is this normal?
All the settings are set to default values

>chudZu instead of CHADjinx
OH NO NO NO NO
I prefer Ryujinx on my laptop but I read that Yuzu works better on Deck
ryujinx shaders take too long to load
>hates the objectively better emulator because it has a patreon
>while his sissy inferior emulator also has one
lmaooooooooooo
>objectively better
lmao
it is better, better UI, better native controller support, better Settings menu, better Game content management, lan support, visual glitches are often fixed in a couple of days (assuming you're using pine), they even had better vulkan support at one point, I never touched ryujinx since.
You're delusional.
I just listed things that made yuzu better than ryu, and I'm the delusional one, no arguing with you lot.
>replying to poorjinx shills
How the hell you do a patreon for an emator without being shut down? They're anal as shit about stuff these days.
patreon is like a donate button
you are not paying for the product but to tip the devs
You're not selling roms or bios. It's a tip jar.
>noooo Xbuzzword is better than Ybuzzword
Just stop, don't be like that. This childish mindset is rotting this board.
retard. ryujinx is better in terms of accuracy, but that comes at the cost of performance. yuzu is the only way to run games at acceptable framerates on deck.
Reddit tourist.
>use ryujinx on pc
>get 25 fps
>use yuzu on pc
>get 60 fps
really activates your almonds
Wait for SteamOS 3.5, got some really good improvements for Switch emulators.
Best way to play Bayo 2?
Yuzu on deck.
Played it without any issues what so ever.
Its bayo 3 that still runs like shit
can you please give me a list of the games you tried that worked well so I can save time trying?
Fuck sakes....ok first of all u need Yuzu and ryujinx together because some stuff works better on one than the other.
Ninja warriors once again- ryu - runs perfect.
Gal guardians- yuzu - runs perfect
Blazing chrome - yuzu - runs perfect
Akibastrip (remaster one) - yuzu - runs perfect
Ryza 1 - ryu - runs 90% ok slight slowdown in cities - rain is fucked if you dont update to latest patch.
Ryza 2 - same as above.
Ryza 3 - yuzu - runs 85% perfect, slowdown in various places but is ok.
Fire emblem engage- yuzu - runs 90% ok. Had slowdown in flying city base.
Ultra sf2 - yuzu - runs perfectly
Final vendetta - yuzu - runs perfectly
Mk11 - ryu - slowdown in some places but is playable.
Bayonetta 2 - yuzu - runs perfectly
Xenoblade chronicles 1 - yuzu - runs perfectly.
Xenoblade chronicles 2 - yuzu - slowdown in big cities but not in open areas exploring.
Xenoblade chronicles 3 - ryu or yuzu it runs like shit.
Shin megami tensei vi - ryu crashes - yuzu runs slower but less crashes but still feels shit.
Is this enough?
thanks a lot.
did you try Smash Ultimate by any chance?
Yes on yuzu. Works perfectly if you install the latest patch and dlc.
Same for mk8
>Shin megami tensei vi - ryu crashes - yuzu runs slower but less crashes but still feels shit.
V*
It also has visual glitches up the ass after you generate a shader cache with a handful of AMD and NVIDIA GPUs.
Yes I know.....long story short is that it runs like shit. I really felt ryu had a chance of running it but sadly no.
Word of warning to anyone - dont waste your time with anything square enix as everything I've tested by them runs like shit with massive graphical and audio errors
Were shaders being compiled?
SV are just buggy, unoptimized games. I remember when they got leaked and they ran like shit in emulators, so tendies were gloating about the emulators not working properly. Then when people actually played them on the Switch, they actually ran worse than they did on emulators.
Make sure you aren't playing in docked switch mode
wouldn't that make the games look ugly as sin since it will reduce the resolution below the normal?
You're playing on an underpowered POS handheld
exactly this.
steam deck/ayaneo/ayn loki are too soon for pc mobile gaming, and whenever a new unit comes out, it slightly better.
cringe

>is this normal?
Yes pokemon is dogshit and even the switch fan goes crazy while playing it. Not yuzu's problem.
>is this normal?
>Pokémon SV
Yeah, it's fucked. It has lots of memory leaks and an astounding lack of optimization. It performs costly rendering of 3D models and environments with weird ass effects applied to each model loaded in memory. EVERY SINGLE MODEL is tesselated, to give you a quick example.
The grass has a fade effect + dithering and it's performed an awful lot of times, you can see it at the beginning of each battle for example.
Think about a mobile GPU dealing with that. It's impressive it doesn't shit the bed completely.
It's crazy bad for what's one of the biggest selling franchises in the world tbh.
Did you consider that your manchild toy is just too weak?
