>unequipped >donald literally gives him fire and ice magic when they first meet
though shoulda taught the kid how to launch it without the keyblade lmao
I actually like the combat in 1 a lot. Also I dislike the Org 13 storyline in 2. And my dislike just increased further. Especially with Dream Drop Distance.
the gameplay of DDD feels like it brings back what i loved about KH1 missing in all the other games, besides the horrible additions to the story i honestly love it, more than kh2 even. Main key thing (heh key) is the more simple gameplay style, taking notes from the other handheld titles + the fixes and additions in HD make it a really nice experience for me.
>he got filtered by balloon dog
to be fair, yeah, i think locking abilities behind pets was fricking moronic and the one thing that doesnt keep me coming back to the game.
What does, is playable riku character development

Should of just been a Riku game. They wasted a good Chernabog fight and that still pisses me off.

thats how i felt, like sora would be an afterthought compared to the development riku had + potential in the worlds he'd explore + how he'd interact with characters, he worked great.
Which makes me wonder if Kh4 will be that game.
Sounds demented to me. DDD is far and away my least favorite game to play in the franchise. I know how, but I can't comprehend why they went from Re:Coded to DDD.
BBS was already shaky with how it implemented the Command Deck, but it was also the first game with it, so fair is fair. Re:Coded revolutionized it, made the commands flow stupidly well together, the Command Matrix giving a good 'limit' to what to equip as well as letting 'try before you buy' with commands. It was all so good. Then DDD comes along, later on mind you, and is BBS2 in all but name. Gameplay, Story, all of it was just BBS 2, not a hint of the great gameplay seen in the otherwise worthless Re:Coded.
It's just frustrating to think about.

This
Why the FRICK does re:coded have the best command deck gameplay in the series? It's second only to KH2FM overall.
this is exactly why im not entirely into kh2. its flashier, but its not as comfy as the simplicity in KH1
>I've never played past "Normal" difficulty and I have to level up to beat bosses
1 had the worst and clunkiest combat in the series. It's the hardest entry due to the fact that it is the least balanced. Have fun fighting Chernabog with 0 options to block/defend/or evade his cheesy AoE attack. Your only option is to float away and pray you get out in time.
Riku >jobbed
Aqua >jobbed
Kairi >jobbed
Lea (Axel) >jobbed
Really the only characters who I can recall who didn't job hard in 3 were Roxas, Xion, and Ventus who are all basically Sora.
"ah-hyuck, Rikus much cooler than Sora, see ya fayggot!"
"Riku has fused with Ribena! He's become Ribiku!"
>leaves sora in an alien world to die
they really gloss over this one
At least Donald tells Sora he’s sorry before leaving him to die alone and unequipped in a dangerous world.
>unequipped
>donald literally gives him fire and ice magic when they first meet

they give him dodge roll
he can roll back to traverse town
>The one who convinces Sora to never give up and keep pushing forward is the fricking Beast who he just met ten seconds ago
pirated the collection and went through them all. back in PS2 my favorite was 2 but now I just prefer 1.

I'll admit DDD felt a lot like KH1 and that's really all I liked it about it. The pet sim, with locked abilities, fricked me up though.

1 is a better game in almost every department. Even the combat in 2 isn’t necessarily “better”, it’s just flashier.

I dont even remember why this happened.
This was a retcon. Originally there was supposed to be one chosen keyblade and Sora was chosen to wield it.
We got none of this SOUL.
we got nothing we waited for in that game
nothing except riku being a badass that saves the day as usual
RIku didn't save shit in 3, dude jobbed completely and got saved by Sora. "Keyblade Master" my ass. Frick Riku.
Every character who wasn't Sora got that treatment in KH3.

>Laughing Xehanorts

I'm not buying a gaystation 5 or upgrading my pc just for kingdom sharts
