Greater Will is supposed to be chief or at least the most powerful among them with the Frenzied Flame but it left the world after Marika caused the Shattering, the Formless Mother/Transient Mother was trying to establish itself through Mohg the same way the GW did with Marika and Godfrey, Rot God ended up getting sealed by not Wolf and fairy sidekick in the Scarlet Lake and the Dragon God buggered off before or during Placidusax getting WWE smackdown by Godfrey in Farum Azula the climax of the ancient dragon vs Golden Order war.
