two of those got ported to the switch.
>New Super Mario Bros
>good
Three, actually
so we're just repeating the reddit opinion now?
It's the same game every fucking release bro. If you played the first, then you played them all.
No, that's wrong.
No, you're just a retard.
more differences than dark souls games
Good thing this isn't a dark souls thread then
No lol. It's different games, only running and jumping is same
All they change is the powerups (hardly) and music. Every game can hardly even be called an expansion my dude, sorry.
The original is a great game and has fun powerups like the turtle shell, and a bunch of minigames. Wish they added more with each sequel to make them more unique.
The original is a pretty unique experience that stands out amongst its peers and Wii is a worthy sequel to it. I only got halfway through U but from what I recall its essentially Wii on steroids, I guess maybe it's a little redundant but it's a fine game from what I remember of it. 2 is skippable and the worst mainline Mario game.
>Ganker likes NSMB now
No I don't
All four of them did
>inb4 New Soup is bad
Name 1 2D sidescroller that isn't donkey Kong that actually plays well.
Rayman Legends, Mario U, and Scribblenauts, literally right there in that image dumbfuck. People on this site are fucking mouthbreathers
Scribblenauts Unlimited was a massive step down from Super Scribblenauts. It deserved to fail the moment they ditched the level based mission system.
And it still did pretty well.
The thing that actually killed the series was the DC Sequel that nobody cared about
New Super Mario Bros deserved to die way earlier
i am certain 99% of people who own new super mario u and donkey kong country tropical freeze have not beaten the game
scribble gays and rayman legends were on another platforms as well
Scribblenauts was never good, Rayman Legends failed everywhere, New Super Mario Bros will NEVER fail and is a cancer that we'll have to suffer
the only real loss here is donkey kong
Rayman Legends is the most overrated platformer of all time
>Rayman Legends is the most overrated platformer of all time
Only boomers like me care about Rayman.
It can't be overrated.
Besides DK, none of them have a real reason to exist outside of pandering to some randos with a nostalgic syndrome.
>new super mario
>good
Nintendo says NSMB isn't dead, it's just a training franchise for new devs so we might get more. Shit sells amazing so it's not a sales thing.
If this piece of shit game had never existed NSMB's reputation would have remained intact, and I wouldn't have wasted 40 bucks on one of the laziest, most soulless pieces of shit ever made. Fuck you Nintendo for making this stupid fucking game.
>scribblenauts
one of the most aggressively viral marketed games of all time, not worth another game
>NSMBU
sold a lot, nintendo just decided to do mario maker instead
>DKCTF
got its sales up with the switch
>Rayman legends
on all platforms, ancel is gone
Why are retards assuming I meant NSMB, I mean 2d mario in general is done for
We're talking about nsmb dumbass. This isn't a classic mario thread.
Why does Ganker hate scribblenauts, game was fucking dope as a kid
Because it's fun
>itt: people criticize games they neve rplayed
