    >Germany
Only if you're into a very specific genre

Though picrel is probably one of the most underrated games and the best Pyro's Commandos clone ever

Germany was the best at RPGs, strategy games, and simulators (especially business sims). Adventure games also remained popular in Germany up until the early 2010s.
France and Russia also had a great output of eurojank, but French games tended to be too casual, whereas Russian games were often frustrating savescum fests. German games had the perfect balance of autism and comfiness for my liking.

Considering their cucked government hates games and they're more derided than in other countries, they made a decent number of good games

More like debate on 2nd-best. It's kind of obvious that UK has produced the greatest stuff, unless you're a contrarian.

The UK produced the most "good by normie standards" games, but with the exception of a few developers like Shiny Entertainment, I don't think their games were as interesting as those produced by other European countries

Out of all the yuro countries:
    Germans made the best RTT
Brits made the best racers, flight and horror-themed games
    Frenchies made the best platformers
The Ukraine made the best FPS series

Britain. What do the other Euro countries have that can compete with the likes of DKC, GTA, and fricking Burnout?

    No?
Then Germany is already better than you.

Ok, Cossaks was great. Also Venom was cool but for some reason got totally unnoticed in Europe and the US. Additionally, Chasm is frequently mentioned nowadays, yet calling it "a great game" is hard.

Then Poland. Yeah, Earth 2140 was, I guess, nice (also meme games like Reah and Jack Orlando).

But what about Sweden? Even Norway had some nice stuff released in the 90s (like IGI, TLJ, Hitman and AO). What did Sweden release prior to the 21st century? Europa-Universalis-piece-of-nonsense?

Pretty much all their games were excellent, most notably their pinball series (Dreams, Fantasies, Illusions), Benefactor, Motorhead. That was even before they did the Battlefield series.

It's the French OP. Goblins series, Another World and to a lesser degree Flashback, Little Big Adventure (especially the sequel) and most importantly - Captain Blood. That game truly is something else, it's an experience.
