i wish they would kill all banned meta cancer like this
errata into unplayability is the best way to deal with broken cards that can never be unbanned so that they can thin out the banlist
you cant show me a card that hand rips and clears the board for cheap requirements, and without restrictions, and say its ok, unless you are a noplayer, in which case you can fuck outta here
Who gives a shit about it returning to the extra deck after killing itself? It's the soft once per turn part that's retarded, but that's only a problem with Elf or when it's not limited.
not a clue
I guess they thought they'd be OP as Cyberse considering they have a decent amount of generic support while Spellcasters get fuck all because of Exodia
It's because of the anime. In Vrains the cyberse type monsters are created by the Ignis A.I. Only they and the people they partner up with get to use cyberse monsters.
Just realized they could have released the beetrooper secret pack for this event but instead they gave us a pack centred around a 1 of most people have already.
its an ad for paper
they aren't adding them to MD which is dumb
not like it would change anything considering kash and purely are just that much better
I'm not against easier staples at all, but if Konami thinks the number 1 barrier to new players is the resources to build their first deck they're fucking retarded
They need to overhaul the entire tutorial just for starters
I would unironically love if they decided to suddenly release cards in Master Duel at the same time they are introduced into the OCG, don't care if we still have 1 year or so cards to release, just skip them all and start releasing current content instead, what's there to skip anyway, Ariseheart? Good riddance!
they keep releasing dogshit SDs in MD

this one actually looks decent >droll >imperm >rekindling >tenki >alpha
So in 6 months when Konami finally decide to give Kash and Purrely a meaningful hit, what's the meta like?
From the physical game it looks like the new Unchained support is doing REALLY well. And that deck is fair as fuck. If that's the new meta powerlevel once this brand of cancer is dead and buried this game might actually become great.
Made a funny Melffy Guardian Chimera deck for the event using whatever junk I could scrounge up, here's the list if someone wants to make a better version of it.
If you play the following decks in this event you deserve to get raped to death by a pack of feral morons >Lyrilusc >Yosenju >Ancient Warrior >Lunalight
Haven't lost to a Lyrilusc yet
Yosenju are annoying and I would have preferred the trap being limited over the bounce monster
Ancient Warrior I only face once and bricked against
Lunalight haven't faced yet but I know the deck and it being mostly left alone is such a bad decision
Overall I hate the stall/ burn/ stun or whatever these actual non-players are calling themselves more than anything and the staples of these decks should be perma-banned in every event going forward. Also no more half measures in these events because I actually ran into a fucking runick player and as gimped as you may think it is it was still able to banish over a quarter of my deck going second and genuinely antifun. Also it just makes deck building easier since I know something like tear is not allowed in the event why do I still have to see their unplayable spells/ trap clogging up my collection? I feel like I'm ranting too much but just want to add on how I remember the first events had dogshit lists and everyone hated them and Konami started getting a little more serious but it feels like we're back to the dogshit lists of the first events. verre boobs for enduring my rant
As a lunalight player. You shouldn't worry too much about them in the event. As long as you place your monsters in defense we wouldn't be able to otk if we didn't open god hand (kaleido chick + perfume). Unless there is a piercing tech i didn't know.
>Ancient Warrior >they make me go first >set up spell and monster neg, pop, and a bounce >they go first >pop his entire field and OTK
Feels GOOD being a chinkCHAD
Bro how you losing to Yosenju when the bounce cards are all limited? This is probably the first event I couldn't clear with Yosenjus like I do most other ones. Konami finally caught on to the weasels and broke their legs.
I faced a Zoodiac player and it looked like he had no idea what he was doing. He just kept XYZing into things to do nothing. Or maybe that's all the deck can do when you can't turbo out Zeus.
Every time I play beetroopers in events I have so much fun.
Im sure its giga cancer on ladder since theres a dozen points of interruption where the deck crumbles but man is it fun when you dont have to deal with it.
cicida can summon an insect from GY if an insect monster changes battle position, instead of increasing DEF he could have change mosquito who is battle immune anyway and gotten a free body
Ive noticed that they all open fucking duster too. Literally 3 games in a row I lose the flip, go first, get duster'd. Fuckin chinks man I swear to god
Yea I'm tempted to just make cicada king at this point
Ive noticed that they all open fucking duster too. Literally 3 games in a row I lose the flip, go first, get duster'd. Fuckin chinks man I swear to god
gate guardian was a ritual monster in the early games. imagine that. a ritual with 3 super specific cards. a 5 card hand combo for a brick on the board with no effect.
at least it would have been summonable if we go by how rituals work
you wouldn't need the pieces just the spell and fodder
i am glad the new support are contact fusions
Konami had no idea how they wanted fusions to work. The original printing of polymerization didn't even specify how a fusion summons is supposed to be conducted.
i loved the fusion system in forbidden memories. no poly card needed and you could use any card as long as the elements and types are right. way way way better than the stupid system we have in the official game.
and do you know that during early yugioh, you can only fuse monsters on field? so yeah, you need to summon a weak monster. protect it, summon another one and use poly next turn.
that rule change on expert rule (around when battle city anime aired in nipland) and you can fuse monsters in hand too from then
It's weird how short sighted the game was if that's the case. Nobody bothered to try actually playing the card game before releasing it? Even an hour's testing would clearly show the game would devolve into "draw the bigger monster and win".
Back then the game was made less as an actual game and more as just something for 11 year olds to spend their lunch money on to get cool cards of monsters and think "wow it's just like in the comic". No one could've expected it to become so popular.
it was never designed as real tcg, but as a complementary collectibles from the manga/anime that you can play with friends for fun
it was not until battle city where they introduce expert rule when they decide to seriously consider it as a stand alone tcg. and iirc they also had expert rule 2 before moving to master rule
Because YGO was originally just made to capitalize on the sudden popularity of a half-assed MTG clone Takahashi put into his manga without much forethought. There were no real rules, no design intent, and no playtesting to make it a playable game. It was just a grab for some easy bucks that kept escalating until it grew into an actual TCG.

And to add to how weird it is regarding how it started. Yami was initially known as the king of games because he played a bunch of different games. Like random guessing games, or card games. one of the games he played against kaiba was duel monsters, which was inspired by mtg obviously. It was 1 of like 10 games or whatever he played. People liked it and thats what started duel monsters.
This is all season 0 stuff, or the starting of the manga.
I always find stuff like that where it was just a random throw away idea and became something huge really interesting.
Early history of Yugioh is fascinating because if you look at the """format""" at the time (This would be back in the Expert Rules format, before even Master Rule 1), a lot of these cool and flashy manga cards meant to be big playmakers for Yugi/Kaiba/Jonouichi etc were busted to shit and so in Japan the first format was dominated by Exodia FTK using Sangan, Witch of the Black Forest, and Last Will. None of the cards mentioned were once per turn, and Sangan/Witch searched if sent from hand as well. The idea was that you'd activate last will, find a way to discard/blow up any number of Sangans/Witches, summon more with Last Will, and repeat until you searched all 5 pieces of Exodia. And it's no surprise this was the clear best strategy, the alternative was normal monster beatdown. The format was so bad that it arguably convinced Konami to actually take Yugioh as a game seriously, and they ended up giving a lot of cards erratas and changing the entire ruleset. It would take a while for Yugioh to really find a good format and even longer for Yugioh to find it's real identity, but it's important to remember that this game started essentially as a tie-in product for something that became so insanely popular out of nowhere that the author rebooted his entire manga to accommodate fan demand.

