yeah, specially the front respirator that can be destroyed by any type of bullet shot by the weakest of the enemies and get you dead, very very reliable
>Same logic can be applied to any type of armoured vehicles
EXACTLY, a tank can't take tank shells and rpg's/javelin but it CAN and HAVE to withstand infantry regular weaponry fire, same as the fallout armor, but in the tanks, you don't have gigantic rubber hoses transporting fuel on the outside of the tank
you're lucky to be hitting a person at a 100 meters much less getting a headshot and aiming at that little hole or eye slit? you're a fricking shooting prodigy.
It's not the hole anon, it's these breathers here, you can frick them from a second floor window with a pistol, try destroying any modern equipment other then a soldier with a pistol from any angle or distance...
it's also doable with a precision rifle from half a block distance without being a pro, e few bandits can flank you and do it, not even 100 bandits can destroy a tank with pistols and rifles

>you can frick them from a second floor window with a pistol
Lol, have you ever even used a firearm before?

Yes, have you ever seen a second floor window? the distance to the street is 4-5 meters, you can get a headshot from 5m and you can get those oversized soft tubes too

its an NBC suit mixed with armor, if he is in need to use them then you are either dead, dying, or using a similar device

not necessarily, you could be using a non-armored one that is silent and body size only and be within ruins and abandoned buildings flanking and getting close unnoticed to hit weak spots

well its a lucky shot, which is modeled in fallout btw some critical hits bypass your armor this could be interpreted as you hitting both tubes

it's because it's supposed to be sealed military NBC armor, if rubber parts get perforated you're just getting a little more ventilation and it won't make it any less useful for fighting bandits with .22s
The BoS probably just cuts that shit off and leaves the venting open because it doesn't fight many enemies using sarin gas and anthrax powder instead of guns and bombs

it's a radioactive wasteland anon, it's made to be used in really radioactive areas and not against anthrax, nuke fallout entering there would kill you by radioactive poisoning, and it's also not only bandits, you fight monsters/mutants, a monster melee hitting/biting your head at the most radioactive areas of the game would also have that outcome even if the rest of the suit can take their strength
Depends on what you get hit with, really, but generally speaking, no you don't want stone armor. Knives, small swords, and arrows won't do shit, but maces and picks and such with frick up your armor pretty quickly. Also, don't trip or fall. Ever.
they all have different metal coloring making mixing and matching a real pain in the ass. It's almost impossible to have both the looks and the stats in this game.
>power armor >stupid
Literal pleb tier shit taste. Getting into a mini mecha is kino. Fallout 3's version sucked cause it was just thick armor. In other iterations its essentially mecha armor.
the glass armor in morrowwind
the blade armor for megaman in x6
full chainmail under full plate in ultima online
half the shit in for honor
the current armors for the mute orotocol event in rainbow 6 siege on robotics side especially jackal
Seems reliable to me.

Man you must hate modern day armor since it doesn't cover the face at all.
modern armor is not supposed to effortlessly take several full magazines like this armor in fallout is
Same logic can be applied to any type of armoured vehicles, is PA supposed to be in the middle of the battle tanking everything?

t. todd
this looks like something someone with super strength would wear
just look at it, its like wearing an apc
>havel the rock
>his armor is made of stone
Woah
IRL stone armor will protect me, right?
Main issue would be the give, metal does a better job dispersing energy and can bend, while stone will probably shatter.

for me it was the Four Kings when i finally caved and used it on my first playthrough.
all good armors
low effort thread
When I was a kid, I thought the helmet was some kind of robot.
just the helmet
Yep, just the helmet. I could doodle it in MSpaint if you're curious
do it
Okay, here. My only exposure to Fallout 1 was the early parts of the game when my dad played it and the box art
I can see it. Thank you for letting me see the world through your eyes.
>over sized nose
dude that's a flashlight
Yeah same, saw the game cover for Fallout 3 at the tesco and got spooked haha
I do get women complains when I see this
This can't even be called an armor, is just a metallic cover of her sexual parts in a rather poorly way even
Because of the coin slot at the front?
i dare you to defend it
looks cool
most of ER's armor sucked which is a same since the previous games had god tier armor
the default knight set looked too fat
Naah they're good. Especially Vyke's set.

Stupid by what logic? Can you describe or it's just looks with you?
Is fallout Senora or whatever it's call good?
Is it even translated yet?
I don't know, I heard someone talking about earlier as if it was.
That's not the T-60

The t45d looks twice as moronic. Especially with those flip flop pauldrons
All female armor period
Looks good to me. The giant goofy mech suits that bethesda made them into are what looks stupid.
Rule of cool is more important than anything else homosexual and the T-51b is cool.
