My mouse wheel on my intellimouse pro is going to shit, what would Ganker recommend I get for my next gamer mouse? I don't like much bullshit and want something wired.

Anyone who gets a wireless anything is a retard
I've had the g pro with powerplay since it released. I'll never use a wired mouse again. Actual serf shit.
I'm afraid you've been in a coma for... nine years...
Im afraid you misunderstand modern mice
This needs to be updated
Why do people say this stupid shit? Are they stuck in 2004?
>random interference
>oops 2s+ latency!
>time to game!
>shit time for new batteries
>time to game!
>oops I have to stop, my mouse needs to charge!
fucking wireless moron will still defend this fucking trash
holy fuck
>random interference
I've had g603 for 6 years, this never happened even once.
>shit time for new batteries
Rechargeable in g603 lasts around 3 months, if you get a lithium battery about 5 months. Replacing the battery takes legit like 10 seconds. Oh no the horror of having to swap the battery 2-3 times a year wasting a grand total of less than a minute.
>oops I have to stop, my mouse needs to charge!
If you're not retarded you have mouse with replaceable AA battery but even if you don't the mouse will work as wired while charging, literally not an issue.
Guess what a wired mouse does, it is ALWAYS CHARGING BECAUSE IT'S ALWAYS PLUGGED IN YOU FUCKING MORON.
>random interference
>oops 2s+ latency!
This doesn't happen
Why do you think we're living in the 00s?
Batteries also last a week and charge to full in minutes.
grandpa it's not 2003 anymore
I have a Zowie
>ring light
don't forget to dilate
The hell are you talking about? My lamp is trans?
only twitch/youtube/tiktok retards use them
which one are you?
boomer detected
>g502 in D tier
sorry your nacho deluxe fingers got grease in the mouse and caused your double click issues.
>No G600
Pathetic.
SSS tier
I kneel
what is that side button design, it it even usable?
I'm looking at my thumb and can say that Ill be pressing all 16 buttons if I ever need 1
It's for MMOs
It works out, the buttons are indented towards each other. You rest your thumb between G9 and G12 (or 10/13), and use those as mouse forward/back. The back set of 6 sees less use, but they're perfectly usable.
>what is that side button design, it it even usable?
Yes. I have been using it for years, and going back to a regular mouse feels like loosing a limb. The 12 thumb buttons have revolutionized my computer experience. I hardly even know which exact buttons do what. Pressing the right ones to achieve the desired result is second nature to me now.
I have a corsair scimitar and its been well worth the money. Its lasted me just about 6 years now and i have the mouse saved how i like it. Basically the thumb buttons are 1-10 with -= and i switched the dpi buttons to forward/back for internet usage. I dont use all of them all the time but for destiny i use 1-3 for guns, 4-6 is grenades, melee, super. I wont say it made me much better but i dont have to reach from wasd nearly as much anymore.
They're fantastic for MMOs but you can also setup hotkeys or macros for anything else too. I've got shortcuts setup for Blender and Photoshop, for instance. It's a little on the heavier side though so I wouldn't suggest it for more twitchy games.
>that sensor
absolute fucking trash
i used g400s for like 7 years and i dont understand how its f. the person who made this is a gay. also the g604 isnt on here and its a great wireless mouse
its designed to troll boomers, the s/ss tier mice are all tiny baby mice but the only thing op cares about is bench racing his mouse so it doesnt bother him
I have the new intellimouse and it's pretty nice. can't speak for the sensor cause im a casual
bang for buck it's the best non-bullshit mouse out there.
G305 is so good, sucks for the unlucky nerds that got double clicking.
After using G502, I can't go back to mice without a free scrolling wheel. And despite people complaining about double click issues, mine has lasted me for 7 years now. I've got a wireless version sitting in a box in case this one decides to kill itself.
I use it for work because it's small and wireless, but I don't particularly like it.
Absolutely nothing wrong with a Deathadder, plus the Essential is going for only 20 bucks on amazon right now, so for the shape and quality the Deathadder usually has I'd recommend it. The Steelseries Aerox 3 and Logitech G305 are also really good cheaper options.
go get a 10 dollar mouse from your local department store
poverty mindset
>just fuck the cheapest moron hooker bro
>people talking shit when all the expensive mice are made from the same shit parts that break after a year regardless
i bought a rival 3 back in september and have enjoyed it so far. my only complaints are the thumb buttons are a bit too small and there isnt much of a separation between them.
all mice die eventually because all the manufacturers realized they make more money when people have to rebuy mice. spend only what you need to spend. dont buy a mouse for its features, buy it for its price, because you will be buying it again.
