Anon, this is not something to be advertising to people as a positive. The "story" of Infinite's campaign and of the battle pass seasons is classic JJ Abrams style mystery box crap.
That is to say, we are given all kinds of hints about the endless in the campaign and now about the secrets of the spartan academy but it is extremely obvious that the writers have no fucking idea what is even inside their mystery box writing, the box is simply empty and none of this shit will ever likely be resolved in a satisfying manner.
The academy stuff in particular will likely be 100% dropped soon when they stop making new seasons and then some hack will write a comic or novel with the academy backstory in it to give the diehards something to buy.
Season 3 is here. New weapon that honestly feels pretty nice, new equipment, new maps, and sadly new bugs but they're getting fixed in an update next week

New season is bretty gud. I don't see why, other than pride, that they haven't just dumped all the community maps in QuickPlay. They're downright better than the dev maps by a country mile.
But they also just removed a bunch of maps from QP for no goddamn reason so idk what the fuck they're doing over there. The game is starved for content and they're like "let's remove maps and modes from our most popular playlist KEK LOL"
There's an upcoming helmet I really want but it's part of 20 dollar store bundle and I have almost spent my limit of 60 bucks on this free game. I can't do that.

i used to have a series x where i logged a ton of hours. i sold it a while back to build a pc instead. i also played a bunch of hours from the game pass app. it wasnt until recently i downloaded it from steam because for some reason its way less gigs than the game pass app version.

gtx 960, it used to run the game at like 30-40 fps but after the update it straight up just doesnt launch. Checked the steam forums and apparently its a common problem if your gpu is below minimum requirements. So unless 343 changes something im fucked.
I haven't even touched multiplayer since I finished the story back in May but I still have the game installed. The campaign was truly awful to play through.
