Enjoy them, anon. They're games that stick with you long after you've played them. Was just listening to the soundtrack earlier.

        Ghost Trick

I played the demo for this by connecting to a Wii app when it first released and wanted to buy the full game at some point, but missed my chance. Not a fan of emulation so for years I've been waiting for a port and now I'm so happy to finally get to it.

None, i enjoy games more the second time around, except if they have trash pacing or are too linear, which make not even finish them in the first place

you just dont understand. Ive played this to death. every exit. all dragon coins, no switch palaces. No powerup better than a mushroom unless necessary. I tried playing it without finding a single secret exit. I would give ANYTHING to wipe my memory of this masterpiece clean and start anew

Silent Hill 2 I dont care what people say about that game its my GOAT. I wasnt even scared playing the game, just outrageously uncomfortable and from the time I saw pic related to the end of the game I was in a complete state of catharsis and felt uncomfortable as shit for hours

    Tail Concerto.
    >Ignored it and Solatorobo for a long time
    >Finally decided to try the latter, enjoyed the frick out of it
    >Decided to give Tail Concerto a try too, since it's apparently a shared universe.
    >Have to emulate it
    >Hear https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIxUScfOQwg
    >Followed by https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IexN4bogh4o
    >Those intruments
    >Those graphics
    >That setting
    >That classical anime style
    >That extreme urge to boot that little homosexual Panta in the face every time I heard his shoddy English voice
    >Knew I was in for a treat

Tail Concerto was fricking magical. Even though I experienced it well past its debut date, I still felt like a kid when playing it. It just hit all the right neurons. Hell, I nearly cleared the game 100% by accident because I was so enamored with exploring. Only missed ONE photo, which hurt when I found out you can't continue playing once you beat the final boss. Any subsequent attempts I've made at playing it again have ended in failure because I'm not there to experience it anymore. It's just my lingering regret at not getting 100% that drives me to want to turn it on again.

This was the first game to come to mind. I have many games I want to experience for the first time again, but it's not easy to erase that first time.

i just finish all the classic resident evil games and instead of happiness i feel depressed because there's no more to look forward to. modern horror games just aren't as fun.

that's because modern horror games are barely even games anymore. silent hill 2 ruined horror.

New Vegas when it released, or Metro Exodus because it took 24hrs to finish the game on ranger hardcore and the game crashed every 30-60 minutes.

    >ITT: games you wish you could experience for the first time again

I literally don't comprehend this emotion at all. There has never been anything that would be improved by removing my memory of it except traumatic things, and those I don't want to re-experience.

Figuring out The Holy Cross and the other puzzles blew my mind when I first played, no replay will ever recapture that magic.

It's not my first pick to relive, but to pick something a touch more modern and not one of the cliches that always come up in this thread, my vote goes to the new Hitman Trilogy. I love these games a ton, but it's a different vibe when you're first learning the games. Once you know the game and have high progression, solutions are pretty cut and dry. Freelancer is great and recaptures some of that; the only problem with it is it generates some BS targets that are virtually impossible to get Silent Assassin on or complete other prestige objectives because of their spawns.
