      >The best and most popular song in LoP was just a song from DJ Max that they remixed for giggles

The LoP version is better though

Very solid game, but wears its influence a bit too much on its sleeve (I couldn't believe it when I had to talk to lit-up street windows to progress sidequests) and while the multi-phase boss fights were cool every time and I can't think of one that was actually executed badly, I feel like the more of them you have the lesser the impact each of them provides. Romeo and Laxasia were awesome because their whole design and moveset changes, but Victor, Nameless and the swamp monster didn't really need second phases in my opinion. The original mechanics like weapon breaks and mixing up handles/heads were bangers, and I loved Sekiro so the parry focus was right up my alley. Lie system was underutilised. Aesthetics both visual and audio were excellent, as people have said in the thread. Overall it's a 9/10 from me, and I'll definitely be paying attention when they show off the DLC and sequel. I played on GP though so I might end up having to replay on a Steam copy to play the DLC.

        >Very solid game, but wears its influence a bit too much on its sleeve
Yeah, I feel a bit weird recommending it to people because it's so derivative. They bolted Sekiro and Bloodborne together and released it to the public. It's a really good copy though and feels great to play.

I actually liked that fight, good multi-boss fight which is rare. Overall pretty memorable.

Just parry the main guy until his sword breaks, then it's easy.

It did a lot of things right. Smoother controls than Fromsoft while still having a similar feel. Good bosses, engaging setting, nice presentation. Main issue I had was the lack of exploration, it's more linear than even Dark Souls 3. I hope the next game (in Oz I assume) has a more interconnected world. It's their first game of this style so I'm fine with them being restrained, they have plenty of room to grow.

Rolling is not viable but it's the only thing I can do so I struggled a lot.
It was fun even though I used a summon for literally every boss

I struggled until I realised you're supposed to parry human sized bosses rather than trying to dodge and roll

Havent played since release, but the parry timing is slightly too tight, and the later bosses feel too difficult as a result. The exploration could be better. The gunsmith girl was too cute. Besides all that, amazing game.

Soo was the puppet really Gesteppo's child and human at the end or just a copy?

He truly did become Gepetto's son. He left puppetkind behind

Gepetto's son died before the game begins. P was just an Ergo collection device meant to power up the real puppet Gepetto wanted to make. Gepetto didn't realize until the end that puppets influenced by Ergo turn sentient, so by the end of the game P is effectively Carlo

But the consciousness of the original Carlo is still gone rioght?

Based on how P cared about Gepetto even after Gepetto tried to kill him, probably not. P likely has Carlo's Ergo in him.