Exodia was not out for a while in OCG, so it was not at all the first format and the game wasn't taken seriously back then, so very few kids would've been able to make a real Exodia deck given how the pieces were distributed.

Exodia did take a little while to actually come out but pre-Tokyo Dome incident Yugioh is pretty hard to track just because it hadn't really coalesced into a community at that point. From what I can tell, the "meta" at the time was literally just people using the 40 best cards they had access to. So there wasn't really a strategy to any deck, you just hoped that you drew raigeki, pot of greed, strong monsters, trap hole, etc. And the best source for this is, funnily enough, the Tokyo Dome tournament where the riot occurred.

if you find that fascinating, look at toei yugioh ruling.
>birdmoron end up with 5 material 2k+ bird during their first turn >had like 3 different outs for it >they surrender at the end of their turn

Is Alba Zoa turbo really the best way to play Dogmatika? It feels like you're just rolling the dice on how many floating effects the opponent has especially since they're choosing what's leaving their ED and you're ending your turn with a fragile tower. Kashtira seems like it's just superior with Diablosis and Unicorn being able to banish a card of choice.
It can be particularly crippling for certain decks like Dragon Link and Tri-Spright that rely on their boss ED monsters and link climbing, and now that Tears are out of the meta it's better than ever, but IMO the real strength of playing Dogmatika comes from using it as an engine. Abla Zoa and White Relic are your finishers, but Ecclesia+Maximus+Fleur can put in a lot of work representing negates and advantage from ED dumps. Usually this means you have to combine it with Invoked, Branded, and/or Knightmare Corruptor Iblee to get enough interruptions. But this is what makes a petdeck, if you give your opponent a choice they'll always take the ones that are good for them, so Alba Zoa's 7 ED rips aren't that impactful. Thinking about it logically, Pot of Prosperity rips 6 cards out of your own extra deck and it's so good it's limited in Master Duel. Alba Zoa is just one more.
Alba Zoa is usually the worst Ritual in Dogmatika. White Relic is the strongest of them all, I care about Alba Zoa more for effect protection for all my Dogmatika monsters and for the unga bunga more than Zoa's ripping ability. I think the best version of Dogmtika is blind 2nd builds that uses its own ED as board breakers more than preemptively killing the opponent's ED. I attack the ED when I know I can't OTK and in specific matchups after they've already blown their load to cripple their follow up. Ive been successful doing this with Spright and Purrely. Any version of Dogmatika going first is foregoing the advantages of the additional value out of cards like Matrix and leaving themselves open to easy blowouts like Raigeki or Evenly.
Mind posting your list?
I had some Alba Zoas and tried to put a deck together, but with my luck every single opponent I got was playing Branded.
I always peeked at their ED with Matrix first, so at least I didn't unknowingly Alba Zoa my opponent into letting them go +7.
I can't right this minute, but you pretty much play the standard Dogmatika cards (3x Ecclesia, Nadir, Matrix, pre-prep, 2x of each Ritual Spell, 2x Relic, 1x Zoa, White Knight, Fluer, Maximus), some kaijus/Lava Golem, and I also ripped off the DuesMachinex package that Unchained is playing in the TCG right now because it's Ash bait, a free pop, an ED monster on board for Dogmatika monsters without committing a normal summon, 3k beater, and can go into Zeus as a backup strategy without triggering Kashtira monsters. I like it a lot even though you play the 1 brick D/D/D.
>leaving themselves open to easy blowouts like Raigeki or Evenly.
All your shitpost is saying is that you run hard second and get fucked over by other hard second decks
Nah, unlike the hard second decks that get fucked if there's no board to go into, I can put out lethal on my own and in 4 summons half the time.
>leaving themselves open to easy blowouts like Raigeki or Evenly.
All your shitpost is saying is that you run hard second and get fucked over by other hard second decks
No. Getting ED rips of your own choice and setting up some interruption is far better than them getting rid of their least important half and having a shitty semi-towers. Alba Zoa is great vs some decks but this is Bo1 so he's mainly for OTKs or turns 2-3. You can get 3-5 ED rips of your choice if you do Relic+Knight instead.
A lot of people forget about Dogmatimacabre's second effect and tunnel vision on "can't summon Relic first, I need the attack boost!". Summon Relic with Kalamity by sending Arc Light as your tribute to search Macabre/White Knight. Then activate Macabre banishing two Arc Lights from the GY to summon White Knight. Now Macabre lets you take out an ED monster of your choice. Then if you didn't need to use it to send Arc Light from your deck you can take another from their deck with Matrix. On their turn you get another 2 ED rips with Relic and White Knight, also White Knight pops 1 with N'tss or sets up a shuffle with Pegasus.
Don't be afraid to send Garura from their ED on turn 1. The deck is very weak to Super Poly, and when they choose to draw 1 you get to trigger White Knight to rip an extra card from their ED and get your own plus with Arc Light/Titaniklad/Luluwalilith(when that's released)/Granguignol/Albion(if you're running a cringe build).
This guy gets it. Kalamity with White Relic is so good. This is also why I like going second and Kaijus. You get to plus off of sending Ntss or Herald for her summon and copy the attack of the kaiju at the same time for easier OTK. Sometimes if that Relic gets big enough you can even say fuck it and use Macabre to summon another Relic and copy the first one's attack and have the second be even bigger than Zoa (yep not HOPT, only the ED rip is).
you need double edge sword, either by hard draw or via hidden armory >cards needed: double edge sword, ohime, any other mikanko girl >activate ohime in hand, search ceremony, dicard mikanko girl >activate ceremony, summon ohime >activate ceremony in graveyard, dump green dance (mayo) >activate mayo in graveyard, summon any mikanko girl in the graveyard >activate double edge sword on ohime or on a mikanko girl >attack with the monster equipped with the sword >2000 + 2000 due to sword reflected damage = 4000 damage >due to sword effect it will get destroyed >activate ohime, equip sword from the graveyard to the mikanko monster that hasnt attacked >2000 + 2000 due to sword reflected damage = 4000 damage >8000 damage in total >nice empty board nerd
Slight correction, you need to use green dance's effect to bounce the Mikanko with DES equipped, because DES's self-destruct only activates when YOU take 2000 or more damage, not your opponent. This does banish the Mikanko, but Oohime still QE equips the sword from grave for the kill.
You ain't kidding. Must be because they want to shill the deck so you buy it in paper, unfortunately it's still a bad deck even with them forcing you to brick.
>omg toggling on and flipping imperm in an open game state is sooooo hard
get popped gay. You rarely ever see Accesscode outside of Cyberse decks or Dragon Link sometimes anymore and it's easy to see coming
>takes no brainpower at all to play around the fire king board
the duel links experience always pays off
it's almost like they designed that deck to cater to refugees
No one ever loses a game to Accesscode Talker. If you were in a position where it could be used then you probably weren't winning any way and Accesscode just sped up to the conclusion
>every single event is an OTK-fest where you either win immediately or scoop and go next >every event brings out a horde of newfags who brag about making people scoop with one card as though they're teaching them a lesson
You fags know the birdmorons probably won 2 more games in the time it took you to make your post right?

