They all play mostly the same. Start from Rebirth 1.

Since you're well prepared for kusoge, any rpg-ish entry is fine.
Top Nep is not bad for an ez-mode space harrieralike, but get it on sale because it's short as fuck. $1-2.50 is ok, but I don't think it's worth $5.
Stay away from the action/musou style ones. They are fucking awful in every sense they can be, and will not satisfy you in either the combat, or the T&A. They're just lazy as fuck cashgrabs too shitty to even be kusoge.
Oh, and goddess black heart is relatively OK for an SRPG. Not fantastic, but servicible with some interesting characters I don't think made it into any other game because of the premise.
All the Rebirth games, 4 Goddesses and the Senran crossover.
I played the first one a bit and it's ok. It's mostly about "fanservice" though.
Play the Rebirths, VII, VII-2 and then go wherever you want. It's okay but you will get bored by Rebirth 3.

oh, don't even bother with online on 4GO, just play it singleplayer. You can't even play the main quests multiplayer.
I tried to play it with a couple friends, and anyone who isn't the host has terrible lag and rubber banding issues. The netcode is terrible, and might only be bearable in a LAN setting.

Start with neptunia rebirth 1, if you like the writing and characters continue with rebirth 2/3/VII otherwise stop because these games are pretty mediocre otherwise.
Of the Rebirth series, only Rebirth 2 is worth playing. Rebirth 1's gameplay is unbalanced and its story isn't canon. Rebirth 3 doesn't improve upon Rebirth 2 and plays like busywork.
Rebirth 2 is the only one you need.

They clearly are thinking this franchise is still on the Vita era. I find it funny it was PS5 exclusive until the english version dropped.
IFI is very aware that ENG fans hate Sony due to their censorship practices. The JP fans seem a lot more docile and at that point it's almost like whats even the point of protesting it at all.

Neptunia IS GARBAGE, play Atelier. Everything is a direct massive upgrade and all you miss out on are shitty video game references. If Neptunia had any actual merits I wouldnt be making this post. I sorta found Neptunia through the disgaea rabbit hole but dont be fooled by their popularity, the games are all kusoge, be it cutscene, gameplay, aesthetics, story, everything makes me wish the game was better which exists in atelier thankfully
I missed out on Atelier for years because I thought it was gonna be as trash as Neptunia, I have no idea how these ever got lumped together
Probably because they pander to moege fans. Difference being that Atelier clearly has more thought put into it's characters (and more importantly male characters aren't glossed over either). Gameplay is also better which isn't really hard to do but it's there.

Neptunia at least the first 2 on ps3 for the le epicwinrar references.

I mean, you can play both and enjoy them for totally different.
Personally I play Neptunia for video game references and character interactions.
And the same goes with Atelier - quite fun character interaction, comfy atmosphere and broken alchemy system. My only problem with Atelier games is how pricey they are, not to mention they barely go on sale.

Senran has more value in kusoge as they at least play differently. Party formation isn't really a thing in New games so there really isn't much too it besides who you like the most visually. You play for the moe character writing and Tsunako designs.
Try the games for free first if you know what I mean.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth 1>2>3> Megadimension Neptunia VII (not VIIR) > Sisters vs Sisters
Every next nep game is better than the last except sisters vs sisters (megadimension is just that good)

Rebirth 1 through 3 and Megadimeinson VII (don't get the R version). Everything else is spinoff garbage.
The Noire one is okay only because (You) are in it.

I just started playing Fairy Fencer F.
It's pretty good.
Mary Skelter and Death End Request are both good but the first one is a dungeon crawler and the second one is half a game half a vn.
Fairy Fencer is about as fun as Nep. Maybe better characters depending on your taste.
It's kind of a sad experience gameplay-wise though, because the systems as designed are pretty fucking good, but the game is so piss easy you never really need to do much of anything with it.
