Nah, people shit on Qval only because it runs like a gay and that's their only argument, this starter evo has solid, cohesive design(aside the weir ass feet instead proper talons) and great fight animations.

Someone called it a bird centaur thing, and that's the most accurate descriptor I've heard so far. I just hate its "hip area" and bell bottom "pants". I'd like it more if the "hips" were more like Blaziken's and the bottom rim of the "pants" were more feathered off.
It's actually kinda cool once you adjust to the initial shock not gonna lie.
People were expecting something cooler or more manly with its 1st state form but ended up getting a flamboyant dancing bird, still better than the bald clown alligator
