Yes, the three playable armies of the game "Star Craft" are designed to play differently. Hope this helps.

thank u craig
explain to me how is this fair
probes mines faster, can build an entire base with only one of them, can regen shield and it regens faster then drones regen life
Zerg can fully regenerate their life with no input from the player and Terran can fully restore their life quickly and has orbital scans so you don't wanna send units to die scouting.
>Zerg can fully regenerate their life with no input from the player
>Terran can fully restore their life quickly and has orbital scans
and yet in a shitter 4 peon vs 4 peon 1 minute games its always probes that win because their bullshit fucking shields regenerate enough in 7 seconds of running away from another drone or SCV, which is very easy to accomplish
Asymmetry isn't designed around being fair, shitter. It makes games fun. Every faction has something that makes them seem broken.
Not Terran, Terran is fair and honest.
>tanks shooting you from off screen, look at the map anywhere you want and destroy base with invisible units and nukes
honest and fair?
try scouting and map control
>terran does this from base
honest and fair?
tansk cannot shoot that far for decades only unpatched cd versions still have tanks with that range
there's no possibility for tank to shoot your abse from his own abse, unless you somehow build on enemy base, or you're just plain up retarded zoomer with negative IQ, since every race have counter to tank turtle spam
>tansk cannot shoot that far for decades only unpatched cd versions still have tanks with that range
holy shit really? I might just whip out my old optical drive for some fun times
yes, it was fixed in one fo the patches, i think BW expansion have them already fixed
you would need to google up patch notes. Definitely base game from CD have tanks shooting into fog of war
they need more minerals to make anything. imagine getting zerg rushed as toss because some terran player cried that you mine faster than he does.
>terran has the worst economy by far but can still dumpster the other races while staying on 2 bases all game
How is this fair?
Human ingenuity, look it up
>but can still dumpster the other races while staying on 2 bases all game
you mean barely stay alive looking for a single opportunity that, if they fuck up, will most likely cost them the game?
>barely stay alive looking for a single opportunity that, if they fuck up, will most likely cost them the game?
That's zerg playing versus terran.
funny how this is the personal view of every specific race player
fpbp
It's called asymmetrical balance. Arguably harder to pull off, but in my opinion opens up for a lot more interesting and fun gameplay.
Didn't this guy star in Severance?
Wow and i used to like watching his stuff.
This guy looks like he's having fun. Playing video games how you're supposed to play them. To have fun. Engaging in healthy competition.
He likes to watch and is better at commentary.
Really?
no
but Nexus has better shape than CC so they waste less time moving to drop off resources
THE REAL BULLSHIT IS SOUTHERN MAP SPAWNS
YOU LITERALLY
SPAWN CLOSER
TO MINERALS
WAS THIS SHIT EVEN PLAY TESTED?
>Be Blizzard
>Make single player games with decent multiplayer because it's fun
>BUT WHAT ABOUT THE HARDCORE COMPETITIVE BALANCE
A shame they doubled down on multiplayer and now balance the game around 0.0001% of the playerbase. There's no money in keeping the retards corralled, after all.
So which race would be the broken one if island maps were actually viable?
terran, because goliaths
and valkyries
come to think of it, wraiths too
