I feel like snoys are over-blowing this on purpose. I played it last year, and it's not the masterpiece I was led to believe it was. It's pretty good, but not something worth pining over.
Well, duh. It's the only NEVER EVER title they have left to really shill to oblivion, they have to make it seem literally fricking perfect so they can keep their false sense of superiority over the PC gamers.
it's like the shitters over at /jp/ blowing smoke up the asses of untranslated titles until they get translated and it turns out to be complete dogshit
As someone who bought a PS4 just for bloodborne, I somewhat agree. It's my second favorite from game, sekiro being my number 1. It does stand above the souls games and ER imo but it's really close. The lack of respec and remodeling your character and the fact that you need to suffer through 2 loading screens every time you wanna teleport, is pretty annoying though.
>2018: Bloodborne PC port coming this year >2019: Bloodborne PC port coming this year >2020: Bloodborne PC port coming this year >2021: Bloodborne PC port coming this year >2022: Bloodborne PC port coming this year >2023: Bloodborne PC port coming this year for real this time
Honestly if they're going to do it I see it being made in the next year or so at least. The games potential capital falls flat when ps4 emulation starts making strides, which it already is.
I'd actually see this as a blow to PS4 emulation. They just started managing to get 3D rendering to work somewhat in some of them. With the few numbers of exclusives the PS4 has, I'm sure losing bb would make a lot of people lose interest and stop contributions towards PS4 emulators.
2 years ago i meet 2 people irl on one of those gaming and anime conventions while waiting in line for a VA signature, we made small talk over a topic i don't remember but then we talked about what consoles we currently own and both said they loved their PS4 and are going to get the PS5 as soon as its out for sale, but when they mentioned the ps4 i started to think of bloodborne, like a spidersense thing but for shitposting, aniways i asked them if they had bloodborne and....neither of them knew what it was...explained it was a dark souls kind of game and apparently a must get if you have a ps4....turns out their ps4 was pretty much a cod and fifa machine...thx for reading my blogpost :^)
For the majority their consoles are cod and fifa machine and for Nintendo, theirs are smash and mario machine.Look at Steam. Top sellers are cod, fifa and the flavor of the month. It's just the way it is.
The ubiquity of souls games is severely over estimated by people on the internet for some reason. I have plenty of IRL acquaintances and friends many of who are "gamers" on PC, PS4/5 or switch(nobody has an xbox in yurop, kek). Most of them just play one or multiple shooters, maybe fifa, and maybe some goyslop shit like assassins creed or something similar. Switch owners usually just have mario cart, mario party and botw and maybe one or two other games they never play though. I know exactly one guy who plays a game by from, and that is elden ring. These games really aren't that wide spread IRL, just like the whole globohomosexual opinions, aren't as ubiquitous IRL as they are online.
This article was released in April 2021. Nobody has made this claim in 2023, and it's 99.999% clear this is a never ever title. We'll be getting functioning PS4 emulation in a year or two, which is fine too. Means we'll also get to play GR1/2 and the bluepoint SotC remaster.
This remaster/remake meme has gone on for too long, I want new games
It's never happening
snoy hates the game, wont even give it 60fps
>one game
people sure are obsessed with it though

The Old Hunters expansion definitely elevates it.

Original versions are always superior to rubadubified versions though.
It's literally one of the best video games ever created
>literally
It is literally one of the games of all time.
its the 2nd worst in the series next to shitiro.

elden ring was the saturation point
I'm gonna say what I say every time this gets posted
I'll believe it when I see it
