PH is a sequel but not a direct sequel, because what happens in that game had nothing to do with Wind Waker's story besides Link and Tetra being "there". ST on the other hand is a direct sequel as it directly continues the story set up by Wind Waker's ending.
It's about time to cycle back around to it. It could at least be the top down style. Also, why has the series never been diversified and gotten a spinoff that wasn't crossbow training?
I seriously wish that, with Aonuma warming up to VA's in Zelda, we could get an English version of Tetra Trackers. There were plans for an cheap english naming system but got trashed after the E3 they showed it in. A shame, the game looks pretty fun.
i also want to hear the english tetra voice out of curiosity but frick voice acting in this series otherwise
the lack of VA made it timeless, you could imagine what the characters sounded like for yourself
doesn't help that the voice acting in botw was shit, and that link being mute is a lot more awkward when theres voices

I fricking wish they'd remake Spirit Tracks in the same 3D style as Wind Waker. You're supposed to take in the view of the environment while on the train but it looks like shit on the DS.
It was good but wasn't that good. I just want a spooky mystery thriller adventure game with the REmake aesthetic and eternal darkness atmosphere. I'm surprised there are few to none that meet my imaginary criteria.

Both PH and ST are fantastic games. I was actually bummed out that they didn’t continue that style for 3DS.
