How do you learn one if you are really dumb and slow?

Buy a motorbike and then die in a freak accident such as getting hit by a semi while going 240 kmh

      I could go drifting

      >Any suggestions that aren't "the gym"
      >Or leaving my house
Build a home gym that is better than "the gym".

Get really good at making French macarons

      Grow an interesting house plant.

Learn to weave and make hats

Those sound like old women hobbies and my friend has his own personal gym but i still wouldn't want to go

        >How do you learn one if you are really dumb and slow?
The same way as anyone else. Just google learning [language] and then do what it says. Don't get sucked into paying for anything though, you should be able to learn everything you need for free.

You mean a population that doesn't play a lot of video games and spends all its time at home? You both seem to agree on the features you want out of hobbies, don't be so quick to dismiss the ideas.

Lol I have the same thoughts for op from reading this thread. Maybe op is just a moron and would be better off smoking weed and picking up guitar, or just smoking weed and giveup on life, at least he'll be a happy moron. The dude his no inhibition to pick up anyone's suggestions and shoots down everything.

Building model kits is pretty fun and not as hard as it looks. There are lots of different kinds depending on what you like. Mechs, anime girls, cars, boats, planes, spaceships, and more.

Does it cost a lot of money for a decent quality kit?

        Anonymous

It depends what you want. Higher prices tend to mean better quality, more durable, more flexibility and/or customization, and more and/or bigger pieces.

You don't need to "replace it" and it's normal things lose novelty over time. Ideas:
    > Cooking (Very useful)
    > Art - Digital, traditional, whatever
    > Woodworking / Crafting
    > Archery
    > Cosplay
    > 3D Modeling
    > 3D Printing
    > Home Improvement
This list goes on and on and it really depends on your personal talents and inclinations.

Learn how to actually cook good food. You save money, it's a good creative outlet, it's a useful skill, you become healthier and it actually saves time. Also drinking while cooking is chill.

    Learn to sew
    Learn to knit/ crotchet
    Learn felting
Learn the keyboard (It's the best instrument to start with to get into music. Learning percussion with drums is also good but much harder to accommodate.)
Learn how to draw (So much opportunity here, literally infinite potential for imagery. You could draw landscapes, character art, environments, still lifes, etc)
Learn another art form (Painting, printing, inking, charcoal drawing, embroidery, clay or plasticine work)
Learn digital drawing on the computer
Learn how to compose music with a digital audio workstation on the computer
Take up baking or some kind of cooking
Learn a programming language. If you like video games why not learn how to use GameMaker Studio 2? It's literally free and has loads of tutorials
    Make your own cosplay
Take up gardening, care for some flowers, or grow vegetables (Corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, rhubarb, beetroot and beans are all really good for beginners)
Make home crafts, garlands and wreaths are very good for this time of year. If you have willow trees nearby you can and the branches are starting to fall you can learn how to weave stuff using them.

There's plenty of food for thought here, anon. That was me listing all the hobbies I've had over the last 4 years or so, there has to at least one that interests you. When finding hobbies you enjoy, it's more about giving things ago that you haven't done before, you might not like all the ones you try but it's important that you stick to finding something that you like. Video games are fun but I wouldn't really consider them a hobby, they're more of a recreational pass time. A hobby should be something you can gain a skill from, something you are able to do that you wouldn't have been able to otherwise.

This. Very easy to get started. Just draw some cylinders, cubes and other geometric shapes.
