yuck.
why ruin the fantasy like that
>do eternal rivals
>slaughtering the enemies
>get to the boss
>he fricks me up
>dark realm phase is impossible because I can't reach him
>while he's being a flippy homosexual he's regenning health
Fricks sake
Who is your favorite boss? Pic related is mine
I liked Shibata, but I fricking hate this minamoto flippy anime bird homosexual
This guy has amazing design but the fight is too easy. My favorites are the ice katana guy from the main campaign and the scythe lady from the DLCs
Full power Shuten is decently hard.
tate eboshi, not because she's hot
>want to switch weapons
>can't let go of my love of odachi
>it does big homie damage
>easy
>can parry fricking yokai
It's so hard to move on
I was just like you before I tried fists and switchglaive. Shit's way more fun than odachi imo
Switchglaive does look really cool but how the hell do you play it?
You do your combo in one stance, then use a skill that switches to a different stance. Rinse and repeat
>odachi
Literally moron babby mode weapon for shitters.
What fleshlight is that?
Ishida Mitsunari!
can't believe she died a virgin
>implying me and Raikou didn't have dozens of children
proof???
I still can't believe Nioh 1 took 13 years to make.
Nioh 3 in 2035
>mfw kusarigama with anima on hit
Get actually fricked yokai, this is like having cheats on
I don't really understand how to deplete enemies' stamina properly. Sometimes a move does stamina damage, sometimes not. Also stunning the enemies seems to be pretty random even if they have no stamina left
Still no news for a resurrection of the general?
Anyway, nioh1 noob. I descovered yesterday that you can have multiple loadouts, so I'm building a super agile build to see how the game works at sub 100 toughness with agility bonus A.
I'm assuming I'll die in 2 hits since my heavy armor set last 5-6 hits.
A question on ninja, why there is an ability that makes you explode on death? There is resurrection in game or its just for multy?
You can resurrect your teammates in expeditions. There's also the quick change scroll but I'm not sure if it works with the on death explosion.
>why is there an ability that makes you explode on death
because dude ninja gaiden 2 lmao
>I'm assuming I'll die in 2 hits since my heavy armor set last 5-6 hits.
don't worry about it, in the endgame you'll die in 2-3 clean hits regardless of armor, but it's actually decently balanced considering what shit you can pull off by the end.
if you like 1 try 2, it's better in every single way
>I'm assuming I'll die in 2 hits since my heavy armor set last 5-6 hits.

I would assume. Right know feels useless ( main mission 5). Even if I'm under 30% weight I don't feel to have more stamina (maybe because this game focus on pulse and flux). It's also not valuable (yet) as glass cannon because the light set I have right now gives shit bonuses or ninjitsu bonus, and I can't take advantage of that yet.
>if you like 1 try 2, it's better in every single way
Yep, reading the recent threads of 2 I tried 1, and I'm really enjoying it.
the bonuses you get ramp up exponentially as you progress along the game, you get more powerful ones, more of them and then there's armor sets that let you stack up multiple bonuses on top
under 30% weight doesn't actually give you more stamina iirc, it just changes the amount of stamina consumed while dodging and blocking, but those are inversely proportional in a way
toughness governs stamina consumption on blocks, and it's better on heavier armor
agility determines your dodges and it's tied to % weight, so it's obviously better to have lighter armor for this
it's a bit of a problem with balance in the endgame because you can use heavy armor while staying at A agility, basically invalidating light armor a bit.
glass cannon builds are 100% cheese, i'm talking about 1-shotting bosses, but requires uber-mega autistic grinding and luck so i wouldn't recommend it, but do try to find your preferred DPS method, it's pretty important against bulky yokai especially
Today I will finally finish DotN
I will fricking murder the homosexual that greenlit Gyuki
He's easy though.
Not on this Scroll of Nioh moronic purple buff Black person SHIT FRICK
Super noob question for 1:
If you pray at bonfires your elixir refresh from storage, but arrows/bullets don't? I'm missing something?
>bonfires
They should refresh
Explain hatchets to me. Do you just stand still and throw hatchets or is there more to the weapon?
Uhh use every move/skill and find what works for different situations like every other weapon?
>take what I thought were anti-poison pills
>they were last gambit pills and my health got massively reduced
oh fug
Is there a way to reduce cost of yokai abilities?
yes, but it's much easier to ramp up your anima gain.
I love how nioh levels are full of ambushes, at first it feels unfair but then you learn to look for them and soon you can spot them a mile off
Yes, I'm always extra caution while going around corners since there can be a wheelmonk in ambush right there. Games teach important lessons.
