  1. Honestly, gen 7’s the only recent gen that I’ve not had any stand-out favourites from, discounting starters (Incineroar), at least 8 has Corviknight and Toxtricity.

      • Discounting gen 2 since I’ve never owned a gen 2 game, original Sun is the only pokemon game I’ve owned and not completed (didn’t complete Crown Tundra but that’s dlc so eh), I finished Ultra Sun tho, it were fun enough but yeah, not my favourite of the series.

  2. You know that joke about Stephen King just picking random objects and writing a book about how its cursed or something?
That’s the Pokemon equivalent. Let’s try this method out.
    >A pair of scissors
Add some eyes, a little derpy smile, two or three pastel colors and you have your new pokemon.

  3. I think sons are hit and miss, but it was really only Unova that had a ton of low quality shit. IMO Gen VI has the best overall quality of new Pokemon (despite their games probably being the worst) but Alolas and Galars were mostly good.

  4. She’s just so cute that I want to protect her. Only Fairy type I’ve even remotely enjoyed. Absolutely REFUSE to evolve into the abomination that is Florges, I just want to keep my daughter.

  5. >comes out of poke ball on all fives like an alien spider
    >stands like a biped after seeing its trainer do it
Xurkitree perfectly captures an alien lifeform adapting to living in a new dimension

  6. Even before USUM, Necrozma took a place as one of my absolute favorite Pokemon.
After USUM, it’s strong contender for first place.

  8. The Honedge line, no contest, it was good enough to make me wanna buy X/Y on a whim, that’s how much I liked it, never left my party after getting it either.