bro what the fuck are you talking about?
if you dust every N/R card you have you'd have enough dust to make more than 10x glossy finishes on every N/R card you use and still have 20-30k dust remaining
I just want a Beetrooper monster or a spell with an effect that lets you treat an insect link monster as multiple insects up to their link rating for a fusion summon. It'd be so cool to summon Atlas and then have Atlas be able to search and then count as all 4 materials for Hercules, then Hercules brings him back.
I just wish they did more with the turning opponents monsters into Insects thing. Right now Parasite Paranoid into Saturnas (which isn't in MD yet still) is the only mildly funny thing you can do. Which is still a 2 card combo that's objectively worse than running Garura or Muddragon or whatever.
Hmmm... Support for an iconic strategy used in the anime for a deck type that badly needs something to be able to do? That's a good idea, but have you considered that they could instead print a low level insect that special summons from the hand?
It just means Purrely have to suboptimally chain the spells, which means easily for opponent to disrupt Purrely's plays and just end your telegraphed zeus attempts.
It does mean something, dumbass. MD Bo1 is sacky and coinflippy and I still have a way higher win rate than you.

The guy you're arguing with isn't me (Eldlich guy). And my winrate is 53.9 to be exact, but I don't really care as long as I get to the rank I want to for each given season.
I usually try to make top rank with my favorite decks before switching to a top deck for the season. Unless the top deck is my favorite deck, then I just steamroll. I always give Agents a shot but they haven't been good in recent formats. Haven't tried them this format, the Purrely matchup sounds pretty miserable to be honest, but Branded was a terrible matchup too so I guess it evens out now that they dropped off the face of the format.
I've just always liked zombies in Yugioh since the early days and undead creatures in general in games, especially liches, so Eldlich is my favorite card. The good things is that floodgates are always capable of competing with the meta, no matter the format.
>in plat 5 just trying to do dailies >loss 4 coin tosses in a row ALL of them against numeron dragon OTK decks >the 4th duel I have imperm so I can do my dailies after I stop the OTK >He scoops as soon as I imperm the dragon on my turn
Okay I guess I just make a faggy ass OTK bird deck for the event just so I can the XYZ daily done
Just craft it dumbass. If you only want 1x UR from a pack, rolling on it is a waste of time. I crafted one Chaos Angel for my Lab deck and even got a royal rare.
why should i wait until you play your 15 minute combo?? you don't deserve my time! god, modern yugioh is so annoying. turns take wayyyyyy toooo long. i can watch a whole anime episode one 1.25X speed in the time stupid combo players search their whole deck. make a global rule that every player can only use max 3 cards per turn !!!!!!! shitty nu-yu-gi-oh!!!
>Choose to go 2nd since for some god forsaken reason mikanko just keeps winning the coin flip all the fucking time >All my opponent just pass on turn 1 because they all know I play mikanko
Fuck out of here I'm just gonna start playing coombo decks and chose to go 2nd
11-1 with the beetrooper loaner in the event.
Only lost due to the Maxx C challenge against a blackwing player. And it was pretty close considering he drew like 10 cards.
Its such a fun deck.
>made three decks for the event >win nearly every single duel with them
I've never had an event go this smoothly for me. I guess all the actual smart people are already done with the event.
I've definitely won the vast majority of my games and I started playing early
low power + going second format is too difficult for your average metamoron to wrap their head around
So if I have one monster negate and destroy, and one targeted negation of a monster on the field then what is the best time to use them vs Lyrilusc, because I always think "oh yeah, this effect will summon 2, that's an easy negate" and then they still manage to get 5 monsters on the field.
Lyrilusc is really awkward to play and to play against
They have no actual one card combos so they're really bricky. But sometimes they open everything they need and no amount of interruption can stop them.
Usually you'd go for the first Recital Starling they summon, that's the most likely choke point. If they happen to already have what they need in hand after that then there was nothing different you could have done. Better to just hold your negates for the Assembled to stop it Waboku-ing you next turn. It's easy to out if you negate it.
Thanks, I was thinking that saving for the ED monsters was probably the safe play but that always feels so risky if you don't actually know the deck well. Also Cobalt Sparrow's protection is rough.
Can someone explain how face down banishing works? I know if your card gets face down banished and it has an effect in the banish zone you can't use it, but can you still get that card back if you have another card that can bring that specific card back from the banish zone, or is it gone for good if it's face down? Because my FD banished cards show up as regular banished for me when I look at my banish zone, which makes me think I can still interact with them.
if your card gets banished face down it is gone. it only activates its effect if it is face up. face down is like a it never existed in the first place.
Basically if it's face down banished then the game treats it as though it is a blank card. Card says you can move a banished card somewhere else? That's fine, they're banished and they're cards. Card says you can move a banished monster elsewhere? Nope, since it's face down it could be anything, so it's not treated as a monster and you can't use it for that.
Thanks. Is there such a card that can bring back generic banished cards so it works on face down banished cards? To the deck or hand or GY it doesn't matter. Or is that part of the power creep we haven't hit yet?
Cards that would get effect from being banished (like mercurier for example) don't get any effect when banished face down
Also you can't put it back in your deck with something like Regained
Im learning swordsoul
What should you go for generally barrone, chengying, or longyuan?
I always go barrone but a lot of the time my when I play against swordsoul they go for longyuan.
It seems like longyuan would really hurt you chances of going for pep on follow up, plus baronne is obviously broken.
If you're below like, Diamond 2 then always just go Baronne on turn 1. Baronne is the most flexible and you have no way of knowing what you're up against. If you're facing the same meta decks over and over then go for whatever is best against them.
I wouldn't take a potential PEP play as worth considering much.
>rank up match >Trusty driver and his friends the dead cards appear in my hand >My Chinese opponent pitches maxx immediately only to ash my one play >lose
Like clockwork
>Rank up match >On blind second Mankos against Chinese opponent >Win cointoss, make opponent go first >He sets 1 card and passes >Draw specific 4 card combo that both OTKs on an empty board AND baits an ash >Bait ash with Oohime search then pop off and win
Just don't skip drawing day at the gym Anon
Wetlands bro thanks for letting the duster go through before scooping, I don't know what you were cooking but you helped me finish my destruction missions.
Borreload isn't bad but it's been crept out of relevance. It's a strong monster but there are just better link-4s these days. Asscode/Borrelsword is better for OTKing, Avramaxx is better for outing Towers, Zeroborous is better for clearing the board, Apollousa is better for generic utility, and as you mentioned Borrelend is a better end-boss. The steal effect is interesting but ultimately fairly niche. Keep it only if you want to play an anime accurate Revolver deck, the way Rokkets were meant to be played before they became the primary engine for Dragon Link. Otherwise you can dust it if you need 10 UR that badly.
>play MD >lose coin toss >combo or floodgate turbo >win coin toss >numeron or grenmaju luna kaiju 8 axis
BO1 is without a doubt the worst format possible.
This event turnout to be fun against all odds.
The next one looks fucking awful >Kashtira, Tear, Spright, Branded, Tax dragon Despia, Zeus, Mikanko, Purrely Engine
I think branded despia will be the issue.
Purrely doesnt have noir, kash is hit hard, kitkalos is banned in the event, mikanko is just numeron so you flip those games anyways.
Im probably just going to flip my games and play dragonmaid. It hasnt been viable in any of the recent events so ill enjoy playing it in a slightly lower power format.
Branded is definitely going to be event meta. They only lost 1 Opening and 1 Albion. It's basically where it is in Ranked, and not having to face Purrely towers means the deck is much more viable as a strategy.
>can get ash'd even though I'm not the one drawing cards >can't activate it if the opponent restricts himself from drawing cards (like with pots)
This card is so awful
And the rest of the s/t aren't any better. There isn't anything good to search with Boss Quest other than the field spell jesus christ.
this.
i have no deck for this and using my cheap makeshift mostly n/r decks against full lyrilusc or ancient warriors sucks, the loaners are trash, everything is trash.
>be winning a game exclusively because of a Fenrir on field >lose game because they topdecked Change of Heart so now they're winning because of my Fenrir on their field
What a wonderful card
This is a joke but the fact that shit like Fenrir was a joke only a few years ago is why I'm taking a long ass break from playing Master Duel and irl Yugioh.
Power level of new cards seems to be going down after the covid disaster. All we need is for Konami to actually start fucking banning the problem cards and we're golden until the next pandemic
Down? They went up after Covid, POTE, DABL and PHHY gave us Tear Zero and Kashtira format both of which were aids in their own way. Especially Kash because all games turned into "Do you have the out? y/n?"
It's only now that they're lowering the powerlevel of new sets because of how much vitiriol they're getting.

