I am completely content with my 5600x. I hope AMD's GPU offerings aren't a complete dud like their CPU's this time around, but I'm not holding my breath. At worst I'll have to buy a heavily discounted 6800XT to replace my 2060 super.
theres not going to be any new "2500k'. thats because there was nothing special about the chip, it only held out well because amd wasnt competing so intel didnt even try to improve their architecture for 7 years amd kept releasing generation after generation of +5% performamce gains.
I'm still one a 6700k and honestly, I don't see the reason to buy anything new. The only thign that would remotely make me consider is if i take the dive for a 3090 or 4090 or w/e AMD releases with RDNA3
now post results with actual modern resolutions like 1440p and 4k
>resolution
>he does not know pixelshit could be played on a iphone from 2011
1080p is still used by the majority of Steam users
Most steam users have systems weaker than a ps4. You shouldn't use steams lowest spec groups as any example of anything.
>he believes that
This is such a shitty test and "Tech Jesus" aka "pasty greasy-haired virgin" should be ashamed of it. The PS5 is around a 2070 or 5700 and a 3700 CPU.
>PS5 is around a 2070 or 5700
Consolecucks actually believe this
where do you see resolution in that benchmark?
Ok
>1300fps unironically
720p chads wya?
Waiting for 1488 FPS super OC
>Alzák
>Tfw you'll never get 1300 FPS in any AAA game
Join the 720p master race
When V-cache first got benchmarked, it should've been clear to everybody that, for gaming, nothing could ever beat that architecture.
all we need is a ryzen 7700x with 3d cache
>ryzen 5 3600
>gtx 1060 6gb
>16gb ram
>1 monitor
im still waiting
>cucksole poors will never get 1300 FPS
It's over
>implying I'm not waiting for the 7700X3D

How the frick did AMD release Zen 4 on good intentions while knowing the 5800X3D outperformed it in a lot of cases?
To setup 7800X3D ofc
For people who don't game
equal with 5950x
Holy shit. Is this the modern version of 2500k?

My computer can run factorio OP, what are you talking about?
You need more.
I have played Factorio for years now, I'm not sure OP's point is
I do not know about you but 352% increase seems like a worthy investment to me.
I can always buy a 9800X3D later.
