Fighting games dont sell besides 2 or 3 established IPs and Darkstalkers strong points were its artstyle and top notch animations which todays Capcom cant replicate

I'm talking about traditional animation which are the most EASILY EXPLOITED PROFESSIONALS in the entire industry. A talented producer could absolutely make a high quality, smoothly animated fighter for less than two million.