Covid Crisis ended during POTE in the UK as far as I'm concerned.
No, it prevents either player from activating any Spells/Traps or their effects for the rest of this turn. The cards on the field don't go anywhere, they just can't be used. You can't use any S/T either though.
It's OK to let you play protected in Main Phase 2, if your deck doesn't need spells and can remove their backrow, but it's probably just worse than something like Duster or Lightning Storm 99% of the time.
It is useful against counter trap cards and can deal with cards like Dimensional barrier. If your deck have a lot of removal options (like Swordsoul Tenyi), you can play it to safely vacuum up all the backrow mp2.
I could see it being a good side-deck card to play in backrow heavy matchups if you don't need your battlephase, but the lock being reciprocal makes it fairly impractical, and the telegraphed nature of the card means even if it WAS meta, your opponent could pre-emptively flip floodgates in MP1 like Anti-Spell, Dim Barrier, TCBOO, etc. Against continuous trap floodgate decks you'd rather have Evenly, and against decks like Runick that Evenly doesn't affect as much, you'd rather have a Cosmic Cyclone.
The sloppiest extra deck monster nobody talks about. Generic links shouldn't have quick effects.
>yfw when Konami realizes they can just retrain Maxx "C" as an anime girl with cat ears and the exact same effect so ygo fans will defend it to the death
Any deck with lots of room for staples. I guess if you run small world and can search her then that's another advantage. She's more meta dependent than she is deck dependent. In other words, when the next wave of Kash cards come out is when she'll be good.
this moron has had lethal damage TWICE and he keeps throwing it away to combo more
please explain this to me, every time I see this deck it's like they don't want to win
I've had multiple dark world morons lose to timeout on me, more than any other deck in yugioh
I have room for one(1) trap card to round out my going first Beetrooper deck for the event. I want a hand trap like Imperm because I care less than usually about the hand trap advantage since so many people are choosing to go second. I also don't want Solemns because I don't want to cut my LP in half vs OTK decks.
What should I add? Ice Dragon's Prison?
how is this deck now that bystials and ishizu are out, i have a really intense urge to open the gates of the flood, IFUKNOWWHATIMEAN, this looks like a really good way to make MD players miserable while being sophisticated above mere set 2 pass normal boarder.
i think it's really crucial that i can wank for 2 hours comboing just to make them skip their turn and lethal them.

errata into unplayability is the best way to deal with broken cards that can never be unbanned so that they can thin out the banlist
Fuck you. Bring back my bro goyo guardian.
CED OG wouldn’t even see play today. Overkill Erata’s need to fuck off and not ruin cards forever
you cant show me a card that hand rips and clears the board for cheap requirements, and without restrictions, and say its ok, unless you are a noplayer, in which case you can fuck outta here
>send both players hands to the graveyard
against Tear this literally just gives them more free cards
Fuck you I still mourn my bro Makyura

>halq

Toad is fine without Elf which should obviously be banned
>negate that can recycle itself
Yes.
Who gives a shit about it returning to the extra deck after killing itself? It's the soft once per turn part that's retarded, but that's only a problem with Elf or when it's not limited.
Toad should be unbanned. I need it so my marincess deck doesn’t ALWAYS autolose to nibiru and only autoloses to it 80% of the time instead.
Every errata is a shining example of a company that has no idea what the fuck they're doing.
>errata changes are good

