Want to balance em out in my game somehow without fucking with the stats or removing em like a coward
It’s a custom setting so maybe I could have an evil guild who enslaves them for their abilities? I’m just worried that might not go down super well…
Maybe you guys have ideas
first from the outage to say: if you allowed a 40 race point race when the best organized play race allowed has fucking 15, you're braindead
you could assign a gold value to the (frankly dogshit) drow noble line of feats and give it to them seperately from their level progression, considering it "treasure" for the adventure's allotment, or as part of their wealth-by-level.
But again, if you start a level 1 game and allow a 40+ race point race which would have had at least 6 levels of level adjustment in 3.5e, you're fucking dumb.
The same you deal with sparkledog retards in any other game.
>Player: "Can I play [insert cringe snowflake garbage here]?"
>DM (you): "No."
It really is THAT easy. Grow a pair.
>It really is THAT easy. Grow a pair.
>Proceeds to list the most cowardly option
Lol, lmao even
Banning gay or overpowered races is based, not cowardly.
Kek
Sure it is homosexual, ban everything that you can’t make work and starve in a vacuum of your own farts
You remind me of that tardass who doesn’t track health because “Le fuck munchkins” who kept saying he was based like some 5 yr old redshit user…
Got any more dumb statements? This is the best laugh I’ve had for a while
>Telling people "no" is cowardly
Absolutely retard take. I hope you like spending your whole life being taken advantage of.
Retard.
If it's a problem, remove it.
If it's not a problem, keep it.
It's that fucking simple.
Fine I’ll keep it then homosexual
So was this entire thread a shitpost where you try to imply that players should be allowed to make whatever they want if it exists in the rules? Is the punchline supposed to be that you're an NPC that cannot even imagine a setting beyond what's already been written for you?
If anything is a punchline it’s your fucking existence
I can imagine a different setting easy, by all means I can even do so to balance noble drows… keeping them in my game is fucking easy
My DM said no but I just took the drow noble feats instead. He said no to drider too but then I found feats in spheres of power that let me build a drider. Which he allowed. Have the player trade their feats for it.
Spending feats isn't the same as starting with an overpowered character.

You're going to have to fuck with the stats or add races like Ogre-Mage, Minotaur, etc, other stuff at 40 points that can keep up. It'll be work. It won't be worth it. If you do the work, post it to some other forums so other people don't have to do the work.
Someone may have already started on this kind of work (google 40 point Pathfinder). Use their work.
You don't have to allow every race that's in the books, retard.
They're an antagonist race, bro. Watering them down so they can be used for PCs just makes shit bland.
I don't. The idea of drow being a completely distinct and discrete race while also still being an elven subrace was always fucking stupid, and Paizuri took this idiocy and created a specific race-but-actually-a-subrace-but-actually-haha-a-social-class for no sensible reason other than retardation and autism.
There is nothing cowardly about removing them, and trying to force some kind of metagame-y in-universe-restrictions-because-uuh-mechanics is the height of homosexualry.
Dark elves of any type are a subrace of elves. Done.
Everyone starts as a drow noble. You decide why the part is made of drow nobles.
The Advanced Race Guide already has the "Drow Nobility" options available on a watered down scale for PC's. The Drow Nobility Feats are balanced for use with player characters.
The Drow Noble found in Bestiary 1 is not meant for use as a player character.
>removing em like a coward
If you can't understand how the Advanced Player Guide has already presented "balanced stats" for a Drow Nobility character then being a coward has nothing to do with it.
You're just a shit DM who is making excuses for putting over powered Non-Player Character races in your game.
if you let someone play as drow noble might as well let them be a storm giant too, they're both humanoid monster races
Storm giant is a monster not a race, good try tho
>Drow nobles also a monster
Clearly fucking not as it is selectable as a race, if they didn’t want players to use it they should’ve made it a monster
fireball
>>Want to balance em out in my game somehow without fucking with the stats or removing em like a coward
Oh I see your fucking retarded.
If I was retarded I’d be you fagmaggot
>Game actively has characters of better breeding be innately superior
>in 2023
I didn't realise that there were still redpilled creators in the hobby
Do not fucking let people pick them at character creation. If they want the drow noble powers, they can play a normal drow and take all the feats needed to get them. That will filter the powergamers.
