      but 5 is $60
and I already bought it and the dlc and put 150+ hours into it on ps4

5 is pretty much the same as 4 except fencer can cancel dash in 4.
5 didn't really add much new stuff besides some weapons and the frog soldiers iirc.
If you just want to play more edf, then it's probably worth it

fencer's movement is completely different in 5, the fuck are you smoking
it's literally what sold me on the game

5 mogs it in every way so get that instead

It's worth buying at full price
The discount is just the cherry on the parfait

okay what the fuck, 5 just went on sale for $24 while 4.1 is on sale for $9
what the fuck do I do? I already bought 5 on ps4 AND the dlc and put a lot of time into it...

          I don't know

          buy both obviously

why would I buy both when 5 is a direct upgrade?
even the dlc missions for 5 are on sale, and it was more than a year ago than the last time they were on sale apparently
4.1's dlc missions aren't on sale and if I bought those the whole package would only be a few bucks less than what 5 + the dlc missions cost right now

EDF is always worth it. Fuck them for delaying EN and PC ver for 6 though.

The mechanics in 4 are "primitive" in a way but they are more than serviceable. And the enemy variety is barely enough to call it that but what is unique is different.
And you get to beat those damn bugs back one more time!

I'm just wondering if it's worth getting at all if I already played 5
especially since 5 is on sale now and if I get the dlc missions 4.1 wouldn't even be that much cheaper

There are some reused missions iirc, but it's fucking EDF the hell do you think?

          I don't know that's why I'm asking numbnuts
I kept hearing that 5 was just a direct upgrade and there's no reason to go back to 4.1