UH HIMBROS???
>infinite bubbles
>just an announcement for paper
booo
not like releasing the cards early in MD would make any difference
>structure deck with imperm
Nice for my new account
a bit dissapointed because i already have a playset of imperm, but hey now newfrens can also get cheap staples
Good thing I've never crafted my third imperm, feels good being retardedly cheap.
Is this bird in it?
They didn't think to import this and the AGOV Ogdoadic cards before the Event? Or to make the Beetrooper secret pack?
This event was clearly meant for ninja cards, but it seems they couldn't code them in properly.
>but it seems they couldn't code them in properly.
Sorry bro, but they gotta export Master Duel on a new engine, Unity is too expansive..
>imperm on structure deck
fucking have a nice day komoney employees
What's the problem?
i've already crafted a playset
He's buttmad that new players can get imperms for cheap.
It pisses off the people who do stupid shit like craft 2 Dark Ruler and wait 5 years for them to release the Dark Ruler bundle to save 30 UR dust.
??? that's a good thing retard
not if you crafted/pulled for it
its an ad for paper
they aren't adding them to MD which is dumb
not like it would change anything considering kash and purely are just that much better
You're basically saying fuck new players when Konami desperately needs more new players in their games, kek.
I'm not against easier staples at all, but if Konami thinks the number 1 barrier to new players is the resources to build their first deck they're fucking retarded
They need to overhaul the entire tutorial just for starters
Fuck the players
I would unironically love if they decided to suddenly release cards in Master Duel at the same time they are introduced into the OCG, don't care if we still have 1 year or so cards to release, just skip them all and start releasing current content instead, what's there to skip anyway, Ariseheart? Good riddance!
I dusted all my Fire King cards feelsbadman
>Paper game garbage
Couldn't care less
retard
i wonder if they will ever realize that the best way to advertise new cards is to actually add them to game early
They do realize it, but they also think that a sim having cards available when or near they release would cannibalize paper sales.
>imperm
Nice. new players get imperms for cheap. old players get one UR worth of dust.
Is 1500 gems worth one UR of dust?
you still can't disassemble SD cards right? even if you have extra
>have 3x imperm
>buy structure deck
>have 6x imperm
>dust the 3x imperm and left with 3x undustable imperm
Come on boyo

So in 6 months when Konami finally decide to give Kash and Purrely a meaningful hit, what's the meta like?
From the physical game it looks like the new Unchained support is doing REALLY well. And that deck is fair as fuck. If that's the new meta powerlevel once this brand of cancer is dead and buried this game might actually become great.
Peak Kash format is gonna be the most painful thing ever. But the light at the end of the tunnel actually looks quite fun.
We don't get to play tcg. We're going to get Merli back and play cope tear for the next two years like in the ocg.
Are the new Gate Guardian support cards already in Master Duel or not?
They are not.
they are not even in the OCG yet
Made a funny Melffy Guardian Chimera deck for the event using whatever junk I could scrounge up, here's the list if someone wants to make a better version of it.
ass blassum and no joy
>want to run centaur pussy
>the UR count needed for the deck
Jesus christ
If you play the following decks in this event you deserve to get raped to death by a pack of feral morons
>Lyrilusc
>Yosenju
>Ancient Warrior
>Lunalight
Okay, so what am I supposed to use?
Melffy or Insects, duh.
but these are the only usable decks
Name 5 reasons why
I don't like them, simple as
Spider bros, we did it!
I just want my gems shitlord, it's nothing personal
I feel like I'm ranting too much but just want to add on how I remember the first events had dogshit lists and everyone hated them and Konami started getting a little more serious but it feels like we're back to the dogshit lists of the first events. verre boobs for enduring my rant
i want to sniff her tits
>verre boobs for enduring my rant
if everyone had to post nice tits when writing rants the world would be a better place
As a lunalight player. You shouldn't worry too much about them in the event. As long as you place your monsters in defense we wouldn't be able to otk if we didn't open god hand (kaleido chick + perfume). Unless there is a piercing tech i didn't know.
Just slot in the bug kaiju.
I like young verre better
>Wanghu control chad

Gee I wonder what this gay plays.
Lunalight is a fun honest pet deck
>forces you to kill BILLIONS during a duel

No.
Bro how you losing to Yosenju when the bounce cards are all limited? This is probably the first event I couldn't clear with Yosenjus like I do most other ones. Konami finally caught on to the weasels and broke their legs.
Zoodiac bros...
We're officially honest....
I faced a Zoodiac player and it looked like he had no idea what he was doing. He just kept XYZing into things to do nothing. Or maybe that's all the deck can do when you can't turbo out Zeus.
someone post the mtg vs ygo player about number summons, the "i ran out of mana" vs "special summon xyz summon pendulum summon" one
Every time I play beetroopers in events I have so much fun.
Im sure its giga cancer on ladder since theres a dozen points of interruption where the deck crumbles but man is it fun when you dont have to deal with it.
gaylord
got raigeki'd by a lab player today, still think about it
why is purrely so erotic
For me, it's Endymion.
I'm half way through building it, should have enough after the next event is over hopefully

Post honest turn 1 board for this event

>Bird morons
Mosquito is actually already negated nightingale (and perma negate btw), so it kinda waste to used cicada effect
cicida can summon an insect from GY if an insect monster changes battle position, instead of increasing DEF he could have change mosquito who is battle immune anyway and gotten a free body
oh, i'm dumb it's only if cicada king changes battle pos
That's only assuming your opponent doesn't have board breaker cards or cards like Chalice or Imperm
Fear me.
why not kuwagata alpha? he only has marginally more attack
Better aesthetic. Also 1200 atk actually come to handy sometimes.

I will never forgive Konami for what they did to my favorite card.

am I being gaslighted by insectfags or beetroopers really THAT good on this event?
>can search kaiju, counter trap, or make a 4k towers unaffected by anything for 3 turns
>also can OTK
it's good and versatile
I keep losing to the dumb lyrillisc shit since they just equip shit and ignore my big dumb beetle and always open duster for my counter trap.
Bro your ninja mosquito???
Thanks I'll add it
Yea I'm tempted to just make cicada king at this point
Ive noticed that they all open fucking duster too. Literally 3 games in a row I lose the flip, go first, get duster'd. Fuckin chinks man I swear to god
I have run into exactly one insect deck this whole event. The only reason he won was because he drew maxx c, the only strong insect in the game.
>properly summon extra deck monster
>use it as Xyz material
>detach it
Can I reborn it?
Ye.
Thank.
Bros I am convinced. D Barrier and Skill Drain are the best cards ever created.
Why did they ban all the pots in both events? If they really think pots are OP why not ban them in ranked?
There's less answers across the board in events so extenders get the bullet.
Explain Maxx c if that is the case
There's fuckall to draw into.
Draw 2 spell bad. Turn ending draw insect monster good.
why is hero such a gay deck
Because 99.9% of the monsters are roided muscular men in tight spandex
>Sees muscular men
>Thinks about gay men fucking
Anon I have some bad news
>Has that image saved while saying that.
Yes?
*Blocks your way*
gate guardian was a ritual monster in the early games. imagine that. a ritual with 3 super specific cards. a 5 card hand combo for a brick on the board with no effect.
at least it would have been summonable if we go by how rituals work
you wouldn't need the pieces just the spell and fodder
i am glad the new support are contact fusions
>a 5 card hand combo for a brick on the board with no effect.
Rare fish required you to open 3 named mats and 2 poly
what were their thinking?
Konami had no idea how they wanted fusions to work. The original printing of polymerization didn't even specify how a fusion summons is supposed to be conducted.
i loved the fusion system in forbidden memories. no poly card needed and you could use any card as long as the elements and types are right. way way way better than the stupid system we have in the official game.
fusion replacement cards were already a thing back then
are Versago the Destroyer and Makyura the Destructor roommates or something?
There wasn't even non-flip effect monsters when Rare Fish came out originally
https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Vol.3
and do you know that during early yugioh, you can only fuse monsters on field? so yeah, you need to summon a weak monster. protect it, summon another one and use poly next turn.
that rule change on expert rule (around when battle city anime aired in nipland) and you can fuse monsters in hand too from then
It's weird how short sighted the game was if that's the case. Nobody bothered to try actually playing the card game before releasing it? Even an hour's testing would clearly show the game would devolve into "draw the bigger monster and win".
>Nobody bothered to try actually playing the card game before releasing it?
kek its exactly the same now
Back then the game was made less as an actual game and more as just something for 11 year olds to spend their lunch money on to get cool cards of monsters and think "wow it's just like in the comic".
I always find stuff like that where it was just a random throw away idea and became something huge really interesting.
when making a card game you have to make a lot of filler cards
you usually don't care about playability
And the best source for this is, funnily enough, the Tokyo Dome tournament where the riot occurred.
if you find that fascinating, look at toei yugioh ruling.
birds fear the mosquito
holy shit I had no idea mosquito still cucks nightengale after resolving
why?
If I just need to DESTROY for this event, which cheap deck do I play? I don't want to play Fire Kings.
Yosenju
Oh yeah, that is a funny deck.
any go second deck with raigeki, 3x dark hole, lightning storm, duster, twin twisters

