My point is that it's not true. They're constantly asking for a charger which nobody has. They ask me to backup their photos which even I struggle with (I have to fucking use iTunes and a 3rd-party software to backup their data). And very recently, they got a new model which we had trouble figuring how to shut-down and turns out you have to hold TWO buttons, not just the power button. The fuck is that shit? And I swear the home button does not work like it should, instead I have to swipe down or something.
tl;dr it's not really "intuitive" if they keep coming to me for help.

As a Deck owner I say... good? Competition is good. Deck 2 will have a higher standard to live up to that way and it'll pressure Valve to make one sooner. The Switch having a good concept but having it waste away on outdated on arrival hardware and then refusing to release a better version is what led to the Steam Deck having any sort of success.