Based. Never felt the need for anything more. $10 for 10 years with 0 issues
Oh man I remember when I was an autistic teenager and used to compare mice on stats and other bullshit like you guys. Hopefully you grow out of this phase swiftly and realize that is better.
Kudos for my rival 300 for still working after 7 years of intense clicking dozen of thousand times a day.
Wheel button broke, rubber desintegrated, paint erased, side buttons quadruple-clicking but it still knows how to do shit.
You're lucky. My rival 300's scroll is fucked up beyond repair. The rubber on the sides have been damaged similar to yours. I absolutely loved this mouse.
I'm satisfied with my G402, just wanted to pass by and salute a fellow Cain enjoyer.
RAT8 here, its so comfy
I tested quite a few gaming mice, including all of the modern Logitechs and a few of the most popular Razrs. They all had one or more issues:
>Rattling
>Mushy buttons
>Poorly placed/spaced buttons
>Bad cables
They all had quality control/design issues. Also, they were all too small. The only mouse I could find that was large enough and had no QC issues was a Roccat Kone Aimo.
>G403 that high
I'll admit that it's a good feeling mouse, but the insides are trash. I've had the switches on M1 and M4 start acting up after about a year of standard use. Worse yet is the scroll wheel snapped on both of the ones I've owned. One I bought and the replacement they sent me when I warrantied for the wheel breaking. I took it apart and the damn thing seems like it was designed to break. The axel of the wheel has a nice beefy plastic piece that tapers down into this tiny piece and then fits into the actual scroll part. Fucking thing broke in the same place on both of them.
I bought a cheap Steelseries Rival 3, it feels cheap, but it works so far. Not really any major complaints.
G.Pro Wireless is literally the perfect mouse. The only thing that can be improved on it is adding a freescroll wheel.
>perfection
>wireless
LOL
I was upgraded to a Razer lancehead (or viper, can't remember) as a gift, and the fucking cursor keeps jumping around once every hour. It's a good job I'm no longer into FPS but it's fucking me off no end.
>wireless is ... LE BAD!
>be-because it is!!!
Because latency dipshit
>b-but I have wireless and I don't notice it!
>but they're better now!
Shut up
>noooo my hecking 3 milliseconds of latency
When you play online games there are multiple sources of latency that add up. I'd rather not add another.
>only 3ms
you fucking wish
change your wallmart mouse for a good one and what the fuck is that spike
it usually spikes when you stop. its an in-browser test so its obviously not 100% accurate.
fuck latency complaints. i dont want to charge/replace batteries. getting a wireless mouse is literally inventing a new problem for yourself to "solve" an issue that doesnt exist. you arent using the mouse 30 feet away from the screen. it doesnt need to be wireless.
I love the Viper Mini, but if you're having scroll wheel problems it probably won't be much better.
The fact that modern Logitech mice still have double clicking is enough for me to not support them any longer. There's ample evidence that they're using cheaper parts on purpose. After my old Logitech started double clicking a few months ago I figured enough was enough.
Shame because some of them look really damn good, especially for the price, but I would rather support other companies at this point. Have a nice day.
Been using a deathadder for almost 5 years with literally no problems.
You are a casual who uses your computer for no more than 2 hours a day. And that's a good thing.
i have a g403, its good but ive noticed the position makes left clicks feel delayed because of the large high curve over the top of the mouse requiring energy to be transferred to the very tip of your finger where its lightest to press.
id get a g305 shaped mouse next, since its smaller and would be easier to modify my pointer fingers position without messing up my grip on the mouse.
help my latency
>wireless has twice the latency as wired and has a range double that of wired making it feel super incosnsitent and janky
my extra 1 ms latency
This list was shit when it was first posted, and it's still shit now. Imagine ever putting a wireless mouse in SS tier.
I'm wired therefore my speed is superior
>deathadder
>D tier
I mean, what the fuck else do i use for my gigantic gorilla hands?
