Calturin
For me it's Valdis Story.
This game was fun
>spare both bosses
>end up getting stuck for a while as they later merge and frick my ass
It was a cool game, though I remember that I stopped playing it because after a while I had completely forgotten where to go next or something and didn't feel like trying to piece that all together. I should get back to it, considering that it's been 5 years.
>indie game
>it's actually good
No such thing. All indie games are shit just by virtue of being indie. You need a real budget and good marketing to make a good game.
Indies are overwhelmingly shit because there's no barrier to entry. Any Tom, Dick and Harry can make an indie game and put it on some storefront, and because of that, there's a shitload of shovelware.
Rarely, there's an indie game that is actually good, but the vast majority aren't.
Indie games are kino. You have no taste you have no SOVL
Hm2 is trash
No.
I'm not
, every time I try to revisit this game I bounce off the fricked mouse implementation.
Original is far superior, sequel is good (not trash) but unnecessary in comparison
I enjoyed trying to get max rank on every level in HM2, not as good as the first sure but very good game regardless
Both HM games gave me red eyes.
Holy shit, this post is a new low for contrarian-gays
Katana Zero
here are some indie titles I liked
https://store.steampowered.com/app/269650/Dex/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/732430/Superflight/

FTL
crosscode is a boring grindy game with a ton of frustrating mechanics but its pretty and has really nice music so I hope the devs get their shit together with the next game
Is Dex considered an indie game? If yes then Dex.
Broken Reality is fun
Cave Story (Free Version)
Kero Blaster
Hotline Miami (Only No. 1)
Nuclear Throne
Papers Please
Only indies worth your time so far
>Papers Please
the most boring job simulator
Disagree.
well maybe it's my ADHD moronbrain but I tried playing it and it's literally just checking documents. Is there actual gameplay later on?
Steamworld Heist.
I need to get it on sale. *_*
Did (you) try Hand of Gilgamech at any point?
No, not a fan of card games.
Uhh does Starsector count?
how the frick do i play starsector, it seems fun but I feel way too stupid for it.
How 2 Starsector, 101
>acquire fleet
>go near pirate bases full of lots of shit
>turn off your identifier and use the black market to avoid taxes wholesale and get better prices
>buy whatever the frick is cheap but usually, stuff like biotics or mercenaries are in good supply
>check your comodities market and see where there's a demand
>if its luddic land, have a big frickoff fleet and just waltz in with no comms because while they are aggro, they won't really frick with those they can't beat, so sell in the black market
>if its more civilized sectors, open up your comms but slap a good few bits on the black market and offload on the normal one
>Techbros sell lots of drugs for cheap usually, Ludds sell a lot of food, independants are great for raiding with mercs, same with Pirates, a good investment in cargo ships and a force can get you steady supplies and selling material, the Diktat gets you lobsters for fricking days and shit's great, rest are kinda ehh
>check every single fricking port and pray to RNG for a transporting cargo mission to a place that won't kill your ass since they give you everything to carry and then give you a good deal when you do deliver
>Check opportunities and jobs on the market and try to get as many good gigs as humanly possible
>scan everything, get a good colony, invest the dolla from this advice and make a really good fricking fleet and cash flow
>Never ever go into combat without a plan, a lot of good ships, a lot of good guns and some experience you can get inside the free holo testing grounds in every station
>The rest is just game feel and understanding stuff. Oh also, explore black hole locations, places are fricking loot filled.
Good luck.
