          qrd?

A few years ago they hired the CEO of EA after it was voted as the worst company in America under his leadership. Since then they went public, their stock tanked, they fired their core team of engineers who were forced to create a mountain of technical debt, and now they have partnered with an Israeli malware company.

They merged with a ironsource, a company known previously for creating software bundle installers, I.e. a boomer uses an installer that he thinks is supposed to install one program, and ends up with three different new search bars, seven new toolbars, and a new antivirus in addition to the thing he was trying to install.

Unreal Engine 5 with blueprints. you get access to the best and latest tools the industry has to offer and you can later learn unreal C++ to dig deep into the source code its code for your career. avoid Unity like the plague unless needed for a job.

I recently saw Kotlin which is like a more ergonomic Java. There is a game engine for it which looks super comfy. Check it out

      >learning to do things from scratch ultimately make you more of a chad with actual ownership of your work
this is how you end up with no-dev gays that bemoan other peoples work all day instead of actually devving. You don't know how to make a game "from scratch" but for some reason you espouse it like a religion for other people.