Yes. You can play it as Dogmatika Shaddoll Invoked too but that's hardly better.
Sometimes if that Relic gets big enough you can even say fuck it and use Macabre to summon another Relic and copy the first one's attack and have the second be even bigger than Zoa (yep not HOPT, only the ED rip is).
>tehe i was afk at the coin toss! looks you get to go first uwu
>damn i really wanted to go first haha
How do mankos otk on an empty board?
With a 3 card combo.
The stupid equip that makes both players take damage
you need double edge sword, either by hard draw or via hidden armory
>cards needed: double edge sword, ohime, any other mikanko girl
>activate ohime in hand, search ceremony, dicard mikanko girl
>activate ceremony, summon ohime
>activate ceremony in graveyard, dump green dance (mayo)
>activate mayo in graveyard, summon any mikanko girl in the graveyard
>activate double edge sword on ohime or on a mikanko girl
>attack with the monster equipped with the sword
>2000 + 2000 due to sword reflected damage = 4000 damage
>due to sword effect it will get destroyed
>activate ohime, equip sword from the graveyard to the mikanko monster that hasnt attacked
>2000 + 2000 due to sword reflected damage = 4000 damage
>8000 damage in total
>nice empty board nerd
>sword gets banned from fusion xyz event
oh gee, guess I will just attack lava golem three times for game?
Slight correction, you need to use green dance's effect to bounce the Mikanko with DES equipped, because DES's self-destruct only activates when YOU take 2000 or more damage, not your opponent. This does banish the Mikanko, but Oohime still QE equips the sword from grave for the kill.

why do fire king players always have the fucking island. jesus
You ain't kidding. Must be because they want to shill the deck so you buy it in paper, unfortunately it's still a bad deck even with them forcing you to brick.

why did accesscode talker make people seethe again
because its the wincon of every deck under the sun, also
>your opponent cannot ctivate cards or effects in response to this cards's effect activation

>takes no brainpower at all to play around the fire king board

it's almost like they designed that deck to cater to refugees
Why did they ban nervall from the event?

You DO use glossy copies of all your N/R cards right?
No, I dismantle them, since they give more dust.
>needing dust on N/R cards
How poor on dust are you?
Not at all.
Just being efficient, and not giving value to "shiny pixels".
>Just being efficient, and not giving value to "shiny pixels".
bro what the fuck are you talking about?
if you dust every N/R card you have you'd have enough dust to make more than 10x glossy finishes on every N/R card you use and still have 20-30k dust remaining
this
if you're holding on to your dust and you aren't new, you're a retarded hoarder
>10x glossy finishes
Illiterate retard.
>not giving value to "shiny pixels"
>put two contradictory copes in a single post
>wonder why everyone with a brain ignores your retardation
Only if I play them in a deck I play a lot

Yes.
No, because some glossy copies are uglier than non-gloss.
>bugs can make a towers

Bugs make the shittest endboard of all time, if you can't beat it you need to find a different video game
Surely it's the bug Winda that is worth complaining about if you're going to complain about anything bugs can put on board.
castrate all birdsissies
castrate all bugsissies
italy used too, and we all know how it is now....
I am once again asking for a Bug type Zombie World
I'm almost finished with the event and I could only summon this chad twice
I just want a Beetrooper monster or a spell with an effect that lets you treat an insect link monster as multiple insects up to their link rating for a fusion summon. It'd be so cool to summon Atlas and then have Atlas be able to search and then count as all 4 materials for Hercules, then Hercules brings him back.
That would be cool too
I just wish they did more with the turning opponents monsters into Insects thing.
>>>/tg/