>I bought apple
I am too attached to my corsair ironclaw
it's the only thing that has fit my hands
god i wish older RAT mice were still in production
wireless mice are faster than wired
>wireless
Retarded zoomers.
Ignoring the atrocity that is wireless peripherals, what's up with those fisherprice mice littering the top of the tier list?
>whinging about wireless mice
>in 2023
jesus fuck you retards need to crawl out from your basement it isn't the early 00s anymore
is g.pro still the best?
Still using the shitty Dell office mouse I stole from high school several years ago.
I can see why some people want wireless but that's the same as why some people buy apple phones, they're retarded
>2019
Get an Intellimouse Explorer 3.0. I broke 4 mouse wheels on IME Pros, they're shit. My OG 3.0.has worked for 20 years
>it's a retards still think wireless mice run on infared and AA-batteries episode
this place really is full of third worlders lol
Who are you quoting?
What came to me in a dream
Have a death adder 2.0, nothing wrong with it
Do you know anything about handheld trackballs? I bought a Relacon from Amazon but it was defective. Should I buy another one?
Logitech G700S > your shit list > the rest
Deal with it gay
g700s is the goat of mice. 400+$ on ebay now, it's a collector mice
https://www.ebay.fr/itm/251828775640
Literally the worst tier chart I've ever seen. Any mouse without a free-scrolling middle mouse button toggle is automatically F-tier.
My G5 going strong for 15 years now and I have zero intention to change it to anything else.
>MX518 in shit tier
Still the best mouse i've ever used, if i could find a working one i'd swap back in a heartbeat but i worn mine into dust.
>wireless
>anewhere above c
lmao
i've been using a wireless mouse for almost 2 years now and have never experienced "random interference" fucking up my inputs or anything.
cavemen need to stop pretending we're in the year 2000.
just plug it in when you get up to take a dump and you'll never have to get annoyed by a cable again for the rest of your life.
I prefer sculpted style mice for my big hands, but I don't play much FPS
I'm unironically still using g403 and its great
recommend me fingertip grip mouses
I got a deathadder v2 and within a few months my grip wore out holes into the rubber sides.
Just gonna use this thing until it shits itself but I'm never buying another razer mouse again.
Proud owner of a g403. The best mouse I ever used in my life. I never had a good mouse until I bought a deathader and this piece of shit only gave me trouble. Fuck Razer.
Deathadder is good tho
What's the hate for Pic related. Been using it for a year and it saved my wrist. Also it now feels more natural and faster to use than a normal mouse
aside from wireless it looks kino
how is the double click situation?
No double click or other faults so far. Only mouse I've had it with was my old razer deathadder many years ago
>g502 in D
Ganker can't even get MICE right
Where does my B100 rank?
>Corsair M5S
I actually got this one right now because I'm left handed and it's VERY FUCKING HARD to find a mouse that both fits my hand/grasp style, has side buttons on the right, isn't some ergonomic shit, it doesn't have some bullshit finger rests (or whatever they are called) on the side.
Had it for roughly a year, so far so good but for fucks sake the software that it comes with to allow rebinding the buttons and changing the DPI is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE unless you manually gut the software yourself by disabling components such as "mouse dashboard" which you can't disable regularly and hogs like 200 megs of memory unless you work around it.
Threads like these really show who the 3rd world shit skinned chud morons are.
Wired mouse users in 2023, that's who.
if i use wireless i get connection problems when inserting a memory usb in the other usb port
>tierlist for literal consumerism
This is all you fucking need
And maybe a controller for the occasional action game
That's it
hi fellow mk200 enjoyer
Even if the mouse dies after a year, shit is $3.
>what you need is the same that I need
>I'm the reference for whats needed and not
children develop the ability to differentiate between their own minds and other minds at age 5
where were you at the time?
Putting the rival 600, most ergonomic mouse out there for people that don't have a child's hands, on B undeniably makes the list useless and you a manlet
Imagine not using a mouse without 12 buttons on the side. Never gonna make it.
bought a g703 wireless in 2019 for $45 and i can't see how any mouse can improve upon it
it's just the perfect shape, weight, lasts 2 weeks on a 1 hour charge
if it breaks i'll just buy another without even looking at other mice
Got myself a Rival 300 back in '16 and I've been happy with it ever since.
