Taleban wearing penis shaped turbans
soap being a strong body positive black female
makarov being a nazi from south africa
Why is Henry Cavill the go to guy to be cast into videogame stuff? Is he seriously the only big name actor in hollywood that plays videogames?
he's /ourguy/
Damn! Henry has a nice dump truck yooo SHEEEESH
They got Pedro Pascal for every escort mission level instead
Robert Patterson?
Yes. The majority are busy having orgies with children.
He's probably the only one who simply says yes when asked for any vidya adaptation. Knowing how badly they were in the past other actors/agents might refuse them out of principle. It needs a proper hit for others to jump on it, like with Superhero movies before and after Iron Man.
It's pretty much him and Ryan Reynolds yeah
there isn't a single cod game with a story interesting enough to make a movie
Black ops or Cold War
blops or maybe cod4, though i doubt any producer has the guts to nuke 30,000 us military personnel on the big screen.
>guts
The U.S. military will pay and partner with movie producers so long as they can get the rights to the script and portray the U.S. military in a good light. In exchange you get access to real military gear and such.
Yeah, as long as the US forces have good intentions or are trying to do the right thing without cowardice, they'll let you do whatever. Just look at Top Gun Maverick or any Michael Bay movie.
No. Mini-series would be much better.
COD 4
MW2 has better twists and turns. MW1 is very straightforward story.
Black ops is literally a nam movie....The first part of the zombies story as a movie would be kino but they aren't that soulful or smart to take advantage of it....
Actually CoD stories aren’t even that bad on modern actuon movie scale, but the question is why would you make a movie out of it (I mean, obviously to cash on the name, but you understand what I mean)?
CoDs are already tightly paced, very cinematic 5-7 hour long experiences that are about as close to an interactive action movie you’d wish for. Making a movie out of them just reduces the intensity of action when you don’t get to participate in it, yet won’t probably bring any positives.
>Hollywood makes generic shooty man movie based on generic shooty man game. Hires generic actor man for lead role
I was going to say a call of duty movie would be stupid but I guess the single player games are pretty much interactive movies, I still dont think the stories are good enough for a movie but it could work as a brainless movie filled with big action bits
If this was based off Nazi Zombies then this could actually be a fun movie. I feel there is alot they can do creatively in that universe rather than just going for generic war film with generic war is hell message thats been done 100s of times over. You ever seen that fake Quentin Tarantino nazi trailer? Thats the aesthetic they should go for
>Oi get to the Rogaine and steroids it’s our Call of Duty ™
>Call of Duty movie
How creatively dead does Hollywood have to be that they decide to make a movie out of CoD of all franchises?
Bare bones, scraping the bottom of the barrel kinda dead. Now they aren't even confident they can make a successful war movie without a franchise already attached to it. You love to see it
The fuck? A COD movie?
I don't see any way they couldn't fuck it up (what the fuck would it even be about?), but I guess they could salvage it by having Michael Bay direct Modern Warfare 2 (2009).
Call of Duty is all ready pozzed. Not much to fuck up.
>buy new CoD game
>go straight to multiplayer
>never play the campaigns
ive doing this since 2003 so i have no idea how pozzed the stories are
The story on the latest MW2 was a bit silly in parts but the campaign had pretty good gameplay, changed it up a lot. I was fairly impressed with it overall but I haven't played a cod since the other MW2 so I don't have any references to be mad about the new one in any of the modes.
whiskey tango foxtrot, am i right guys
I wonder how annoying Cavill will be in this one too. Guy should just shut up and be a writer if he wants to be one and let people do their job.
The only CoD I have ever watched is AI Presidents playing Zombie maps
After 2022 they can make more games about russian warcrimes
I bet it will be set in Iran to create hype for the next war
