A Batarian party member in 3 after you blasted 300k of them into oblivion could've been kino. Instead we get the most boring member from 1, a body for EDI, and big mclargehuge. It's wild they went from a game all about amassing a big crew of varied and relatively interesting folk to the dreck in 3.

Mass Effect 3 as a whole was a complete and utter pile of shit, it makes replaying the series impossible knowing it exists.
The multiplayer was surprisingly fun.
too bad nobody cares since the point of the series is a 3 game long single player story.

Yeah, an absolute shit one. ME2's main story in general is garbage. All it's strengths lay in the companion stories.
Don't get me wrong it's easily the weakest in the series(combat aside). But it's still 90% the same game as ME2. If you think ME3 is shit you also think 90% of ME2 is shit.
Not even mentioning the story, but it easily had the worst roster, even when including ME1. The combat is the only good thing, but the running animation looked insane, it was bizarre.
Liara the Shadow Broker also does frick all, Edi was better when she was Ship AI
Javik is cool, Tali is okay, Garrus is ride or die with you and Slab Dickmeat ends up being better than the VS who they at least let you shoot to kill

Seriously though only 305000 batarians for a whole world or was it just a moon. Would think there were a lot more than just that.

It's genuinely shit gameplay throughout and the plotline is moronic. The affair is completely pointless as the reapers just skedaddle over a couple months later anyway and nobody did jack shit to prepare. If you don't do it then there's one little line tucked away about some alliance marines who handled it and instead Shepard's in trouble for going awol and working with cerebus. It just makes more sense to ignore its entire existence.
