Helena is 90cm bust, Ayane is 93cm bust. Ayane is also way more petite in build compared to Helena so the onky Thing that would make sense is if Ayane's boobs were considerably bigger than Helena's for her to have this bust size.
However, Ayane is pretty much flat chested compared to Helena so nothing about her bust makes any sense.
Dead or Alive has never been a good series for that though. Like SK, the models they use are mostly generic'd and only the outliers actually reflect the girl's sizes very well.
