i want to play ESO so bad but I hate the combat. The Morrowind shapter was the only thing I played and that was cool in its own way but i dunno about the rest.
i liked ESO, but man, at the end game level the reliance on set pieces makes it an unfun grind.
people tend to only want to run instances where they can get upgrades. Otherwise if an item drops that would be an upgrade, odds are you can't use it since it would break your set bonuses.
It's Skyrim the MMO. Why the frick would anyone be surprised people play this? Are you people paid by ArenaNet or Blizzard to countershill, or something?
>It plays almost nothing like Skyrim.
You're right. It plays better because the combat system is actually a system. >harm yourself
which janny hurt you?
People still fall for their expansion cycle? >release new yearly expansion for $50 >paltry amount of content, no real effort made on anything >release blatantly overpowered new skill line/artifact/class so people will buy it on release anyways to not fall behind >nerf it to the ground once they've made enough sales
They won't stop doing it until morons stop buying it.
I just treat it as alternative history Tamriel or pre-dragonbreak Tamriel being inconsistent with post. I don't care, stoll best way to experience the whole world of the series.
>MMOs wait 2 years total before putting out an expansion >Zenimax puts one out EVERY year
Is this actually successful? How the frick do they manage this?
ESO expansion literally add one zone and one raid. They're the size of one (1) WoW patch, or 2 or 3 XIV patches. They're one fifth the size of a GW2 expansion. They're the equivalent of a minor LOTRO update.
Yes, all steam does is open the launcher. You're also cucking yourself by buying anything through the steam store. I can play it both with and without steam, including any expansions I purchase. If I were to buy an expansion on steam, I have to play it through steam, I can't use the launcher by itself with the same account purchases.
I also had an issue where I installed the game through steam and then it just opened the launcher and installed the entirety of the game files a second time in a different location. I think they have that fixed, but it wasn't a good impression.
who cares
You clearly do since you posted
You know that's not true, Fabres.
Necrom!!?

What kind of moron is playing this? Post a picture of yourself. I am genuinely curious.
>Ao vivo em 25 horas
says it all

It plays almost nothing like Skyrim. The MMO shit makes it suck.
harm yourself

As much as the lore shitting is annoying, the game plays much better than any other Elder Scrolls

fantastic, another one to not give a frick about
eat shit
Who are you?
man
if they remade the whole combat system
shit would be cool but as it stands
its so shit
animation cancelling is such a shit concept
Bioware managed to make SWTOR good with its combat update. I just wish ESO and LOTRO got the same love.
ehh id say its decent with the mix and match update
but swtor gets stale after some time too sadly
>LOTRO
if this game got 2023 treatment, literally everything new, it would go like hot cakes with custard
I like the Elder Scrolls Online, but I hate the launcher. Does Steam require the launcher?

The combat is shit and unless you pay crafting and storing is a torture
thanks bro. told myself i'd come back to the game for Telvanni territory or Winterhold
For me it's Telvanni territory, Shivering Isles or someplace like Akavir
It is Telvanni territory
i know, and that's why i now plan on returning after a 2~ year break
>ANOTHER Morrowind expansion
Dunmer can't stop winning huh
And Nords can't stop whining
Looks like the new system is going to be spell crafting.
not happening as long as the game is still on ancient consoles
They should drop support already like FF14 did.
Did they even bother to fix the block bug yet?
