I'll Wait Posted on May 22, 2023 by Anonymous Name 1 vidya franchise similar to Zelda Ganker. Just ONE!
Darksiders, at least the 1st one
there's lots of 2D zelda-likes, but not a ton of 3D ones that I can think of

List the ones on Nintendo Switch
Okami is nothing like Zelda I wish people would stop saying this.
it doesn't have the puzzle solving element.
Jesus Christ I've had it up to here with you overreacting gay drama queens.
it's like zelda but it's missing the puzzle solving element
You could say souls and ER are zeldalike with your attitude
There aren't really any dungeons, mostly overworld quests. Combat isn't like Zelda at all, you get trapped in an arena and you have to draw. And you don't have items except like the bomb. It's an action-adventure where you unlock abilities and increase health but the similarities are superficial.
Dark Souls is Zelda if Zelda weren't for toddlers.
Souls are similar to Zelda 2 but like the latter anon sad without the puzzles.
Souls games have the adventure part down, but not so much the puzzle part. Even zelda 1 had some basic block puzzles
The enemies and bosses are the puzzle
You know what's really funny? You anons keep making countless Elden Ring vs TotK threads, claiming that ER and Souls series is superior to Zelda and more mature.
...but than a random anon enters the Dark Souls 2 threads and can see complains and bitching about
So if Zelda is for toddlers, Souls games for mature people, then what is Dark Souls 2? It's clearly too complicated for a typical Souls Gankerermin.
Dark souls 2 is for neanderthals
Yeah, well, that is a compliment because neanderthals survived in harsh climate.
Crusader of Centy
zelda if jrpg
more like four swords if rpg
strictly fantasy speaking.
ok now post a first person example. FPS e.g..
Neutopia, The Story of Thor, Dark Cloud?
I got this for free a while back and I thought it was pretty good.
the american mcgee games?
>Ganpuru: Gunman’s Proof
>Crusader of Centy
Not really franchises, but clearly Zelda inspired games.
Surprised no one has said Ys
There are plenty of games like Zelda, but there's no franchises.
Legacy of Kain.
Why aren’t there any Zelda like 3d clones? Does the talent just not exist outside of Nintendo? Even the few that sort of exist like okami and darksiders are trash
Has anyone tried Oceanhorn? Is that series like Zelda or not?
Monster hunter and Fire emblem are similar:
They first had a strong gameplay and relatively -sized fanbase, then they made a game to appeal to everyone and now they're shit
I can't, not even Zelda is similar to Zelda anymore
I just need the dungeons, is there any hope?
Maybe baldur gate? In the sense of adventure and setting.
If you want just a linear story then maybe some dragon quest games or ys but they are jrpgs.
