Not him and not trying to bait, but in most violent games, those included, the violence is more focused on sheer brutality and impact, while in this one it's quite clearly more about fetishistically detailed gore. Not that I'm judging, but I can see how someone would feel more uncomfortable than usual watching this footage. It's a lot more meticulous and drawn out.
