buy hardware made post 2008
Black person
>might as well spend real money to get the identical experience
moron
at this point you literally may as well buy a ps2. Getting a job and earning the required money will be less effort than it takes to get an emulator running.
Also a PS2 will run its games perfectly everytime and ps1 games perfectly. In fact i am eager to see wha would happen if they literally re-released the ps2, original hardware, and let people start developing for it again, and make the console 50 quid like Ouya.
third world shitskin hands that can't afford anything more than a dell laptop from 2005 made this post

Learn how to use the emulator.
if youre so smart id like you to show me Ridge Racer V running in hardware mode 1080p with no bugs
Still not perfect but nowhere near as bad as you sooth brains like to pretend it is.
The glitchy UI is pretty nasty but at least the gameplay is solid.
It's ridge racer
RIIIIIIIIIIIDGE RACEEEEER
OP IS SUCH A BRAINLET homosexual HOLY SHIT
Use the wiki and google.
Most of the games I have ran run fine in hardware mode. Armored core games have issues though. It definitely isn't a great emulator.
software mode doesn't even work right you'll still have shitty collision detection because muh floats
>all these brainlets who can't figure out how to configure an emulator
I'm surprised you managed to find the necessary files to run it in the first place.
call me once valkyrie profile silmeria emulates properly. Frick purple boxes
You can get rid of the purple boxes. PAL version and bunch of hacks and it runs decent enough to warrant a playthrough. It obviously still has bunch of issues like FMV cutscenes having delayed audio and couple areas suffering from framerate drops. Neither of these things were bad enough for me to stop playing though, there's like five FMV cutscenes in the game in total and one of the two areas with framerate issues was just an connecting area with nothing important in it.
>mfw playing DQVIII at 90fps
Apart from fricking up the music, it's a great experience
I'm sorry you are a moron
>only want to emulate a single game i loved
>runs flawlessly with no graphical kinks
Feels good
