I feel like the only people who still play league are the one who grew up playing it. The community is too toxic and the skill gap is too high for random who just want to play casually.
I only play to shit on casual morons in rank. If I have smurf + egirl duo in my team, I just afk or actively sabotage the game. I stopped tryharding years ago.

both are a huge waste of time, you spend 40 minutes doing the same shit then doing it all over again, you can have so much more fun with actual good games instead
Runettera and its characters could make for a pretty nice, non-serious, choice & consequence based action adventure games or RPGs.
Even more so if you cut off all the virtue signalling crap and pandering to specific demographics, and I don't mean just gays and trannies. The world and its characters should be present in a more realistic way without pushing modern, liberal way of thinking which they should not have given the era and environment they live in.
In other words, it'd require them to hand over the universe to someone who wants to make an engaging, believable universe instead of pushing their personal socio-political opinions on it.
Why? overall the game is 10 times worse than 5-6 years ago, from the champions who are so broken or useless at launch, to the system who banned you for saying homosexual, to the meta where you have 30-40 champs who are good per season, the rest are garbage/useless.
The event are garbage, they are just for farming tokens to be the good goy and get a "special"skin , riot don't make real events anymore, like bilgewater event, star guardian map, odyssey event, doom bots, Ascension etc.
champions reworks are in 95% of cases garbage and removed the old champion from the game (Galio, poppy, sion) .
Overall for someone who has played from 2014, the old game is long dead.

Came back to play the seasonal ranked but it turns out they got rid of the first 10 games before being assigned to a rank border now.
Played like 5 ranked games completely blind and uninstalled it. The thing is just some cheap mobile game teir stuff that happens to be on PC.
Anyways, other games are much fun to play and I still have enough time to do my own projects. Anyone who's still suckered into this game are just bottom of the barrel players.