I WANNA BREAK YOUR BOARD AND BACK
gay
Yes, I am Good At Yugioh, how did you know?
Is this the meta to run Anti-spell fragrance?
It just means Purrely have to suboptimally chain the spells, which means easily for opponent to disrupt Purrely's plays and just end your telegraphed zeus attempts.
have a nice day
Found the furry/runickshitter
>dude IO lol except only when you go first
Imperial Order was banned long before Runick you queer
Only if you have the cheat to always win the coin flip
just play lab and blind eev spells at that point
It's mixed because mikanko and other decks can either search spells and bypass it or put them directly into play.
Yes, it is not very good, but neither is maindecking antispell. It is also funnier which is really what matters.
I got bullied by Melffy.
one job
now I'm mad
wtf Konami
it doesn't say from either side of the field
The 2000 DEF thing could just be an alternative cost.
So do you guys stay faithful to your favorite deck or do you chase the meta?
I have a few favs so I should always have something playable no matter the meta
Until Ariseheart shows up at least
>3 alt art eldcucks
ksks skskks
>stunslop
Pretty based, isn't it?
Yes actually
>lowering your chance to draw your floods by running 50 cards and only 1 pot
Gold tier deckbuilding
Then I must be an amazing pilot.
>barely 50% winrate
>winrate meaning anything
is this your first online game?
Shitter cope
Can't into basic maths cope
It does mean something, dumbass. MD Bo1 is sacky and coinflippy and I still have a way higher win rate than you.
Do you try your hardest 100% of the time with your highest-tier deck?
If not then lifetime winrate is literally a meme number that tells you nothing at all.
t. suicide deck gem farmer
Not my fault you tanked your win rate by 5-10% getting Gems so you can continue not playing the game while the rest of us do.
>have no actual point to make
>immediately try to make it look like you're pretending to be retarded
So tired of Americans talking about statistics when it's painfully clear they don't even get a middle-school level education on what the fuck a % is
I actually made a very clear point. No idea what you're talking about now.
Your 'clear point' was accusing me of playing suicide decks because you have no actual idea what a percentage is?
The guy you're arguing with isn't me (Eldlich guy). And my winrate is 53.9 to be exact, but I don't really care as long as I get to the rank I want to for each given season.
I have 8000 crafts dismantled and I'm only in for 130 days
I'm a hoarder.
what the fuck, you are only doing dailies and nothing else?
exactly the type of post I'd expect an eldlich player to make lol
I usually try to make top rank with my favorite decks before switching to a top deck for the season. Unless the top deck is my favorite deck, then I just steamroll. I always give Agents a shot but they haven't been good in recent formats. Haven't tried them this format, the Purrely matchup sounds pretty miserable to be honest, but Branded was a terrible matchup too so I guess it evens out now that they dropped off the face of the format.
You are like the yugiboomer of master duel metas, still hanging onto homodlich
I've just always liked zombies in Yugioh since the early days and undead creatures in general in games, especially liches, so Eldlich is my favorite card. The good things is that floodgates are always capable of competing with the meta, no matter the format.
>playing the loaners in this event
imagine losing to the maxx c minigame cards every match
>in plat 5 just trying to do dailies
>loss 4 coin tosses in a row ALL of them against numeron dragon OTK decks
>the 4th duel I have imperm so I can do my dailies after I stop the OTK
>He scoops as soon as I imperm the dragon on my turn
Okay I guess I just make a faggy ass OTK bird deck for the event just so I can the XYZ daily done
You could always just do zoodiacs if you don't feel like investing any useful materials
>3x fenrir
>unicorn
>riseheart
>2x arktos XII
>konig wissen
>2x ignis Phoenix
>chaos witch
>majesty pegasus
>ignister prominence
>all before the one chaos angel I want
Just craft it dumbass. If you only want 1x UR from a pack, rolling on it is a waste of time. I crafted one Chaos Angel for my Lab deck and even got a royal rare.
Pajara gorda
when are the new dinos
>opponent has pic related icon
What do you do?
I have Red-Eyes icon so it becomes an honor duel
I would rise with him.
summon a 3100 attack monster and beat over him
NEGATE
>play event
>go second
>dark hole
>surrender
>go first
>do raidraptor stuff
>they surrender mid combo
Interesting event
I would surrender as well if I had to sit through a raidraptor combo
why should i wait until you play your 15 minute combo?? you don't deserve my time! god, modern yugioh is so annoying. turns take wayyyyyy toooo long. i can watch a whole anime episode one 1.25X speed in the time stupid combo players search their whole deck. make a global rule that every player can only use max 3 cards per turn !!!!!!! shitty nu-yu-gi-oh!!!
this but unironically, set 5 pass is peak yugioh.
i said 3 cards, max. like the OG manga intented with the battle city rules.
and i said five.
3!!!
FIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
**foaming at the mouth**
THREEE CAAARRDS MAAAAXXX!!
i honestly think ippo is never getting back into the ring within georges lifetime
Ippo archetype when
wish i had duelist friends that liked ippo
>decks are so powerful now I can go 9-1 against BASED going 2nd
when does the format ease up
It was never hard to get a 9 win streak
are so powerful now I can go 18-2 against BASED going 2nd
Post your winrate. I only play meme off meta decks.
>make contact c after 3 bird players in a row
>use it next game
>insta surrender
Thank god my craft rage payed off at least once
>Choose to go 2nd since for some god forsaken reason mikanko just keeps winning the coin flip all the fucking time
>All my opponent just pass on turn 1 because they all know I play mikanko
Fuck out of here I'm just gonna start playing coombo decks and chose to go 2nd
>doesn’t know how to otk an empty board with Mikanko
Are you stupid?
>if you don't want to watch a stupidly long combo then you're a yugiboomer!!!
t. spyral players
>huh i wonder what plat is like
>3 surrenders in a row
top tier gameplay
Why does Mikanko always win the fucking coin flip I'm gonna fucking lose it
Tell me what kind of card "cost"/wordplay/"disadvantage" you find absolute bullshit
11-1 with the beetrooper loaner in the event.
Only lost due to the Maxx C challenge against a blackwing player. And it was pretty close considering he drew like 10 cards.
Its such a fun deck.
>made three decks for the event
>win nearly every single duel with them
I've never had an event go this smoothly for me.
In the event you're better off just running Kaijus
You do also need to be aware of targeting protection that Cobalt Sparrow provides as a material
Psy-Framelord Omega and Necroface can.
Virtual World Nyannyan, Infernoid Tierra, Necroface
It is not a common effect.
Long dong is better in the current meta
If you're below like, Diamond 2 then always just go Baronne on turn 1. Baronne is the most flexible and you have no way of knowing what you're up against. If you're facing the same meta decks over and over then go for whatever is best against them.
I wouldn't take a potential PEP play as worth considering much.
ah yeah looking at the top meta decks most of them if not all have priority spells to get rid of. Thanks.
What deck should I play for this feel?
ancient warriors
FA
zw eldlich (eldlich x doomking brothers4life!)
>60 card thunder dragon deck
>he has the duster
You cheating asshole
>rank up match
>Trusty driver and his friends the dead cards appear in my hand
>My Chinese opponent pitches maxx immediately only to ash my one play
>lose
Like clockwork
>Rank up match
>On blind second Mankos against Chinese opponent
>Win cointoss, make opponent go first
>He sets 1 card and passes
>Draw specific 4 card combo that both OTKs on an empty board AND baits an ash
>Bait ash with Oohime search then pop off and win
Just don't skip drawing day at the gym Anon
Wetlands bro thanks for letting the duster go through before scooping, I don't know what you were cooking but you helped me finish my destruction missions.
Playing Yosenju this event makes me feel I'm robbing every win and I don't like it at all.
should I keep a copy of Borreload Dragon or is the OG not used as much as Borrelend and Savage?
