Housing demolition has been disabled for most of ShB and all of EW. The devs aren't subtle about how they look for any possible reason to keep it disabled.
My house is right next to the auction house board (even closer than the Limsa Aetheryte is to the market board) so I use it regularly for AH purposes without every having to think about it.

The English localization is written at the same time as the Japanese script, the teams work together. There's been a few times where the English localization has muddled/changed things but nothing too major. They're both canon.

That's not how it works. We have 1 entire week to craft or buy new crafted which meets the minimum ilvl for the entire tier. In fact previous tier gear does not meet the 3rd and 4th floor ilvl cause it's 600 while new crafted will be 610.
They take a week if you alarm clock and poopsock the shit out of them. If you enjoy taking PTO for 1 fight that'd be your standard. An ARR weapon takes 2 days if you dedicate full time to it.
You have addons showing you dynamic groundmarkers for where to stand in DSR.
And the boosts are already some of the most sold "items" in playerauctions.
A dsr weapon is already more common than a ARR relic.

Housing demolition has been disabled for most of ShB and all of EW. The devs aren't subtle about how they look for any possible reason to keep it disabled.

The English localization is written at the same time as the Japanese script, the teams work together. There's been a few times where the English localization has muddled/changed things but nothing too major. They're both canon.
