You start to wonder if things like Nazis and 9/11 are soooooo bad, then why haven't the diverse time travellers stomped them with giant robots or shifted the suicide planes off by a tile.
The new mechs are really cool and caused me to put in another 20 hours after getting bored of the game originally. Honestly the best part of the game is unlocking mechs, after you get them all it stops being as fun.
I liked it for 16 hours, but then easy mode became too easy, and normal was still too hard, so I lost interest. Similar thing happened to me for FTL, except I never got to the point where the normal difficulty became tolerable. I guess these games are just not for me.

Butterfly effect. If you mess with one thing it creates ramifications that are out of your control.
What's the worse that could happen if you shifted the planes just tiny little bit though?
The pilot's great-grandchildren become the most brutal dictators the world has ever seen.
OH SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
Because the holocaust never happened and 911 was an inside job
Sucks, it was too difficult and confusing, dropped it in 30 minutes.
>difficult and confusing
???
my homie are you brain damaged.
>difficult
>confusing
my brother in christ it's literally chess with machines, go back and play it right now
I get saying it's difficult, sure why not I think the devs would be happy with that statement, but confusing? How?
>confusing? How?
all the bugs look the same to me so once i needed to start thinking for myself every move i made was wrong
True, the bug that dashes in a straight line and the bug that spawns rocks on adjacent tiles are both white and fat.
The bugs show exactly what squares they are going to attack anon, how could you not figure out which was which?
What's the verdict on the advanced edition? Loved the base game and only did one AE run so far

Unfair mode seems almost impossible for some squads to win consistently on. Zenith Guard for example.
you could say it's unfair
haha I also watch vesper 🙂
who?
Hazardous mechs were my favorites in the base game but with the expansion I think maybe bombermechs or arachnophiles
Hazardous Mechs becomes much more fun when you finally discover that using up your last bar of health doesn't necessarily kill your guys.
Its a puzzle game