borreload outs towers like avramax
Borreload isn't bad but it's been crept out of relevance. It's a strong monster but there are just better link-4s these days. Asscode/Borrelsword is better for OTKing, Avramaxx is better for outing Towers, Zeroborous is better for clearing the board, Apollousa is better for generic utility, and as you mentioned Borrelend is a better end-boss. The steal effect is interesting but ultimately fairly niche. Keep it only if you want to play an anime accurate Revolver deck, the way Rokkets were meant to be played before they became the primary engine for Dragon Link. Otherwise you can dust it if you need 10 UR that badly.
>play MD
>lose coin toss
>combo or floodgate turbo
>win coin toss
>numeron or grenmaju luna kaiju 8 axis
BO1 is without a doubt the worst format possible.
>Generaider gets a quad hand-rip turn 1
I thought those retards learned to stop doing this
and and omni
and a bounce
and easy access to zeus
but hehexd it le bricks every dozen games so its le bad.
This event turnout to be fun against all odds.
The next one looks fucking awful
>Kashtira, Tear, Spright, Branded, Tax dragon Despia, Zeus, Mikanko, Purrely Engine
Kash sucks right now, and it's hit to 1 Fenrir 1 Unicorn in the event. It's literally dead
your kaiju, bro?
I think branded despia will be the issue.
Purrely doesnt have noir, kash is hit hard, kitkalos is banned in the event, mikanko is just numeron so you flip those games anyways.
Im probably just going to flip my games and play dragonmaid. It hasnt been viable in any of the recent events so ill enjoy playing it in a slightly lower power format.
could take Laundry's deck for a spin yeah
I'm just playing Myutants. They're always gonna be full power (besides the lack of Synchros) when they're event legal
Branded is definitely going to be event meta. They only lost 1 Opening and 1 Albion. It's basically where it is in Ranked, and not having to face Purrely towers means the deck is much more viable as a strategy.
Not to mention that Garura is banned so good luck breaking the board with super poly.
Super polying in the branded mirror happened a TON in the meta before Garura even came out. It typically happend with Starving Venom Fusion Dragon
Time to play Prohibition at max copies. Either to deal with ash/imperm or super poly
>Spright without Elf and Sprind
Sounds like a pretty shit deck
Is there any point with keeping the Bystials now that tear is dead?
Draconic Link is the most popular deck and Bystials at least slow it down,
Bystials will be good as long as Light/Dark is played
Which is forever
You can bully the one guy playing Zombies pet deck
to bully mathmech players
as long as you can why not?
magnamhut is still broken, branded regained and beast that you fetch of lube are also broken as fuck
>can get ash'd even though I'm not the one drawing cards
>can't activate it if the opponent restricts himself from drawing cards (like with pots)
This card is so awful
And the rest of the s/t aren't any better. There isn't anything good to search with Boss Quest other than the field spell jesus christ.
making your opponent go +1 just to have any hope of winning is a fair trade
It's alright, but Metaverse is at 3 now.
FUCK GIANT BALLPARK FUCK GIANT BALLPARK FUCK GIANT BALLPARK FUCK GIANT BALLPARK FUCK GIANT BALLPARK
Your Promenade Thrush?
Worst event I've played in a while tbh
this.
i have no deck for this and using my cheap makeshift mostly n/r decks against full lyrilusc or ancient warriors sucks, the loaners are trash, everything is trash.
your petdecks bro?
gas all bird morons and beast-warriors
>be winning a game exclusively because of a Fenrir on field
>lose game because they topdecked Change of Heart so now they're winning because of my Fenrir on their field
What a wonderful card
I wonder what they're going to do to powercreep Pankatops/Fenrir
Special from Extra Deck with no materials required
Don't even need to draw the bro
He means after Covid ended. So yeah, after Kash.
>Covid ended after Kash
bro what?
It's not clear if you are not getting that I meant the Covid crisis, or getting the timeline mixed up because Japan kept strict restrictions up far longer than most of the world.
Covid Crisis ended during POTE in the UK as far as I'm concerned.
Is this like an Evenly Matched for Spell/Trap?
https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Anti-Magic_Arrows
The advantage seems to be that it stops all of the backrows and prevents the opponent from negating it.
that's just worse cold wave
It can't be responded to, so you can't even trying to chain your way around it.
Evenly matched is already evenly matched for spell/traps.
>I was ready to spend as much gems until I get alternate Eldlich in secret pack
>It's not available anymore
How did you only notice that now?
how is cryosleep these days?
bro I fucking love decks that play more negates than you get cards in your opening hand 😀
Same, but being able to set up a standby phase King Calamity along side 4 negates is even better
bro your sphere mode? i'm going to start running that shit again
bro I fucking love the existence of evenly matched meaning you lose if you don't spam omninegates turn 1 :DD
Me? I prefer handripping, personally
People don't bitch about IPMasq nearly as much as they should imo
The sloppiest extra deck monster nobody talks about. Generic links shouldn't have quick effects.
She's a cute cyberse girl so all is forgiven.
>yfw when Konami realizes they can just retrain Maxx "C" as an anime girl with cat ears and the exact same effect so ygo fans will defend it to the death
new Yugioh RPG when?
Never. It's card game sims and nothing else forever.
I'll make one in RPG Maker
pitch me ideas
sex
duels cant be long so it should be speed duel format
emphasis on the rpg aspect your decisions should affect your deck and who you duel
also
I know she's a splashable card but what decks would make the best use of her?
Any deck with lots of room for staples. I guess if you run small world and can search her then that's another advantage. She's more meta dependent than she is deck dependent. In other words, when the next wave of Kash cards come out is when she'll be good.
Shit that wants to Blind second, any deck that can search FIRE or Fairy monsters i guess
This card is so ass they put it in duel links
It rapes kashtira, at least in TCG
errata (kill) ash blossom
No harm can be done to the protagonist of Yugioh.
Why?
I'd trust a serial killer before I trusted a person who plays Dark World for fun
it is actually fun, when it works
this moron has had lethal damage TWICE and he keeps throwing it away to combo more
please explain this to me, every time I see this deck it's like they don't want to win
I've had multiple dark world morons lose to timeout on me, more than any other deck in yugioh
Not falling for your Battle Fader. Nice try though.
They must click the glowing buttons
Reptilianne mirrors are hilarious
Best approach is to do nothing and wait
Honest thoughts on this honest card?
She deserved the animation she got in Master Duel
I have room for one(1) trap card to round out my going first Beetrooper deck for the event. I want a hand trap like Imperm because I care less than usually about the hand trap advantage since so many people are choosing to go second. I also don't want Solemns because I don't want to cut my LP in half vs OTK decks.
What should I add? Ice Dragon's Prison?
mirror force, duh
compulsory to out nightingale
>target
>Cobalt Sparrow
I laughed my ass off at some Harpie player trying to resolve that. Solid half a minute pause before bouncing his own Cyber Slash LMAO
You can also consider Storming/Drowning Mirror Force
Antlion.
>opponent declares attack
>summon antlion
>they attack directly 5 times and you die
Smoke Mosquito is probably the better option for this event.
I tried him before, and I still have to top deck against birb.
how is this deck now that bystials and ishizu are out, i have a really intense urge to open the gates of the flood, IFUKNOWWHATIMEAN, this looks like a really good way to make MD players miserable while being sophisticated above mere set 2 pass normal boarder.
i think it's really crucial that i can wank for 2 hours comboing just to make them skip their turn and lethal them.
THOTS?
You should spend all your crafting points making that exact list IMMEDIATELY.
Branded Regained needs to fuck off already
Who designs these fucking cards?
