Like these anons say, Earth Eater for it (and Onix). I don't think Rock Head is all that useful on it, so I'd elect to replace that (Sturdy isn't great with such high defence, but can prove handy if you get hit with a special Water or Fire move).
I don't think its really desperate for a fix, I use it all the time in game and it never disappoints. I know it sucks in comp, but I'm that bothered about that!
