not that anon but mine does. i stopped using it cause normal windows use looks shit and there's no option to automatically switch to hdr mode when launching hdr games. you have to switch it on manually every time and it's annoying. also having to frick with the settings for every game is tedious. not worth it imo
don't measure performance on the first level cause it runs like shit no matter what due to the sheer size of it pushing the engine to the limit. other than that idk, it's been forever since i played without gmdx default settings, idk what renderer that uses by default
>There's also a DX11 mod, but I don't think I've used it.
I've used both dx11 mods and one of them turned my game into a slideshow while the other one fricked up the resolution and graphics while also tanking my framerate
I can't like revision due to the moronic changes to the levels which just bloat up the size withotu adding anything interesting. >bunch of empty rooms with furniture like it was made by AI, sometimes you see burning barrels
No thanks.
Also the soundtrack is fricking shit compared to vanilla.
I tried revision but it ran like shit, looked like shit and had shit level design, like seriously at the very start of the first level there's now an nsf guy sitting on a bench to your left of the wharf who immediately spots you
that's cool though. it immediately alerts you to the fact that it's going to be a different experience and you can't just trust your muscle memory if you want to make it through alive
i played it through once. took like 70 hours, it's so big. might play it again soon but i always feel like i should know the second half of the original better, since most of my runs get to paris and end
One of my fondest moments in Deus Ex is in Paris when that girl tries to sell you info to the weapons stash, and if you've already explored there JC says "I'm not paying you for something I already knew." More of that in games please. It doesn't take much, just make me feel like the game is paying attention and gives a shit about what I'm doing.
Time to replay it again
I want you to have this onions food
No. Not yet.
but that's not onions it's onions
how do you guys make deus ex run with directx10? when I choose it as my renderer the game has terrible performance
I'm using dx9 without any issues, why do you want to use 10?
because directx10 has hdr support, if you have hdr enabled on directx9 the game looks like shit
HDR is shit, why do you even want that?
>HDR is shit
no it's not, does your monitor not support hdr or something?

>DX11
I thought we were only on like DX5
>There's also a DX11 mod, but I don't think I've used it.
I've used both dx11 mods and one of them turned my game into a slideshow while the other one fricked up the resolution and graphics while also tanking my framerate
That will be $599.99
I have a virus
I like revision
I like the achievements giving me ideas to play the way i didn't before and do some unnecessary shit i would never bother with.

You didn't beat the game.

>he doesn't have all the codes written down from a previous playthrough
The game really falls off after Hong Kong. Which is funny because the exact same thing can be said about HR.
