flooded anyhow? It's a fucking plateau. Were no other nations affected by this?
magic
>Square cubes in the sky
It's just that but only on Fontaine.
damn was edwin in cahoots with the whale?
Reminds me of that Dark Souls 2 meme image about the Iron Keep just seemingly floating in the sky
It's a world where water can be controlled
wonder what sumerians or mondstadtians saw
Water.
A quick glance at the map tells us that there's a whole lot of nothing but sand and rainforests between Sumeru and Fontaine.
I think the lore stated there is supposed to be a fuck off mountain north or Mondstadt even after Venti chopped it down but I can't remember.
Either way. Maybe a few harbors got flooded for them.
you talk like an autist
I know what you talk like but what about I
>still cant buy from the Fontaine shop
Doesn't it always unlock after the AQ? Is there still more?
You need to max out the fontaine of Lucine first. It was the same thing with the Inazuma and Sumeru shops
based late tard
it unlocks when you've maxed the fountain
>F2P
>just have 80 wishes and I'm on coinflip
>really want to roll for Furina
>afraid of not having enough to roll for Sigewine, Cloud Retainer and/or Clorinde in the near future (whoever comes first)
Is there an updated chart of leaked future banners?
The only one I have showed Arlecchino coming in 4.3 so it's clearly outdated
CR 4.4
Sigewine 4.5
Clorinde 4.6 or after
>Sigewinne is 5-star
Man I hope there's no 4-star I want in her banner.
I hope Siggy is good and not Qiqi 2.0
>CR 4.4
FUUUUCK
I'm gonna have to skip Furina then, if I blow my load now and win the coinflip there's no way I'll have like 180 wishes by 4.4 to guarantee Cloud Retainer
being f2p is no excuse for being poor
t. 70k primos
cute
>End game
Why retard always think that Genshit is some kind hardcore shittery game like shitsouls or MMOgrindshit?
Not rolling for a single fontaine character after this AQ. Hate them all
Word, save for Cloud Retainer
This but I make an exception for the armpit/sideboob slut that is Charlotte
She's ok in my book
Absolutely based take. Fuck Wormvillette and fuck Fat Xiao.
They should make items that reset artifacts to level 0, so you can roll again.
Would you be interested?
I would be mad because I've deleted artifacts that could have benefitted from that. So I hope it never comes.
they should make something that let us reset stat of our choice like in action taimanin
what characters are good on a furina team?
