N64 was the first high quality 64 bit console. Had a better lineup of mainline games. Revolutionized the industry with Mario 64, Banjo, Ocarina of Time, Mario Party, etc. Why is this nostalgic prick trying to rewrite history?

Killer 7,RE4, Viewtiful Joe, Metroid Prime, Ikaruga, Monkey ball, superior FZero, Mario Kart and Smash bros, Paper Mario TTYD, this isn't even mentioning SMS and Windwaker. People overrate the N64 based on Mario, Zelda and Star Fox, all of which are good but you're on another planet if you think N64 has a better lineup. Sin and Punishment is based though

Never watched whoever this is, but the N64 was a "mistake" in that it still pushed cartridges. For me, both now and when it was new, I far preferred carts to discs because of the load times (I had an N64 and PSX, loading times always felt like a mistake). But at the same time, it's what pushed 3rd parties away from Nintendo, not to mention how they fricked up and made their biggest competition by turning away Sony. The games were certainly revolutionary, but so were a lot of Playstation games. Both were at a very formative time for early 3D. Not sure why Gamecube would be revolutionary, though.
