We still don't know their full movepools in a traditional game.
They'd be severely handicapped (or in some cases severely overpowered) as a result when that's not reflective of how they'll actually play in Scarlet and Violet.

We don't know their movepools moron, and you can't just assume the datamined abilities aren't placeholders. If you weren't underage you'd remember Shadow Tag Chandelure.
I guarantee you that Showdown would have put Hisui mons in if their precious CHARIZARD was in Legends.
Because they're unsure of how these Pokemon will function in the standard battle system in terms of movepools and the like, even if we DO have their base stats and abilities.

It's only because what their movepools are like outside of Legends Arceus are currently unknown and the fact that they don't have any known abilities outside of datamining.
And with datamining you have to consider that things are always subject to changes like how Tapu Koko was supposed to be able to learn Play Rough and how Tyrantrum originally didn't have the same move in the same datamine.

To be fair, we don't really have a moveset for them other than the PLA moveset, some if which don't exist in the regular games.
I'm fine waiting instead of establishing them in the meta with headcanon moves that will have to be changed anyway.
I only expect Game Freak is gonna add them along with PLA's new moves. Lake trio and Genies urgently need their signature moves.
