No. I even tried writing a self-insert story to be friends with Mars when I was younger, gave up since bad at writing she was already into Cyrus and it felt strange to do that.

I haven't seen this but it would irritate me to. I realize that it's possible that it might just be an artstyle thing, but honestly, I suspect that Mars has like sharper features in her face than Arezu's, and is thinner, and I appreciate that, not for sexual reasons, but because similarities not making them identical it immerses me more in the idea that they are blood related. Although I have seen one anon suggest that the characters in PLA are more like previous lives than actual blood ancestors.

Mars is a literal non-character from a shitty team you see maybe two times, her and I think her name is Jupiter are practically indistinguishable and could be rolled into 1 character for how little of an effect they have on the game.
Arezu has a better design, has one particularly striking aspect to her design in her gradient leggings, and you see her all through the game, Mars was and is still a dumpster tier Pokegirl and people were right to forget her till someone else with her hairdo rolled up..
