If leon throws away his knife before the final boss fight how can he still use the knife? Sorry if this is off topic I just had been thinking a lot about this since the
It's Krauser's knife, he picks it up after the fight against him.
That makes sense, thanks much
it’s boring and stressful to play
>I’m bad at games and intimidated by challenges
Lol.
It is stressful and I'm surprised no one ever did that again, RE4 horror comes not from not having enough and being unsure what's around the corner, it comes from having barely enough ammo while a you know a horde is banging at the door. It's stress horror not survival horror. I don't think another game ever did that again, maybe from some parts of RE5.
RE5 is more of a run and gun in parts whereas 4 is definitely more frustrating.
Some parts of RE5 are like RE4 but very few, maybe 15% of the game at most. I think the game was supposed to be very different but then it was changed due to them adding coop since that was the big thing at the time, all the games were adding coop.
The co op is cool but if you're playing alone Sheva definitely gets annoying at times.
RE5 was supposed to emphasize hordes of enemies a lot more. That you would strategically run away from. An entire city breathing down on you. They even made an advanced hdr lighting engine where daylight would blind you for a bit when you step out from shadows. And you would be afraid to go indoors because black people are harder to see in shade and you'd be vulnerable while your eyes adjust.
Das raciss
that's why the first trailer had 25+ enemies on screen
what the fuck are you talking about? enemies drop bullets like fucking candy
resident evil 4 is easy as fuck
The controls and camera make everything a chore
Zoom zoom!
>don't like controls
>must be a zoomer
Okay retard keep thinking that considering I'm over 30
I never liked the controls back when it was released
Then you don't like Resident evil, simple as.
It worked for the fixed camera games, not for the over the shoulder forced onto GC of all things game.
Idk I have a blast with it and play it every October
If you enjoy it that's fine, I'm just saying it didn't do it for me.
Understandable, have a good day
they do, and i liked the game
people on Ganker are gaslighting
>the game is a chore to play
>but I like it
[x] doubt
>he says as he gaslights
UHHHHHHH.... GUH???
moron people have complained about RE4 controls since it came out. RE5 nailed what RE4 tried to do and feels much better to play.
I replay re4 every year, I played through re5 once and never felt compelled to replay it since
>complained about RE4 controls since it came out
It's "come out" on at least 4 different systems.
And you can alter its controls in each one.
>Well, ANON, I'm GOING TO RESPOND to your post because I'm a TROLL and I JUST WANT TO ARGUE
You can change controls but it doesn't fix the camera and the way it functions with the controls which means the problem js never fixed.
What's the issue with the camera exactly?
You don't control it the way you do on other games it's tied to the actual movement stick and all you can do with the other one is glance back and forth.
Sounds like a skill issue amigo
>skill issue
Another meme git gud argument when you just don't like how a game controls or the mechanics.
The movement of the enemies is designed around the camera controls. Make the camera controls "better" and the game becomes stupidly easy
He doesn't want "better mechanics," he wants "more exciting to watch on youtube."
Sounds like a skill issue dude
That's what happens when a game isn't developed around GC controls and never changed for other ports.
This is the worst take I've seen all week Holy shit
He's not wrong, RE4 is all about barricading yourself against a wall while the horde comes rushing in.
that only happens in the intro.
>RE4 is all about barricading yourself against a wall while the horde comes rushing in.
>rushing in
This is not true for the vast vast majority of the game
it tanked the franchise and propelled shitty OTS camera that takes up a third of the screen into commonality. one of the worst games of all time, without question.
It's and overrated game that tendies hyped up because it was the first RE exclusive to a Nintendo system. It was just a generic third person shooter compared to the classic trilogy.
Inb4 tendie cope
>it was the first RE exclusive to a Nintendo system
LOL
LMAO
interesting way of telling everyone you're a gay with shit taste, but okay
>lashing out in anger cause someone doesn't like your favorite game
Actual autism
yeah im pissed as hell buddy whatre you gonna do about it
Same
It's not a RE game
It's not a good action game
It's another game that was exclusive to a Nintendo console for a while so Ganker treats it like it's good but it was actually the worst RE in the series.
How do I play this in high res while keeping the controls. I don't care how bias this was towards the player it was fun as fuck
Wii ports of GC games were almost always bad if they forced you to use motion controls.
I wish I could get you over here to play some my man. This isn't some Twilight Princess BS this is the real deal right here
Wii version is the only version of Resident Evil 4 I've ever played.
I enjoyed it immensely.
RE5 with PS move was also fun as fuck
I kinda wanna try it now.
Get a dolphinbar and emulate it.
Thank you for continually buying each version and even this new remake, regardless~
For your experience opinion.
Hi Capcom shill. Is that you Suzi Hunter?
I like RE4 but it's not even in my top 3 RE games.
What are your top 3 RE games anonkun?
RE1R > RE3 > RE2R > RE2(yes I like the remake more than the original sue me) > RE4
I found RE5 way more fun
I agree because of the co-op. I think Re4 has a better campaign.
Oh cool the discord brigade has arrived. Fight the power xixter!
It's Suzi Hunter obviously aka Sue Lightning
They put it on devices that are not Nintendo so its not a video game its a movie.
I played it for the first time ever this past month.
It was fun, I liked it. Camera controls were a bit ass but wcyd.
Felt it got a bit easy towards the end. I was hoping the regenerators would be hard as fuck but they were actually easier than say, the charging blind dudes.
Yeah even on professional I don't think RE4 is a particularly difficult game. You just have too many options for sidestepping all of its challenges. The knife being completely OP is the main one and makes ammo never a concern.
I didnt even use the knife that much once I got a few weapons. I always felt like I had enough ammo if I used it well and remembered to clear the rooms with one of my 20 grenades.
