No, I heard it won't have android emulation at launch. What's the point of upgrading to Windows 11 if I can't even play Azur Lane on it natively?

I'm still on Win7 mostly because I've been too lazy to update

I have upgraded my hardware but not the OS, originally built in 2013

will it be simple to upgrade to a new OS or should I just do a new build entirely

      Depends on your hardware.
I had to update from Win7 for some reason, maybe CPU or USB3 I don't remember. (Ryzen 7)
Upgrading hardware and sticking with Win7 could be difficult.
Win10 is pretty good and has support till 2025.

They ruined the Start Menu again and they're making the same mistake they did with Windows 8 in that they're building the OS around tablets.

Imo, I really liked the Windows 10 Start Menu and the idea that you can resize it and also enjoyed Tiles. The main problem was that no Win32 programs supported Tiles.
