SamSho was actually doing pretty well until covid killed off every game with bad netcode (which was inexcusable for it to have, but the sales were pretty good out the door)
I didn't really like the tournament, but they did have the best announcements even though they are going to take forever to come out. I hope Sokaku makes in Garou 2 That being said, I dunno, I think SF6 looks really good

I like it too, but his brand of that trait it doesn't work very well for an arc protag. Kyo and K' were also dicks at times as well when they were holding the hero title but they were always either saying or doing the right things at the end of the day. Ash was being a complete b***h and villain for 90% of that arc with very little redeeming factors aside from the occasional funny burn or design if you're into that.
It works well because for once, he is the real driving force behind the story, more than Kyo and K'. His actions are controversial for simple monkeys that can't accept their rigid standards of heroes/anti-heroes. He still acts on his own to attain his goals and deals with his own problems by himself for the greater good which is a heroic trait.
I hope Saudi blood money will allow SNK to make games that actually look good because as fun as KoF 14 and 15 both are, they look like trash so nobody wants to play them
