but it's not out yet so who cares
I'm so fricking hyped. This is like a dream come true
>capcom selling roms at overprice
>split in two even
>a mobile tier looking new entry only to end up dead
>again
sad how low megaman fans have fallen.
online play? that sounds like a good enough reason
>paid online
>it's a proper source port
This is actually good, source?

>The games aren't emulated - they're fresh ports. Eguchi says this was necessary because each game required changes to better suit current-generation hardware/ecosystems. Porting all ten games and rebuilding their respective communication features for online play required a significant amount of work.
Also, you can just get the PC version and not have to pay for online.
Why do I have the feeling they will make the switch version run like shit again or cheap out on the cartridges?
Instead of the games running on a emulator, it's a proper source port of 10 Battle Network games with online multiplayer, chip trading, and who knows what else they've yet to reveal.
So it looks like Half Life now? Pass. I loved the anime style of the original.
>>a mobile tier looking new entry only to end up dead
whats this guy talking about. i dont see a new game anywhere
The new font they're using for in-game text is hilariously bad
Wonder how much these'll be, shit better be 15 each, 20 MAX
can i play online?
Yes
People think buying ports will revive a game franchise. But it never happens. At best you get a gacha spinoff. Just buy real indie games and gift them to your friends if you want to support a continuation of MMBN's gameplay you like so much.
.hack isn't revived. Nothing ever gets revived you idiots. There's no Megaman 12.
>.hack
It's a rare case of just dying down further instead of reviving. Shit was ahead of its time and cc2 was 100% right in everything around it.
Who cares? The magic is gone.
I'll never be as happy as I was when playing these games while they were new, and watching the anime every Saturday morning.
AAA games are just political statements from failed movie directors, indie games are like cheap bootleg copies of games that existed back when companies actually cared, and everything else is just nostalgia baiting rom collections from the people who used to make genuinely passionate games like this.
Frick video games.
Take your depressive bullshit elsewhere, me and several friends are happy about this
>mfw i relate 100%
I'm off to play old games.
Then why don't you get the game and play with all of us you fricking homosexual?
At least try to reignite a bit of happiness you sorry c**t.
>us
all me, reddit.
The collection isn't even out yet, let me rant, it's not like there's anything else to talk about.
It just pisses me off that companies literally think announcing a collection of their old games is some big event. This isn't gonna change anything, time and time again, I see rereleases like this, and everyone just assumes there's some unspoken promise about a new entry if they do well enough, same with the Suikoden announcement from Konami the other day, it's an easy cashgrab, nothing more, the only thing that will come out of this is merch and some gacha game crossovers.
Anyway, I'll stop posting in the thread now, sorry if ruined it or whatever.
>same with the Suikoden announcement from Konami the other day
>There still are cucks that look upon konami after the complete dumpster fire that 2015 to this day
Never fails to make me feel sad seeing it and laugh at it at the same time.
>everyone just assumes there's some unspoken promise about a new entry if they do well enough
It was never about that for me. The legacy collection itself is what excites me. They're old ass games I played and loved in my teen years. I never completed the games beyond 3, I barely remember what happened in 1-3 and I can't wait to jump back into a series that I used to adore.
I never expected them to make a new BN game. In fact, I don't want them to. I don't trust current day Capcom to make a good MMBN title
Imagine being such a melodramatic queen. Absolutely embarrassing
Bro so true
The industry is dead. Not even memeing or being an epic troll or whatever.
Imagine the kind of trashy ass games the youtube kids generation will make
The passion. Love and Ambition are all gone
Humanity is too jaded and depressed from the lgbt clown fest. The world feels like a weird second life server now
You doomsaying homosexuals will die miserable and alone.
So will everyone else. There's no real companionship for anyone in clown world
Time to sit down and stop seething, reddit.
I hate her she's so ugly and stupid
I love her forehead
Windows 10
Requires a mid end pc for no reason
Epic
>moronic requirements for games that looked not nearly as demanding
Exactly why pc masterrace sucks. thank god the good exclusives are all pre 2004 for the vast majority.
Those requirements almost always mean absolutely nothing, often times it's just the specs of whoever made the game. Might as well not even have them on the steam page honestly.
Stop using XP homosexual.
>OS: TBD
and i thought i was moronic
>that fricking font
hmm debating if i should play this natively on switch or emulate it
Why do they use that horrible filter in all screenshots? Do they really think it looks good?
Also will they restore the post game in the english version of 6? I don't have much faith.
Is there anything new in this collection? Cause I just did a marathon of 1-6 last year.
working online and maybe the boktai content
>downloaded the 1-6 ROMs twice in the last 10 years and never did anything with them
My laziness paid off for once.
>vol 1 vol 2
What is this horseshit
cucks paid for the classic collection so capcom got away with it. It's the future the chose for everyone with their wallet.
>those filters
This is ass
Then turn it off.
No.
Online play is great, but they really need to merge the two versions and add all the spinoffs as well. The only thing that's barely worth it here is the online.
>and add all the shit spinoffs no one wants as well
We don't need this.
There's more than just bcc. If they're going to call it a collection it should have the whole collection. Shooting star, 4.5, etc. should be in there
>Battle chip challenge is not there
Massive turn off if true.
I'll wait a bit after release before I consider buying, depending on reviews.
