I'm fine with curing the genophage only if Wrex is in charge of Tuchanka. Even so, it's a slim chance that he'd bring a much needed change to the whole Krogan buffoonery anyway.
The rest of the cast is confused to see you again but not necessarily unhappy about it. Wrex's character is entirely carried by his meme personality and constant reddit jokes, he's actually a selfish, entitled butthole that exclusively cares about muh people and will quickly turn against you.
