Any game is good and fun if you play it with a friend. The fact that consolebabies assume playing with a friend to be the norm tells a lot about the quality of their games.
Most people do not play the Steam games they buy. Achievements for even the simplest of tasks - such as completing the first chapter - tend to have less than a 50% completion ratio.
This is truer the cheaper the game is.
since the game is $30 it makes sense that the achievement for clicking the "start game" button would be decently high. but check out how many people played long enough to start a fire/kill an animal:
this, which is funny because i knew several couples who got together irl after raiding in wow for a couple weeks
but you can talk to someone online via video chat for months and know their cat's medical history and still never even think about hanging out irl these days
i think people were just really excited about the internet and i took that for granted
But PC is the ideal platform for co-op? >can do 1080p and higher >rock-solid framerate >more ports than every console in history to let you connect as many controllers as you want >even supports multiple displays
>it feels like everyone is quiet as frick especially in MMOs
blame the normalgay invasion. everyone has to walk on eggshells for fear of triggering an automated ban and losing their money
You have to play on private servers. Over the last years, I played Mordhau, Conan Exiles and the Warhammer RoR MMO, all on community servers, and people were interacting with each other all the time.
Just stay away from official servers and you will find out what online gaming was like two decades ago.
PC gamers are losers. I want nothing to do with them while I game on my PC.
Sporting the Russian flag in these trying times is pretty ignorant.
Coop sucks, few games feel like you're actually supposed to cooperate to achieve a certain goal, and not just each solo their own part.
Amount of bots farming for trade items and cards is impressive on Steam "gaming" platform.
Because devs did their best to kill local co-op and hotseat multiplayer on PC. Also, internet.

>Any game is good and fun if you play it with a friend.
Literally not true. Borderlands 1 plays like total shit and we gave up a quarter way through, but we played through Borderlands 3 twice.
split screen on PC is fricking stupid, if you're gonna do local co-op ANYTHING on a PC game add LAN support.
>split screen
>PC
I struggle to think of a worse possible way to play co-op than that.
>anon discovers that TVs and controllers can be connected to PCs too
Nobody, fricking nobody is doing all that for the 5 random games that do split-screen co-op on PC idiot.
>anon doesn't have a media center setup
Its not 2006 anon, even if you're opposed to streaming and FTP every TV released in the past decade can have a USB drive plugged into it.
I dunno, works pretty well still.
I didn't say it didn't work. I'm saying its unecessary and not something the average person with a PC is doing nowadays.

even craft an improvised knife is 46% completion which is the first thing you do in the game
this is true for consoles
you are a worthless moron
>game has a co-op/splitscreen achievement
>you live alone
Challenge accepted.
The funniest part is that a good chunk of those were unlocked with SAM so they're even lonelier than you thought
you are a worthless moron
Coping
I'm not an incel I just hate women.
Then where are your friends @?
I've played with male friends Monster Hunter World.
they dont have friends, they use discords and image boards to fake being friends with people theyll never meet.

No one is powerful enough to sit in my masturbation station 9000 but me.
Jacking each other is a bad coop game.
Coop is a cool, but nothing beats charging into giant battles with nobodies
idk what happened but I made internet friends in every game I played but nowadays it feels like everyone is quiet as frick especially in MMOs

Name 1 good coop game
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 1 and 2
my homie
Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles beat'em ups based on the 2003 series (all 3 games)
>Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles beat'em ups based on the 2003 series (all 3 games)
Love the 2003 series but those games are unironic dog shit.
>t. has no friends
But I did play them with friends. 3 was the only semi-passable one, and just barely, like a 40/100 on metacritic pass.
Gauntlet Dark Legacy
halo 1, 2 and 3
TimeSplitters
DotA
left 4 dead 2
rip moron anon
I'm never going to get those last two achievements.
Sam is your true friend and ready to help whenever you need.
>PC
>split screen
>not having a LAN party with your friends instead
