I'm an idort and I use the console for TV.
I rarely use my TV these days and most of my games are stuck in my Steam library. So i usually just stick to that and use my Switch and PS5 for titles that you can only play there or that are better on those platforms.
Like no way i am going to emulate fucking Warioware on my PC.

Play Pikmin 4. Or Mario Wonder. Or BOTW. Those were some fun games that released this year.

I'm just disappointed at this gen as an whole is games are still made for the PS4 & XBOX ONE.
We still are only getting games cap at 60fps with shit resolution and the bare minimum of ray-tracing, seriously what the fuck wrong with the gaming industry like did we really needed to shill out $500 for what's basically a PS4 Pro+ that I'm sure half of the playstation exclusive games could run on PS4 HDD, why the hell did both Sony & Microsoft scam us this gen with shit game

I love it. Weight and ergonomics are improved over DS4. Dpad feels a little better too. The gimmick triggers are fantatsic in games that support them.

I used mine to play Strangers of Paradise and I love that game. Outside of that, it just collects dust unless if I feel like watching a bluray movie. The console doesn’t really have much unless if you’re into modern day Sony exclusives
I considered picking up SoP on PS5 after the PC version got stuck on EGS. But i just ended up waiting for the Steam release

This is the first gen where I didn't get a PlayStation. I had the PlayStation, The PS2, The PS3, The PSP, The PS4, even the Vita. I just havent seen a reason to get a PS5 yet as I have no interest in God of War and Horizon and Spider-Man and Last of Us and I certainly dont care about live service games. Sony dont make games that appeal to me anymore. I'll get one for FF7 Rebirth next year but thats really the only game I can see myself playing on it.

Never had a ps4 or a ps3 so there's a few games in the ps+ catalog I've played. Demons souls remake, ff7 remake, bloodborne, ratchet and clank... there's a few games but mostly I'm just playing genshin on it.
I'm just playing all my PS4 backlog with better load times.
