Kalos was good. Flare and Lysandre aren't. In fact, if you remove them, and those unopenable power plant doors, XY will be the most perfect pokemon games of all time.

I think Team Flare could've been better executed. I really like the idea of a team's ideal being beauty and to purge the world of uglyness, but in practice team flare is boring.
Also they could've have teams which better conveyed beauty. Used more pokemon like roselia or gardevoir which look more elegant.
